本发明涉及一种磁悬浮演示装置,现代钕铁硼永磁材料具有超强的磁力(理论吸、斥力是磁铁自重的640倍),它在高速交通,机电节能和医疗器械各领域,展现出无与伦比的魅力和效能。目前,我国在磁悬浮技术的产、学、研及与磁学相关的教学和仪器,仍处于相对滞后和空缺态势。本磁悬浮演示装置,利用磁块,磁管间同性相斥的原理,以简明的磁悬浮实验演示,引导和激发学生对磁学研究的兴趣,也给磁悬浮技术科研人员提供有益的启示。

一种磁悬浮演示装置
技术领域
本发明用超强永磁材料制成一种磁悬浮演示装置。
背景技术
我国是稀土王国和稀土永磁材料的生产大国,以稀土永磁为主的教学、科研和生产,相比世界先进国家还存在较大差距,尤其与高等教育磁学专业密切相关的演示仪器,尚处空缺,这与“科研发展,教育为先”的原则极不相称。我国现在钕铁硼永磁材料的磁能积,日渐向理论值(525.4KJ/m3)迈进,据周寿增等编著的“稀土永磁材料及其应用”一书阐明,稀土钕铁硼永磁材料的理论值:能吸引相当于自身重量640倍的物体!这是多么让人震惊、诱人的磁特性!难怪钕铁硼磁材在磁悬浮、磁传动、磁电转换、核磁共振等高新科技领域,显现出独特又神奇的魅力,同时又激励我国的磁学研究与教学,更应努力赶超世界水准,让高校成为培育高新科研人才的摇篮。
发明内容
本发明以现代超强永磁一钕铁硼材料制成二块极性相反,又同极相对的圆柱形上,下磁块,让它们间的斥力,抵消来自上磁块的全部重力,达到上下自由悬浮的平衡状态。由二根粗细不同,内外面极化的磁管套叠,使内磁管始终保持在外磁管内不接触的自由中心位置。在无磁不锈钢重力杆两侧末端,各固定一个降低重心的平衡球,使重力杆产生不会自动倾倒的“不倒翁”效应。当用手旋转滚花驱动杆时,就能清楚看到:自由悬浮在支架上的重力杆,相对支架作低重心、不接触,无摩擦,无阻力(不计空气阻力)的磁悬浮平稳转动。本磁悬浮演示装置以钕铁硼永磁材料为磁源,用块形和管形磁体,同性相斥的机理,理论结合实际,以直观、清楚的演示,引导和激发学生对磁悬浮技术的兴趣和研究,也给磁悬浮技术科研人员提供有益的启示。

具体实施方
本发明用多块磁特性均匀一致的瓦形钕铁硼材料,同极性固定排列在细铁管上制成内外面异极的内磁管(5)。再用多块磁特性均匀一致、极性与内磁管(5)相反的钕铁硼磁瓦,同极性固定排列在粗铁管上制成内外面异极的外磁管(4),两管同极相对套叠,就能使外磁管(4)里的内磁管(5),始终保持在不接触的中心自由状态。在管形支架(6)上端固定着圆柱形钕铁硼下磁块(3),对应无磁不锈钢重力杆(7)下方装有圆柱形钕铁硼上磁块(2),两磁块同极性相对,使重力杆(7)上的所有重力与上、下磁块间的斥力相互抵消,达到上下间动态平衡,在上下和四周平衡力作用下,悬浮现象就如愿而现。在无磁不锈钢重力杆(7)的下方末端,各固定能降低重心的平衡球(8),使它始终保持平衡,不会倾倒。管柱形支架(6)固定在铸铁底座(9)上。用手旋转滚花铜质驱动杆(1),就能清楚演示,重力杆(7)和上磁块(2)自由悬浮在下磁块(3)的上方,保持一定间隙,作低重心、磁悬浮、无摩擦,无阻力的平稳旋转。

Claims (1)

1.一种磁悬浮演示装置,其特征是:用多块磁特性均匀一致的瓦形钕铁硼材料,同极性固定排列在细铁管上制成内外面异极的内磁管(5),再用多块磁特性均匀一致,极性与内磁管(5)相反的钕铁硼磁瓦,同极性固定排列在粗铁管上,制成内外面异极的外磁管(4),两管同极相对套叠,就能使外磁管(4)里的内磁管(5),始终保持在不接触的中心自由状态,在管形支架(6)上端固定着圆柱形钕铁硼下磁块(3),对应无磁不锈钢重力杆(7)下方装有圆柱形钕铁硼上磁块(2),两磁块同极性相对,使重力杆(7)上的所有重力与上、下磁块间的斥力相互抵消,达到上下间动态平衡,在重力杆(7)下方末端,各固定能降低重心的平衡球(8),使它保持平衡,不会倾倒,支架(6)固定在铸铁底座(9)上,用手旋转滚花铜质驱动杆(1),就能清楚演示,重力杆(7)和上磁块(2),自由悬浮在下磁块(3)的上方,保持一定间隙,作低重心、磁悬浮、无摩擦、无阻力平稳旋转。
