Abstract

一种照明装置,包括一主灯、环绕该主灯设置的一辅灯、以及一可将太阳光转化为电能的太阳能板,该主灯通过电源供电,该辅灯通过该太阳能板转化而来的电能供电,可以辅助该主灯照明的同时节约电能,且该主灯通过电源供电,不会因天气的因素的影响导致太阳光较弱时而无法正常工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种用于户外照明的照明装置。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴光源,虽然现在还不能大规模取代传统的白炽灯,但是其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点,而普遍被市场所看好。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模组能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,完全可以取代现有白炽灯实现室内或室外照明,也将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有的光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
为了进一步节约能源,现有的照明领域中出现了一种太阳能灯具,该太阳能灯具直接利用周围环境中充足的太阳光转化为的电能供电。然而,由于现有的太阳能灯具完全靠环境中的太阳光转化为的电能供电,当阴天或连雨的特殊天气时,这种太阳能灯具会由于太阳光较弱而无法获得充足的电能,从而导致该太阳能灯具因供电不足而无法正常工作。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种节约能源的又不会受天气因素的影响而无法正常工作的照明装置。
一种照明装置,包括一主灯、环绕该主灯设置的一辅灯、以及一可将太阳光转化为电能的太阳能板,该主灯通过电源供电,该辅灯通过该太阳能板转化而来的电能供电。
上述照明装置在主灯周围设有辅灯,可以辅助该主灯照明,且该辅灯通过太阳能板转化而来的电能供电,可以节约能源,同时,该主灯通过电源供电,不会受天气因素的影响导致太阳能较弱时而无法照明。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1及图2所示,该照明装置用于室外,可应用于草坪、广场、学校、公园等地方。该照明装置包括一灯杆10、设于该灯杆10顶端一侧的一主灯20、环绕该主灯20设置的第一辅灯30及设于该灯杆10内的第二辅灯40。
该灯杆10包括一支撑部12、设于该支撑部12顶端的一连接部14及设于该连接部14顶端的一安装部16。该支撑部12为中空的棱柱体状,其横截面呈五边形。该支撑部12于其顶端部分的侧壁上设有若干通孔120。该支撑部12的顶端部分的侧壁的内表面上贴设有五块半透明的板体122。所述第二辅灯40收容在该支撑部12内并固定在其中的一块半透明的板体122上。该第二辅灯40为一长条状的LED灯,其沿该支撑部12的延伸方向设置。该第二辅灯40具有一半圆柱状中空透光筒42,该透光筒42内容置一发光二极管模组(图未示)。该第二辅灯40发出的光透过该半透明的板体122及支撑部12上的通孔120向外射出。所述半透明的板体122可为彩色板体,以使该第二辅灯40发出的光透过板体122后可显出不同的色彩。该连接部14包括一圆柱形的底座140及固定在该底座140内的一连接管142。一蓄电池50固定于该底座140的上表面的中央,且收容在该连接管142内。
请同时参阅图3,该安装部16固定在该连接管142的顶端,该安装部16包括一圆柱形的槽体160及盖设于该槽体160上的一盖体162。该槽体160内收容有一驱动电路模组52,该驱动电路模组52分别与该支撑部12内的第二辅灯40及该连接部14内的蓄电池50电连接。该盖体162的上表面上设有一太阳能板54,该太阳能板54为由多晶硅制成的具有将太阳光转换成电能的矩形板体。使用时,所述太阳能板54与该连接部14内的蓄电池50电性连接,并将转化的电能储存在蓄电池50中,而该蓄电池50与驱动电路模组52电性连接以通过该驱动电路模组52对第二辅灯40供电。另外,所述太阳能板54也可倾斜设置在该盖体162的上表面上方,如可在从该盖体162的上表面向上延伸出一支撑该太阳能板54一侧的支柱,以让太阳能板54在全年内接受到最多的太阳辐射而转化为更多的电能。
请同时参阅图4,该主灯20包括一散热器22、贴设于该散热器22底部的一光源24、贴设于该光源24底部的一反光板26、罩设在该光源24及反光板26上的一灯罩27、围设于该灯罩27底部边缘的一防水垫圈28及一用于将灯罩27及防水垫圈28固定的固定环29。
该散热器22设于该灯杆10的安装部16的一侧,其由导热性能良好的金属材料,如铜、铝等一体制成。该散热器22包括一基座220及设于该基座220上的若干散热片222。该基座220包括一圆形的基板221及由该基板的周缘向下垂直延伸形成的一环形壁223,所述散热片222从基板221的上表面向上垂直延伸,该基板221的下表面与该环形壁223共同成一容置腔225。
该光源24及反光板26收容在该散热器22的容置腔225内。该光源24为一发光二极管模组,其包括一圆形的电路板240及设于该电路板240上的若干发光二极管242。该反光板26包括一与电路板240相对应的平板部260及由该平板部260的周缘向外且向下倾斜延伸的一折边262。该平板部260的形状及大小与该发光二极管模组24的电路板240的形状及大小接近,刚好设在该发光二极管模组24的电路板240上。该平板部260上对应该电路板240上的发光二极管242的数量开设有若干孔洞263,以分别将该发光二极管242收容其内。该发光板26的外表面上涂设有一层反光材料,以将发光二极管242发出的光以不同角度反射到灯罩27的外面。
所述灯罩27由塑料、玻璃或其他透明材料制成。该灯罩27包括一透光部270及由该透光部270的外缘向外延伸形成的一安装部270。所述防水垫圈28及固定环29均呈环状,其形状及大小与该散热器22的环形壁223的形状及大小对应。组装时,所述发光二极管模组24设有发光二极管242的一侧与反光板26相对,共同收容于该散热器22的容置腔225内,并通过螺钉穿过反光板26及发光二极管模组24的电路板240与散热器22的基板221配合而固定。该灯罩27罩设在该散热器22的底部,所述安装部272抵靠在该基座220的环形壁223的底端,该固定环29压制该防水垫圈28抵靠在该灯罩27的安装部272与该散热器22相对的一侧,最后通过螺钉依次穿过该固定环29、防水垫28、该灯罩27的安装部272及散热器22的环形壁223而将灯罩27固定在散热器22上,同时通过所述固定环29及防水垫28实现该灯罩27与散热器22之间的密封,避免灰尘、雨水进入主灯20内。
该第一辅灯30呈一未封闭的圆环状,且环绕该主灯20的基座220外围设置。该第一辅灯30包括一半透明的管体32及设于该管体32内的若干光源34。请参阅图1,所述管体32环设于散热器22的外围,即由该灯杆10的安装部16上靠近主灯20的基座220左侧的位置,围绕该基座220延伸至该灯杆10的安装部16上靠近该基座220右侧的位置,且该管体32与该基座220间间隔一定距离。所述若干光源34可为LED的五彩或七彩变色灯,也可为光纤彩灯。各光源34通过导线相互连接,并与该安装部16内的驱动电路模组52电连接,由储存在蓄电池50中的电能对第一辅灯30供电。
该主灯20与第一辅灯30及第二辅灯40可独立受到控制,即该照明装置工作时,该主灯20靠市电电源提供较大的电能以供主灯20内的发光二极管模组24发光,不会使该整个照明装置因天气的因素的影响导致太阳能较弱时而无法正常照明,该第一辅灯30及第二辅灯40均与该灯杆10的安装部16内的驱动电路模组52电连接,即靠太阳能板54由光能转化来的电能而发光,可以节省能源。该第一辅灯30环设在主灯20周围发出五彩或七彩光,既能起到装饰主灯20的作用又能辅助主灯20照明,该第二辅灯40透过该灯杆10内的不同颜色的半透明板体122发出不同色彩的光,可以起到装饰灯杆10的作用也能辅助该主灯20照明。如果在天气状况良好的情况下,该照明装置也可不开通该主灯20,仅通过该第一辅灯30及第二辅灯40提供装饰照明,即仅由太阳能板54提供电能,从而有效的节约能源。

