1. a SCM Based induction machine frequency-converting speed-governing control system is characterized in that this system comprises main circuit, auxiliary power circuit, control section, and current detection circuit, speed detect circuit and other peripheral circuits are specifically composed as follows:
Main circuit:,, obtain level and smooth direct voltage and supply with IPM module and auxiliary power circuit use through uncontrollable rectification circuit of single-phase bridge and capacitor filtering with the 220V Alternating Current Power Supply;
The IPM module: one of inversion part variable frequency control most important part, its main effect are the alternating voltages that the direct voltage of direct-flow intermediate circuit output is changed to required frequency, power to asynchronous motor;
The inversion part: be made up of six switching devices, the fast recovery diode in parallel with switching device is used to handle reactive current, is called fly-wheel diode; Inversion part IGBT is positioned on the inverter bridge, and its input is in parallel with electrochemical capacitor, the effect of playing the buffering fluctuation and disturbing, and it is too big to consider that the economy coefficient of safety needn't obtain;

Current detection circuit: power resistor of string on dc bus converts current signal to voltage signal by this power resistor, and then sends into control section after by operational amplifier signal being amplified; When main circuit carries out current detecting, in case detect the overcurrent of main circuit, should block control signal output immediately, the notice control section is closed PWM and is reported to the police;
Speed detect circuit: be to realize by the tachogenerator that motor carries.
