Abstract

本发明公开了一种装配式透水薄壁锥形桩,其特征是采用装配式结构,由桩帽、桩身和桩头组成;桩身为锥形管体,锥形管体为分段设置,相邻的锥形管体是以嵌套在锥形管体内的榫体形成榫接;在各段锥形管体的侧壁上设置有透水孔;桩头连接在桩身的底部,桩头的前端为锥尖,桩头的尾部以凸起的桩头榫与桩身榫接;桩帽为一扣接在桩身项部的平台。本发明对于各类软弱地基土具有通用性和灵活性,有益于标准化制作,对于成桩机械与工具的选择具有广泛性,减少了桩身质量,加强了软弱土体的排水固结作用,提高了桩土的共同作用,可有效提高对地基的承载能力、提高对基础沉降的可控性、缩短施工工期和降低工程费用。

装配式透水薄壁锥形桩
技术领域
本发明涉及一种桩体结构,更具体地说是应用于建筑、公路、水利、土木工程中各类软弱地基、进行快速加固与处理、提高地基承载力、减少地基沉降的桩体结构。
背景技术
建筑物的兴建、公路路基的修筑、水利工程结构物的构建等土木工程的建设中,常常遇到软弱地基处理和加固问题,采用桩基形式,以满足构筑物、构造物、建筑物对地基承载力和沉降的要求。现行各类桩由于对施工机械的依赖要求,使得桩型相对单一、施工时间长、工程费用高,适应范围受限,具有成桩缺陷,难以标准化制作。当前主要桩型如灌注桩和预制桩、搅拌桩等;灌注桩对成孔机械要求专一,成桩易产生塌孔至桩身离析、断桩;预制桩对沉桩机械动力、长度制作、运输受限等;搅拌桩需要专门机械、承载力受限。
发明内容
本发明是为避免上述现有技术所存在的问题,提供一种装配式透水薄壁锥形桩,以使其对各类软弱地基土的应用具有通用性和灵活性,有益于标准化制作,对于成桩机械与工具的选择具有广泛性,具有减少桩身质量,加强软弱土体的排水固结作用,提高桩土的共同作用,进而提高对地基的承载能力、提高对基础沉降的可控性、缩短施工工期和降低工程费用。
本发明解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
本发明装配式透水薄壁锥形桩的结构特点是采用装配式结构,由桩帽、桩身和桩头组成;
所述桩身为锥形管体,所述锥形管体为分段设置,相邻的锥形管体是以嵌套在锥形管体内的榫体形成榫接;在所述各段锥形管体的侧壁上设置有透水孔;
所述桩头连接在桩身的底部,桩头的前端为锥尖,桩头的尾部以凸起的桩头榫与桩身榫接;
所述桩帽为一扣接在桩身项部的平台。
与已有技术相比,本发明有益效果体现在:
1、本发明装配式结构,融基础和桩于一体,使基础设计与单桩设计形成集成。
2、本发明以桩帽为平台,使基础与单桩乃至群桩即在一个桩帽之下有多组桩身可镶嵌在一起,形成承荷平台,基础与桩的共同作用结合密切,受力承载与抗力的刚度和强度的得到加强。
3、本发明桩身为分段设置的锥形管体,这使得沉桩施工方法、桩长的选择更加灵活,使得桩截面变化形式能够多样,与现行单一桩径和桩长相比,本发明可以广泛适应不同软弱地基的处理与加固的要求;极大地提高单桩承载能力、挤密桩间土体、加速桩间土的排水固结;更利于单桩设计和制作的标准化、成品化、系列化。
4、本发明桩身内嵌管状榫体的榫接形式加强了整体联系和抗弯性能,使桩身整体的受力、抗力特性更好。
5、本发明桩身的透水形式,可以加速软弱地基的排水固结,减少桩周土体的含水,提高土体的强度,在桩身与土的共同作用下单桩承载力得到极大提高。
6、本发明中桩身锥形体的空心组合,减少了桩身质量,降低了材料消耗与费用,也同时提供部分承载能力。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2,本实施例采用装配式结构,由桩帽1、桩身2和桩头3组成;
桩身2为锥形管体,锥形管体分段设置,相邻的锥形管体是以嵌套在锥形管体内的管状榫体4形成榫接,榫体4可以为管体也可以为实心体;在各段锥形管体的侧壁上设置有透水孔2a;
桩头3连接在桩身的底部,桩头3的前端为锥尖,桩头3的尾部以凸起的桩头榫与桩身榫接;
桩帽1为一扣接在桩身项部的平台。
具体实施中,桩身的各段锥形管体可按不同锥角、不同内径、不同长度进行选材和设定各段壁厚,组合桩身的各段锥形管体在上端面和下端面上应设置用于加强的刚性连接件2b,比如用钢环焊接或共同预制,满足沉桩的施工工艺的打入、压入的强度要求。各段锥形管体为中空、轴向贯通、内壁可设周向加筋,以满足加强壁厚的强度要求。
成桩过程可以是依次打入或压入桩头及各锥形段,嵌入榫体,在顶端连接桩帽即形成基础承台,也可以按群桩设置,即可在一个桩帽之下设置多组桩身,形成群桩。

1.装配式透水薄壁锥形桩,其特征是采用装配式结构,由桩帽(1)、桩身(2)和桩头(3)组成;
所述桩身(2)为锥形管体,所述锥形管体为分段设置,相邻的锥形管体是以嵌套在锥形管体内的榫体(4)形成榫接;在所述各段锥形管体的侧壁上设置有透水孔(2a);
所述桩头(3)连接在桩身的底部,桩头(3)的前端为锥尖,桩头(3)的尾部以凸起的桩头榫与桩身(2)榫接;
所述桩帽(1)为一扣接在桩身项部的平台。
2.根据权利要求1所述的所述装配式透水薄壁锥形桩,其特征是所述榫体(4)为管体或为实心体。
