Abstract

本发明公开了一种管道安全监测设备,其包括:被检测管道、外部气罐、覆盖在被检测管道外部的检漏管,连通外部气罐与检漏管的导气管路,和用于监测所述外部气罐内压的压力监测装置,其中所述外部气罐内的压力高于被检测管道内的压力;所述检漏管能够在被检测管道被烧损时或之前被烧损。本发明还公开了一种使用管道安全监测方法,该方法使用本发明公开的管道安全监测设备;本发明是与粉煤加压气化炉特有的激冷装置相配套使用的,通过粉煤加压气化炉一年多的运行经验,该装置能够直接检测出受热装置的安全状况,响应时间要快于炉外检测装置或温度软测量系统,能够避免发生更大的损失。且本发明与目前应用较多的热偶测温及光纤测温技术相比投资低。

Description

用于管道安全监测的设备和方法
技术领域
本发明涉及用于管道安全监测的设备和方法,尤其涉及高温高压含灰渣的气固液三相流动环境下对气化炉下降管进行检测以判断其是否被烧损的方法和装置。
背景技术
煤加压气化是煤洁净利用的一个重要方向,目前已经开发了多种煤气化技术,但是他们有一个共同的特点就是煤在高温高压环境下与氧气发生不完全反应,生成以氢气和一氧化碳为主要成分的高温粗合成气。然后经过冷却除灰过程将合成气送往后续工艺。
合成气的冷却除灰有急冷流程和废锅流程两种方式,其中废锅流程一般只适用于发电领域,急冷流程因投资小,结构简单,可以同时对合成气起到增湿的作用,非常适合化工领域,因此急冷流程得到了广泛的应用。虽然煤气化技术对于合成气的急冷方式各不相同,但大都要有一个急冷装置对高温合成气进行初步冷却,然后合成气通过耐高温管道(下降管)送往渣池进行再次冷却并水洗除灰。
气化装置在正常运行时,激冷水沿下降管内壁流下,下降管的下端浸入激冷水池中,通过中控室对激冷水的液面进行控制。如果急冷装置因某些原因不能将高温合成气温度降低到下降管的工作温度,就会引起下降管烧损,进而导致合成气发生泄漏,如果不及时发现并处理,将会引起炉壳烧损,甚至引发爆炸,产生严重后果。为了及时发现检测下降管烧损导致的合成气泄漏,目前应用较多的是在炉壳外壁采用热电偶或光纤的测温技术,取得了一定的成效。但这两种技术均只能在炉壳表面采用,滞后性较大,投资较高,而且容易因高温导致炉壳发生不可逆损伤。此外,还有一些厂家采用测量合成气出口温度,气体成分等参数,并将其与人工神经网络等数据处理手段相结合开发的温度软测量系统。但这些手段目前大多还处在试验阶段,成功的工业应用还未见公开报道。本发明在粉煤加压气化炉的下降管外围布置压力高于炉内压力的薄壁细管(检漏管),检漏管与炉外的高压气罐相通,一旦下降管超温或烧损,检漏管也很快随之烧损,通过检漏管产生泄漏后炉外气罐压力与炉压平衡的原理,能够迅速有效的检测出下降管的安全状况,并及时采取措施,有效防止意外事故的发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种管道安全监测设备和方法,其能够实时监测管道尤其是下降管是否烧损,该设备和方法不仅能够对气化炉下降管烧损做出迅速准确的判断,有效防止生产事故的发生,而且结构简单,安装方便,运行可靠性高。
本发明的目的是通过提供一种管道安全监测设备实现的。该管道安全监测设备包括:被检测管道、外部气罐、覆盖在被检测管道外部的检漏管,连通外部气罐与检漏管的导气管路,用于监测所述外部气罐内压的压力监测装置,其中所述外部气罐内的压力高于被检测管道内的压力;其特征在于,所述检漏管能够在被检测管道被烧损时或之前被烧损。
优选地,检漏管在被检测管道外的布置方式包括水平方向分层布置或竖直方向分列布置,其中水平方向分层布置包括沿被检测管的轴线绕被检测管的外壁螺旋地缠绕布置,竖直方向分列布置包括沿被检测管的轴线方向分列地布置。
优选地,被检管表面布置的检漏管的管与管间距为20~100mm。
优选地,所述管道安全监测设备还包括信号发送单元。
本发明还提供了一种使用管道安全监测方法,该方法使用权利要求1所述的管道安全监测设备。并且优选地,所述管道安全监测设备还包括信号发送单元。
优选地,所述管道安全监测方法包括设定检漏管与被检测管道一同被烧损,并且当外部气罐的内压下降时,所述信号发送单元发出更换被检测管的信号,防止发生更大的事故。
优选地,所述管道安全监测方法包括设定检漏管在被检测管道之前被烧损,并且当外部气罐的内压下降时,所述信号发送单元发出系统控制信号,对气化炉的工作参数进行监控和调整,防止被检测管被烧损。
本发明于现有技术相比有益效果为:
