一种耐用烧结台车，涉及冶金机械烧结台车技术设备领域，包括台车体，所述台车体的上方两侧分别固定连接下栏板，每块下栏板的上方分别固定连接上栏板，同一侧的上栏板与下栏板之间设置中栏板，每块中栏板的上端与对应的上栏板固定连接，每块中栏板的下端与对应的下栏板固定连接。本发明将台车体两边的高帮子，代之以栏板。这样，原来一般使用的上栏板和下栏板变成了上、中、下三块栏板。原来的两块栏板不动，原来台车体的帮子的位置变成了下栏板。在使用中，台车体就远离了火源，不与烧结矿直接接触，这样最多只能是下栏板被烧坏。原来要更换台车体的，现在只需要更换下栏板即可。大大降低了生产成本。

背景技术
由于烧结台车所处的高温氧化环境，造成了台车的使用寿命较短。台车体作为烧结台车重量最重的部件，它的使用寿命越长，将更能减少烧结台车的整体使用成本。
在使用中我们发现，台车体两端的帮子由于直接和烧结矿接触而经常被烧坏，造成台车的整体报废，给生产造成了很大的损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种生产成本低、使用寿命长的耐用烧结台车。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种耐用烧结台车，包括台车体，所述台车体的上方两侧分别固定连接下栏板，每块下栏板的上方分别固定连接上栏板，同一侧的上栏板与下栏板之间设置中栏板，每块中栏板的上端与对应的上栏板固定连接，每块中栏板的下端与对应的下栏板固定连接。
本发明通过以上设计，将台车体两边的高帮子，代之以栏板。这样，原来一般使用的上栏板和下栏板变成了上、中、下三块栏板。原来的两块栏板不动，原来台车体的帮子的位置变成了下栏板。在使用中，台车体就远离了火源，不与烧结矿直接接触，这样最多只能是下栏板被烧坏。原来要更换台车体的，现在只需要更换下栏板即可。大大降低了生产成本。

如图1所示，为一种耐用烧结台车，包括台车体1，台车体1的上方两侧分别通过螺栓固定连接下栏板2，每块下栏板2的上方分别通过螺栓固定连接中栏板3，每块中栏板3的上方分别通过螺栓固定连接上栏板4。
