When the middle roller 311 is separated from the surface of the tread rubber, the front pressing roller 301 is simultaneously separated from the surface of the tread rubber, and the tread rubber is not clamped by the front pressing roller 301 and the carrier roller 300.
The vertical distance between the front pressing roller 301 and the carrier roller 300 is controlled according to tread rubber with different thickness specifications and different materials, and the vertical clamping acting force applied to the tread rubber by the carrier roller 300 and the front pressing roller 301 can be adjusted.
The vertical clamping acting force is adjusted by inputting the tread rubber thickness value and the friction coefficients of different materials into a main control system by an operator before the fitting operation,
the air supply pressure of the air cylinder 3091 is controlled by a proportional regulating valve to drive the front press roll swing arm 309 to rotate around the bearing and the expansion sleeve 308 to change the vertical spacing of the front press roll 301 relative to the idler 300.
Or the air supply pressure and the air supply amount of the air cylinder 3091 are controlled to adjust the pressure of the front press roll 301 relative to the surface of the tread rubber so as to improve the static friction coefficient when the tread rubber is clamped.
During the process of forward conveying, clamping, extending and stretching of the tread rubber, the side edges of the tread rubber slide along the rollers of the left and right roller retaining assemblies 33. The tread rubber is confined between the left and right stop roller assemblies 33 and cannot be deflected to the side, and the center line of the tread rubber always coincides with the center line of the carcass.
The spacing between the left and right stop roller assemblies 33 is dynamically adjustable to accommodate tread bands of different widths.
The motor and the speed reducer 337 drives the ball screw pair 333 to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise through the driving wheel 336, the two side supports 331 carry the baffles 330 to move along the ball screw pair 333 in opposite directions or in opposite directions, and the distance between the baffles 330 on the two sides can be adjusted.
During the transverse movement of the baffle plate 330, the linear bearing 334 moves in a limited way on the guide optical axis 335 to provide an end auxiliary correction force for the support 331 so as to prevent the baffle plate 330 from deviating.

the middle pressing roller assembly (31) comprises a middle roller (311) sleeved on a middle roller shaft (310), two ends of the middle roller shaft (310) are axially arranged between two side panels (34) through a bearing and an expansion sleeve (312), the bearing and the expansion sleeve (312) on at least one side are connected with a middle pressing roller swing arm (313), and the middle pressing roller swing arm (313) is simultaneously connected with a driving rod of a swing cylinder (314).
