本发明属于鱼类养殖药剂领域，涉及一种大鲵精子保护剂。该大鲵精子保护剂含有氯化钠、碳酸氢钠、氯化钾、磷酸二氢钠、氯化钙。在大鲵人工授精过程中使用本发明可使精子存活时间延长7.7小时；精子活力有明显加强；受精率提高了27.3％。

技术领域
本发明属于鱼类养殖技术领域，涉及一种大鲵精子保护剂。
背景技术
大鲵(俗称娃娃鱼)是一种称之为“活化石”的古老两栖类动物，系国家二级保护动物，为保护和发展这一珍贵资源，满足市场需求，必须进行人工繁殖，但雌雄大鲵难于同步发情，特别是大鲵精子在体外对温度、光照等环境很敏感，存活时间很短，难以达到人工催产的目的，因此大鲵的繁殖一直没能取得重大突破，商品大鲵的人工养殖也一直停滞不前。目前还没有针对大鲵的精子保护剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种对雄性大鲵催产后，通过挤精获取的成熟精子进行保护、延长其在体外的存活时间、提高受精率，并能应用于大鲵批量人工繁殖的大鲵精子保护剂及其使用方法。
本发明为达到上述目的，提供一种大鲵精子保护剂，是用以下方法来实现的。按1000毫升蒸馏水中，加入氯化钠(4400～4600毫克)、碳酸氢钠(190～210毫克)、氯化钾(130～150毫克)、磷酸二氢钠(9～11毫克)、氯化钙(110～130毫克)的比例配制。
使用本发明大鲵精子保护剂的方法是将用上述大鲵精子保护剂置于专用喷壶中，放置于繁殖用水池中，使之温差达到均衡。将卵带均匀放置于采卵盆底部，然后将上述最佳配制比例所配制的精子保护剂均匀喷洒在卵带上，随即将精液倒入卵面上，并加生理盐水，缓缓转动采卵盆。
本发明精子保护剂的使用精子活力有明显加强，受精率明显高于未添加精子保护剂的对照组，受精率提高了27.3％，且操作简便，便于批量生产应用。
具体实施方式
下面是本发明的实施例。
将各组份物质按1000毫升蒸馏水中，加入氯化钠(4400-4600毫克)、碳酸氢钠(190-210毫克)、氯化钾(130-150毫克)、磷酸二氢钠(9-11毫克)、氯化钙(110-130毫克)的比例配制。将配制好的精子保护剂置于专用喷壶中，放置于繁殖用水池中，使之温差达到均衡。将卵带均匀放置于采卵盆底部，然后将上述最佳配制比例所配制的精子保护剂均匀喷洒在卵带上，随即将精液倒入卵面上，并加生理盐水，缓缓转动采卵盆。以下列出了三次不同试验的情况和效果。

1.一种大鲵精子保护剂，其特征在于按1000毫升蒸馏水中，加入氯化钠4400～4600毫克、碳酸氢钠190～210毫克、氯化钾130～150毫克、磷酸二氢钠9～11毫克、氯化钙110～130毫克的比例配制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大鲵精子保护剂的使用方法，其特征在于将大鲵精子保护剂置于专用喷壶中，放置于繁殖用水池中，使之温差达到均衡，将卵带均匀放置于采卵盆底部，然后将上述配制比例范围内所配制的精子保护剂均匀喷洒在卵带上，随即将精液倒入卵面上，并加生理盐水，缓缓转动采卵盆。