Claims (10)

1.一种照明装置,其特征在于:包括一主灯、环绕该主灯设置的一辅灯、以及一可将太阳光转化为电能的太阳能板,该主灯通过电源供电,该辅灯通过该太阳能板转化而来的电能供电。
2.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述主灯与该辅灯可独立受到控制。
3.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述辅灯包括环绕该主灯的一管体及设于该管体内的若干光源。
4.如权利要求3所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述光源为LED五彩或七彩变色灯。
5.如权利要求3所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述光源为光纤彩灯。
6.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于:该照明装置还包括一灯杆,所述主灯设于灯杆顶端的一侧,所述辅灯由该灯杆上靠近该主灯左侧的位置沿该主灯的外围延伸至靠近该主灯右侧的位置。
7.如权利要求6所述的照明装置,其特征在于:该照明装置还包括另一辅灯,该另一辅灯设于该灯杆内,所述另一辅灯通过所述太阳能板转化而来的电能对其供电。
8.如权利要求7所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯杆上设有若干通孔,该灯杆内对应所述通孔的位置设有半透明的板体。
9.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于:该照明装置还包括一与该太阳能板电性连接的蓄电池,该太阳能板转化的电能给蓄电池充电,该蓄电池向该辅灯提供电能。
10.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于:该主灯包括一散热器、设于该散热器底部的一发光二极管模组、设于该发光二极管模组底部的一反光板、罩设在该发光二极管模组及反光板上的一灯罩、围设于该灯罩底部边缘的一防水垫圈及一用于将灯罩及防水垫圈固定的固定环。
