Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种球锁安装装置,具体是涉及一种使用球锁将各部件连接在一起的新颖的装置。该装置具体应用在需承受高压的设备的各部件的装配中,该设备例如是喷枪。
背景技术
球锁是众所周知的装置,例如,这种装置广泛使用于机床的可拆卸连接。美国专利号为3498653的专利就描述了这种装置的一个例子。

发明内容

优选是具有三个球,每个球位于三个径向延伸的孔中的其中一个孔内,该三个径向延伸的孔是等角度间隔开的。
所述径向较大的空间可由锥形壁来限定,该空间的半径朝向该空间的末端增大。在该装置中,当所述柱塞被进一步驱动进入所述杆的时候,所述球能够被向外压迫。这最终在主体和连接体之间提供了牢固的夹紧力。
止动销与所述凸轮的导向轮廓接合以保持所述凸轮相对于所述柱塞的位置。可选地,进一步包括有限制凸轮轴向运动的凸轮弹簧。
理想的是所述凸轮导向轮廓被设置成提供三种不同的状态;即完全接合状态,部分接合状态和完全脱离状态。

图3显示了凸轮7的导向轮廓。所述柱塞有三个不同的位置,它们对应于凸轮7的位置A、B和C。在图中,箭头表示弹簧11加于凸轮7之上的负载。
当凸轮在位置A与所述柱塞啮合时,喷头1和集流腔2被紧紧地夹在一起。在位置B时,夹紧力被部分释放,喷头和集流腔仍然被固定在一起,但是喷头和集流腔之间具有足够的空间以允许释放形成在喷枪的腔体内的任何压力。球5被更加松散地保持在径向延伸的孔内,并且所述球能够沿着所述径向较大的空间的锥形移动,以允许仍然固定在一起的集流腔2和喷头1之间具有小的间隙。这个位置通过弹簧力和止动销来保持,所述弹簧力和止动销共同形成了停止位置。在位置C,球5不再被压迫而穿过径向延伸的孔,并且所述喷头和集流腔可以被分离。为了从位置B达到位置C,凸轮7必须被朝向逆着弹簧力的轴向方向推动并被旋转。
应当理解的是,在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对上述实施例作许多改变。
Claims (7)
1.一种喷枪组件,包括喷枪的喷头和固定到所述喷头上的喷枪的底部集流腔,所述喷头包括孔,该孔具有终止于径向较大的空间内的末端;所述底部集流腔包括杆部分,所述杆部分被设置为接收在所述喷头上的孔内,并且所述杆部分具有在中心的轴向延伸的孔和多个穿过所述杆的壁的径向延伸的孔,可容纳在所述多个径向延伸的孔中的多个球和容纳在所述在中心的轴向延伸的孔中的圆头柱塞,从而当所述柱塞与所述球接合时,使得所述球移动穿过所述径向延伸的孔并突伸入所述径向较大的空间,当所述底部集流腔被对准用于连接到所述喷头上时,通过凸轮部分实现所述柱塞的升降,该凸轮部分可以从所述底部集流腔的外表面的一个位置进行驱动。
