Abstract

一种深水顶部张紧隔水管保温与浮力提供两用装置,从内到外依次包括顶部张紧隔水管、防腐层、聚氨酯复合材料保温层和浮力罐,浮力罐和保温层的环空内充满空气,既可为保温层提供防水保护,又可为隔水管提供足够的浮力。本发明用浮力罐替代保温层的外护钢管,节省了材料成本,保证了保温层长期稳定的保温性能,降低了隔水管系统的总重量和生产装置需提供的顶部张力要求,装置可同时实现保温和浮力提供两种用途。

技术领域
本发明涉及深水顶部张紧采油隔水管的保温方法,特别指一种为深水隔水管提供保温与浮力作用的装置。
背景技术
随着深海油气的开发,深水顶部张紧采油隔水管作为连接浮式生产储运系统与海底系统的通道,是一种油气快速生产运输不可或缺的作业方式。对于深水环境,采油隔水管的保温尤为重要,传统的“钢套钢”保温结构,即保温层外面加一层外护钢管,虽然可以为保温层提供可靠的保护,但缺点是钢材耗量大,外层钢管只起到防护作用,却加重了整个垂直采油隔水管系统的重量,再加上外部需要安装浮力装置,整个系统顶部张力需求明显提高,不利于生产安全,本发明提供一种可实现保温与浮力作用双重功用的装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在有效减小深水顶部张紧隔水管保温装置重量的同时保证保温层提供长期稳定的保温性能。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
主要的保温与浮力提供装置由防腐层、聚氨酯复合材料保温层和浮力罐组成,如图1.浮力罐和保温层的环形空间内充满空气,既可为保温层提供防水保护,又可为隔水管提供足够的浮力。
本发明结构用浮力罐代替原有的外护钢管,不影响保温层的长期保温性能,极大降低了整个隔水管系统的重量,保证了深水顶部张紧隔水管的生产安全。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,涂有防腐层4的深水顶部张紧采油隔水管下放作业时,需要进行不同隔水管单根1的公端2和母端3的连接,此时保温层5和浮力罐6可直接坐于隔水管接头的台肩部,并将浮力罐6的公端插入另一个浮力罐的母端进行配合,保温层和浮力罐6之间可形成密闭的环形空间8,浮力罐6采用双密封圈7密封,双密封圈7可承受较大的静水压力。系统安装完成后,保温层5和浮力罐6之间的环形空间内充满空气,可在形成防水层的同时为整个隔水管系统提供足够的浮力。

Claims (2)

1.一种深水顶部张紧隔水管保温与浮力提供两用装置,从内到外依次包括顶部张紧隔水管、防腐层、聚氨酯复合材料保温层和浮力罐,所述浮力罐取代保温层的外护钢管发挥防水保护作用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温与浮力提供两用装置,其特征在于:保温层与浮力罐之间的环形空间内充满空气,可同时实现保温层防水和浮力提供作用。
