本发明属于电工机械设备领域：具体涉及一种用于整形机上对定子端部线圈进行整形的模具升降驱动机构。其特征是：固定板上设有通过轴承座支撑的两滚珠螺杆、电机和气缸，电机轴上的同步带轮通过同步带与两滚珠螺杆上端设有的同步带轮同步带连接，气缸的活塞杆下端通过浮动接头与活动板相连，两滚珠螺杆下端也与活动板固连。因而具有结构简单，使用方便，效率高的优点。

技术领域：本发明属于电工机械设备领域：具体涉及一种用于整形机上对定子端部线圈进行整形的模具升降驱动机构。
背景技术：目前，对嵌线后的定子线圈端部整形时模具的升降通常采用液压驱动，其缺点是：一是需要有机械限位装置，针对不同的定子叠厚需更换不同的限位零件，调整不方便模具到位有撞击；二是没有模具意外下落的保险装置；三是液压系统存在液压油的渗漏现象。
发明内容：本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单，使用方便，效率高的模具升降驱动机构。
本发明的技术方案是：一种模具升降驱动机构，其特征是：固定板上设有通过轴承座支撑的两滚珠螺杆、电机和气缸，电机轴上的同步带轮通过同步带与两滚珠螺杆上端设有的同步带轮同步带连接，气缸的活塞杆下端通过浮动接头与活动板相连，两滚珠螺杆下端也与活动板固连。
由于采用上述技术方案，使用时，将螺杆下端与活动板固联，模具固定于活动板，通过伺服电机及同步带传动，将动力传递给滚珠螺杆副的螺母，螺母将转动转换为螺杆带动活动板的上下移动，从而实现模具的升降；因而具有结构简单，使用方便，效率高的优点。

具体实施方式：参考附图，一种模具升降驱动机构，在固定板7上设有通过轴承座6支撑的两滚珠螺杆4、12、电机1和气缸2，电机1轴上的同步带轮10通过同步带3与两滚珠螺杆4、12上端设有的同步带轮5、9同步带连接，气缸2的活塞杆下端通过浮动接头11与活动板8相连，两滚珠螺杆4、12下端也与活动板8固连。

1.一种模具升降驱动机构，其特征是：固定板(7)上设有通过轴承座(6)支撑的两滚珠螺杆(4、12)、电机(1)和气缸(2)，电机(1)轴上的同步带轮(10)通过同步带(3)与两滚珠螺杆(4、12)上端设有的同步带轮(5、9)同步带连接，气缸(2)的活塞杆下端通过浮动接头(11)与活动板(8)相连，两滚珠螺杆(4、12)下端也与活动板(8)固连。