本发明是与粉煤加压气化炉特有的激冷装置相配套使用的,通过粉煤加压气化炉一年多的运行经验,该装置能够直接检测出受热装置的安全状况,响应时间要快于炉外检测装置或温度软测量系统,能够避免发生更大的损失。且本发明相比与目前应用较多的热偶测温及光纤测温技术相比,所需一次投资要低数十万元。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明的检漏装置用于监测气化炉的下降管时的结构示意图。该下降管安全性能监测装置主要包括炉外气罐1、安全阀4、导气管路(可包括炉外导气管路5、固定在炉壳6上连接法兰(图中未示出)和炉内导气管路7)、检漏管10和将导气管路与上升管8、下降管9相连接的固定装置(图中未示出)。在炉外气罐1上设有放空阀接口法兰2,用于连接就地压力表,炉外气罐1上设有系统安全阀接口法兰3,其接有控制系统的压力测点,即连接压力传感器(图中未示出)。此外,炉外气罐1上设有惰性气体进出口(1A,1B)。在气化炉正常运行时,被检测管9下端浸入激冷水中并由中控室控制激冷水的液位。其中,所述炉外气罐1内的压力高于下降管9内的压力。
为炉外气罐1充压的方式可采用本领域常用的方式,例如但不限于:1利用现场已有的氮气吹扫系统给炉外气罐1充压;2利用可移动的惰性气体罐给炉外气罐1充压。
炉内导气管路7和炉外导气管路5由经由法兰彼此连接并固定在炉壳6上。为防止气化炉运行中炉内导气管路7及检漏管10振动,可采用固定装置将炉内导气管路7和检漏管10固定在上升管8的内外壁以及下降管9外壁上。
检漏管10覆盖在下降管9上,并且优选地采用以下两种布置方式之一,即水平方向分层布置和竖直方向分列布置:
(1)竖直方向分列布置包括沿被检测管的轴线方向分列地布置。如图2(a)所示,检漏管10分为上下两层布置,每层检漏管竖直布置,安装时将检漏管10由卡箍(或其他固定装置)固定在下降管9的外壁面,每根检漏管之间的间距为20~100mm。
(2)水平方向分层布置包括沿被检测管的轴线绕被检测管的外壁螺旋地缠绕布置。如图2(b)所示,检漏管10也分为上下两层布置,每层检漏管沿下降管9的外壁螺旋上升地布置,安装时将检漏管10由卡箍(或其他固定装置)固定在下降管9的外壁面,每根检漏管之间的间距为20~100mm。
本发明的检漏系统还可包括信号发送单元(图中未示出),具体作用将在下文中详细说明。
在对被检测管9进行检测时,可对检漏系统预先作出以下两种设定:
(1)将检漏管10设定为与被检测管9一同被烧损,此时被检测管9和检漏管10采用相同的材质制造,当被检测管9烧穿后,高温合成气很快会将检漏管10烧穿,检漏管10内压力和炉内气压达到平衡,炉外气罐1内的气压降低。当压力传感器检测到这种压力的降低时,信号发送单元发出系统停车信号,要求更换被检测管9。
(2)将检漏管10设定为在被检测管9之前被烧损,此时,通过已知检漏管10的工作环境(温度,压力,腐蚀性等),采用相应的熔点更低的材料制造检漏管10,这样在被检测管9超温之后,紧紧贴在其表面的检漏管10将很快被烧穿,使炉外气罐1内的压力下降。当压力传感器检测到这种压力的降低时,信号发送单元发出系统警报信号,提示工作人员对气化炉中的燃烧进行适当的控制,从而可能避免被检测管9的烧损。
本发明的工作原理如下:将整个装置安装完成并打压完成后,通过炉外气罐1的惰性气体进出口将炉外气罐1的内部压力控制在适当的范围内。作为必要条件,该压力应当大于气化炉工作时下降管9中的压力,例如炉外气罐1的内部压力介于5~6MPa之间。在气化炉正常运行时,整个检漏系统是封闭的,由于检漏管10内气体受热膨胀,炉外气罐1内的压力会升高,然后停留在某一个相对固定的范围内。当下降管9被烧损(设定1)或超温(设定2)后,紧紧包裹在下降管9外的检漏管10将被高温烧穿。当下降管9与检漏管10一起被烧损时,整个检漏系统与气化炉内部相连通,由于炉外气罐1压力要高于炉内压力,在炉外气罐1内的惰性气体(例如氮气)会进入炉内,炉外气罐1压力随之降低,与炉内气压达到平衡,同时向下降管9提供适当的保护。当只有检漏管10被烧损时,同样检漏管10中的惰性气体将泄漏出去,导致炉外气罐1内的压力降低。如果通过炉外气罐1的压力测点检测到炉外气罐1压力有明显的下降,则说明下降管9已经被烧漏(设定1)或超温(设定2),从而可根据预先的设定,发出相应的信号,以提示工作人员进行相应的处理。检漏装置保证了及时检测出下降管9的工作状况。
本领域技术人员通过本发明的介绍可以认识到,本发明的管道监测设备和方法不仅可用于监测煤气化炉的下降管,也可应用于其他需要进行类似监测的管道。
本发明未公开技术属本领域技术人员公知常识。

