背景技术
CN2670291Y、名称“一种改进的管式链轮输送机”,输送管各管段连接处分别有凹凸配对的同心定位,连接面有O密封圈,给料斗中部设有与输送管倾斜角相等的锥斜段,及采用链轮滑动框设置在张紧箱两侧滑槽内的单点张紧,对合输送链轮采用互补的台阶或阶梯结构,对合后由斜向螺栓紧固。其不足之处:链轮的齿尖单薄易断,直接影响到管道链轮输送机的正常运行。
发明内容
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种一种既能够有效与链条啮合,又能够确保链条运行稳定且不会发生齿尖断的管道链轮输送机专用链轮。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。1、链条的链环嵌入齿面的形式的设计,是本发明的技术特征之一。这样做的目的在于:由于齿尖与齿身宽度相等、厚度相同,使得齿尖的强度得到了极大地提高,运行中不会发生齿尖断裂现象,确保了管道链轮输送机的正常运行。2、齿面嵌入环凹槽的两侧有导向槽的设计,是本发明的技术特征之二。这样做的目的在于:使嵌入齿面的链条的链环能够顺利的导入和导出,既能可靠地驱动链条,又能保持链条稳定,不会发生左右摆动现象。

实施例1:参照附图1和2。链环嵌入齿面式链轮输送机专用链轮,它包括链轮,所述链轮轮齿为直齿1且直齿1的齿尖2的宽度和厚度大于直齿1的宽度和厚度;所述齿尖2的端面开有凹槽3,所述凹槽3为上下连凹凹槽,其下部的凹槽宽度小于上部凹槽的宽度,其制作工艺系现有技术,在此不作叙述。
