Abstract

本发明公开了一种迷宫式通风器，该通风器在其外框（1）内设置至少两组交错布置并可相对前后移动的风挡板（2）。这种迷宫式通风器在空气进入室内时，室外的噪音和热量被迂回曲折的流道充分削弱和阻隔，在满足通风的同时也兼顾了隔热和降噪的要求，并且该交错布置的风挡板大大提高了整个通风器的水密性，其结构简单，经济适用。

本发明涉及一种通风器，具体涉及通风器的风挡板。
背景技术
现有市场上采用的传统通风器的风挡板通常设计为摆式风挡板，其通过风挡板的摆动来开启或关闭风门，以对进入室内的空气进行控制，当风门在开启时，外界的噪声和热量就会随着空气一起通过风门进入到室内，因此这种通风器不但无法同时满足通风、隔热和降噪三方面的要求，并且其水密性也较差。
针对上述不足，有的通风器将进风口设置在通风器的下部，即从通风器的底部进风，使进入通风器的空气必须要旋转90°才能进入到室内，因此，这种通风器风阻较大，往往会造成流道损失大幅度增加，在自然通风时就会大大影响进入室内的空气量。
发明内容
针对上述不足，本发明提供一种迷宫式通风器，该通风器不但能够同时满足通风、隔热和降噪三方面的要求，并且在保证具有良好水密性的同时减小风阻。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种迷宫式通风器，该通风器在其外框内设置至少两组交错布置并可相对前后移动的风挡板，此处可将其中某组或某几组风挡板设置为固定挡，其他组的风档设置为移动挡，该移动挡相对于固定挡前后移动，以对风量进行控制，包括开启、关闭、增大和减小风量的控制；也可将每组的风挡板都设置为移动挡。
所述风挡板呈“V”型，每组风挡板的朝向相同，并且相邻两组风挡板的朝向相反，从而每两组风挡板可交错倒扣布置，以便更好地对空气风量进行控制；当然，风挡板的形状也可以根据具体情况设置，比如设置为圆形、三角形或其他形状。
为了延长空气进入室内的路径，使空气必须经过迂回曲折的路径后才能进入室内，所述风挡板设置4组或4组以上，其平行或垂直于所述通风器的外框的纵向轴线，并且每组风挡板之间两两平行，从而空气在通过该迷宫式的路径时，外界的噪音和热量被该路径充分阻隔，更好地达到通风、隔热和降噪的目的。
本发明提供的迷宫式通风器相对于传统的通风器而言，其设置了至少两组交错布置并可相对前后移动的风挡板，因此，外界空气在直接引入室内时反复回转后以旋转的态势进入，相比于传统通风器中空气必须要旋转90°而言，其风阻大大减小，在此过程中室外的噪音和热量被迂回曲折的流道充分削弱和阻隔，在满足通风的同时也兼顾了隔热和降噪的要求，并且该交错布置的风挡板大大提高了整个通风器的水密性；其次，该通风器无需另设防蚊网，也可起到很好的防蚊虫的作用；更进一步的是，该通风器特别适用于多风沙地区，其特别设置的迷宫式流道可将大颗粒沙土在离心力的作用下被抛向流道的内壁，并沿该内壁滑落至通风器底部排出室外，其结构简单，经济适用。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明所要解决的技术问题、所采用的技术方案和所达到的有益效果，下面结合实施例来对本发明进一步说明；需要说明的是，以下实施例中的每一个技术特征，都只是其他等效或者类似技术特征的一个代表而已，它并不将本发明所要求保护的范围限定在以下实施例中；并且，在本发明说明书中所涉及到的新的技术特征或组合，或所涉及到的新的方法或步骤，都将落入到本发明所要求的保护范围之内。
如图1和图2所示，一种迷宫式通风器，该通风器在其外框1内设置4组交错布置并可相对前后移动的风挡板2，其平行于通风器外框1的纵向轴线，并且每组风挡板2之间两两平行；所述风挡板2呈“V”型，每组风挡板2的朝向相同，并且相邻两组风挡板2的朝向相反，将靠近进风口方向的3组风挡板设置为固定挡，靠近室内方向的1组为移动挡，该移动挡在外力驱动下可相对于固定挡前后移动，以对空气风量进行控制，即移动挡远离固定挡运动时，风量逐渐增大；移动挡靠近固定挡运动时，风量逐渐减小；移动挡与固定挡倒扣时，风量关闭，空气的流向请见图1中的箭头所示。

1. 一种迷宫式通风器，其特征在于：该通风器在其外框（1）内设置4组交错布置并能够相对前后移动的风挡板（2），所述风挡板（2）呈“V”型，每组风挡板（2）的朝向相同，并且相邻两组风挡板（2）的朝向相反，每两组风挡板交错倒扣布置；所述风挡板（2）平行于通风器外框（1）的轴线，并且每组风挡板（2）之间两两平行；其中，所述风档板（2）两端的厚度小于中间部位的厚度，同时在中间部位的内凹部分为圆弧形。