Claims (5)

1.一种管道安全监测设备,其包括:被检测管(9)、外部气罐(1)、覆盖在被检测管(9)外部的检漏管(10),连通外部气罐(1)与检漏管(10)的导气管路(5,7),和用于监测所述外部气罐(1)内压的压力监测装置,其中所述外部气罐(1)内的压力高于被检测管(9)内的压力;其特征在于,所述检漏管(10)能够在被检测管(9)被烧损时或之前被烧损;所述检漏管(10)与被检测管(9)采用相同的材质制造;或所述检漏管(10)采用低于被检测管(9)熔点的材质制造;并且检漏管(10)在被检测管(9)外的布置方式为水平方向分层布置或竖直方向分列布置,其中水平方向分层布置包括沿被检测管(9)的轴线绕被检测管(9)的外壁螺旋地缠绕布置,竖直方向分列布置包括沿被检测管(9)的轴线方向分列地布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道安全监测设备,其特征在于,检漏管(10)的管与管间距为20~100mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管道安全监测设备,其特征在于,所述管道安全监测设备还包括信号发送单元。
4.一种管道安全监测的方法,其特征在于使用权利要求1所述的管道安全监测设备,
所述管道安全监测设备还包括信号发送单元,
所述的方法包括设定检漏管(10)与被检测管(9)一同被烧损,并且当外部气罐(1)的内压下降时,所述信号发送单元发出更换被检测管(9)的信号。
5.一种管道安全监测的方法,其特征在于使用权利要求1所述的管道安全监测设备,所述管道安全监测设备还包括信号发送单元,所述的方法包括设定检漏管(10)在被检测管(9)之前被烧损,并且当外部气罐(1)的内压下降时,所述信号发送单元发出系统控制信号,对气化炉的工作参数进行监控和调整,防止被检测管(9)被烧损。
