本发明所述的玻璃钢伞骨部件的制作方法,是一种以玻璃钢伞骨为模芯,注塑形成附加构件,并完成伞骨部件组装的方法,这种方法使伞骨结构一体化,各构件连接牢度和部件强度提高,还可使接头和马鞍等零件的成型同伞骨部件的制作一次完成,大大提高了生产效率。

Description

本发明涉及一种玻璃钢伞骨部件的制作方法。
玻璃钢伞骨部件包括玻璃钢长伞骨部件和玻璃钢短伞骨部件,长伞骨部件由长伞骨、接头和马鞍组成,接头和马鞍为附加构件,分别设在长伞骨的端部和中间适当部位;短伞骨部件由短伞骨和接头组成,接头为附加构件,设在短伞骨的两头。目前,玻璃钢伞骨部件的制作方法是将分别用金属材料制造的接头和马鞍零件,通过数道工序套装到玻璃钢伞骨上,然后将接头和马鞍铆固在玻璃钢伞骨上。这种方法首先要制作零件,然后套装铆固,工序步骤较多,生产效率不高,而且铆固过程中要伤及玻璃钢伞骨的本体,影响伞骨强度,且连接牢度欠佳。
本发明的目的是提供一种连接牢度高,生产效率也高的玻璃钢伞骨部件的制作方法。
本发明的解决方案是首先在玻璃钢伞骨安装附加构件的部位制作沟槽,然后把伞骨的沟槽部分放进附加构件的型模中,以玻璃钢伞骨作模芯,向型模中注入高强度的塑料,最后是冷却卸模。
为阐明上述方案,本说明书提供如下附图:

玻璃钢伞骨材料的芯部是经拉伸预应力处理的长玻璃丝束(1),外部是由高强度树脂和填充剂形成的注塑包裹层(2);伞骨部件的零件包括长伞骨(3)、接头(4、7)、马鞍(5)和短伞骨(6);首先在伞骨安装接头(4或7)和马鞍(5)的部位制作沟槽(8),然后是将伞骨装进接头或马鞍模具,接着注塑高强度塑料,如ABS塑料,冷却卸模后,即得到伞骨部件。
用上述注塑成型装配的方法来制造伞骨部件,既可使伞骨结构一体化,提高各构件间的连接牢度和部件强度,还可使接头和马鞍等零件的成型同伞骨部件的制作一次完成,大大提高了生产效率。

1、一种玻璃钢伞骨部件的制作方法,其特征是:首先在玻璃钢伞骨安装附加构件的部位制作沟槽(8),然后把伞骨的沟槽部分放进附加构件的型模中,以玻璃钢伞骨作模芯,向型模中注入高强度的塑料,最后冷却卸模。
