Abstract

一种牙花机的螺旋线切线加工控制方法。其发明主要涉及螺旋线数控加工领域,尤其是螺旋线钥匙的自动化加工领域。其要解决的主要问题,是要提供一种直接可对螺旋线钥匙的一些已知条件进行综合处理,求出需要的信息再与加工的编码信息配合,完成对螺旋线钥匙的自动化加工并达到所有要求。解决该技术的方案需要编程和运动的实现,其可应用于任何可编程的具有运动功能并具备人机界面功能的控制器上面编程实现。

Description

一种牙花机的螺旋线切线加工控制方法
技术领域:本发明涉及螺旋线数控加工领域,尤其是螺旋线钥匙的自动化加工领域。 
背景技术:传统的复杂钥匙加工行业,大都采用半自动化的方式加工,具有加工难度大、精度差、效率低、结果还达不到实际要求的情况。在螺旋线钥匙的加上上更是如此,因其本身由多条螺旋线组成,并且各个牙花的位置不一样,同时各个位置的编码尺寸也都不一样。这种情况下用半自动化的方式加工更不能得到用户的接受,而且也不能达到切线加工牙花的要求。 
发明内容:本发明所要解决的问题,是要提供一种直接可对螺旋线钥匙的一些已知条件进行综合处理,求出需要的信息再与加工的编码信息配合,完成对螺旋线钥匙的自动化加工并达到所有要求。 
为此,本发明的技术方案为:通过螺旋线的实际导程(螺旋线旋转的距离)、螺旋线的旋转角度、与螺旋线全导程形成的圆的周长,通过比例和反正切可求出切线在平行X轴方向的小于90度的夹角。已知夹角和设定的起点偏移量可求出切线两端的坐标。通过螺旋线的实际导程与螺旋线的旋转角度成比例关系,可求出已知牙花在螺旋上(即A轴旋转轴)的圆周位置,通过相等的脉冲当量驱动A轴达到相关位置(垂直于水平线的位置)。通过已知的牙花在Y轴的位置,通过相等的脉冲当量驱动Y轴移动要加工牙花位置到刀具下方。Z轴(牙花的成型刀具)到达上面求出的切线两端的坐标之一的位置,然后下刀到对应编码的深度,通过两轴插补到达切线两端坐标的另一个位置,以完成切削动作,最后抬刀。依次循环读取相关编码信息,然后加工到完成所有螺旋线的牙花加工。 
螺旋线导程:螺旋线旋转一周(360度)所移动的轴向的直线距离。 
螺旋线旋转角度:螺旋线在其径向投影所出现的角度,为螺旋线的旋转角度。 
螺旋线数量:为圆柱上所盘绕的螺旋线的条数。 
牙号种类:此为钥匙设计时,根据情况设定的牙号的类别的情况。 
牙号位置:此为螺旋线上面的牙号在轴向上投影的位置。

图2为功能实现的框架。 
具体实施方式:此加工方法可在任何具有运动功能并具备人机界面功能的控制器上面编程实现。 

Claims (1)

1.一种牙花机的螺旋线切线加工控制方法,其特征在于:用编程语言实现以已知的螺旋线导程、螺旋线旋转角度、螺旋线数量、牙号种类、牙号位置为条件计算出要求的牙号在螺旋线上的位置,并以设定的偏移量计算出执行切线运动的位置,来实现螺旋线的加工控制;
所述计算出要求的牙号在螺旋线上的位置的方法为:通过螺旋线的实际导程与螺旋线的旋转角度成比例关系,可求出已知牙花在螺旋上,即A轴旋转轴的圆周位置;
所述计算出执行切线运动的位置的方法为:通过螺旋线导程、螺旋线旋转角度、螺旋线全导程形成的圆的周长,通过比例和反正切可求出切线在平行X轴方向的小于90度的夹角,已知所述夹角和设定的起点偏移量可求出切线两端的坐标;
所述实现螺旋线的加工控制的方法为:通过求出的切线两端的坐标位置和牙花在螺旋上的A轴的位置和已知牙花在Y轴的位置,即可完成一个螺旋线切线的切削加工动作,依次循环加工直至完成所有螺旋线的牙花加工。
