Abstract

本发明涉及一种阴茎植入物,该阴茎植入物为包含若干层膨体聚四氟乙烯薄片的层状结构,该层状结构包含具有若干弧状凸起的最外层,及通过层压或粘合剂设置在最外层下方的若干平滑内层;该层状结构的横截面呈弧状。本发明还涉及阴茎植入物的制备方法,采用该方法制备的阴茎植入物,具有良好生物相容性,通过控制假体中微孔的大小,让组织细胞能够长入,使得该阴茎植入物能永久植入,不会出现假体滑动或移位,以及相应的并发症,而且,该阴茎植入物具有层状结构,便于手术医生根据患者需要进行修饰处理,且使用该阴茎植入物后,在外形上更自然,在生理上和心理上均能达到患者的要求。

阴茎植入物及其制备方法 
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用假体,属于医疗器械领域;具体地,涉及一种阴茎植入物及其制备方法。 
背景技术
阴茎短小指成年期男子阴茎在正常生理条件下,其长度与周径小于正常男子的平均值,且性生活受到一定得影响。并且伴有男性第二性征(阴毛、腋毛和胡须、变声、喉结、男性生殖器形态等)发育不全或逐渐退化,精神萎靡,全身乏力,缺乏男性的阳刚之气;给患者心理和生理造成了巨大的影响。 
阴茎增粗术是一种以改善阴茎外形、改善性生活和减轻性心理压力为目的的手术,这种手术在成年男性人群中有一定的需求。在临床上用于阴茎整形常用的手术方法有脂肪填充技术、聚合物注射(多为聚酯类)和硅胶类假体植入。但脂肪注入法导致的问题是效果的持久性,因为脂肪会逐渐被机体吸收,相应的出现修复部位外形不规则,需要进行再次注射,增加了患者的经济负担和痛苦。而硅胶植入法,会出现外源反应,玻璃球植入皮肤易破溃;而一些多糖类聚合物制备的阴茎植入物,易出现术后水肿,感染等综合征,同时这些可生物降解聚合物的远期效果有待进一步观察。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有良好生物相容性的阴茎增粗植入物,该阴茎增粗植入物能永久植入,不会出现假体滑动或移位,以及相应的并发症,且使用后,在外形上更自然,在生理上和心理上均能达到患者的要求。 
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种阴茎植入物,该阴茎植入物为包含若干层膨体聚四氟乙烯薄片的层状结构,该层状结构包含具有若干弧状凸起的最外层,及通过层压或粘合剂设置在最外层下方的若干平滑内层;该层 状结构的横截面呈弧状。 
所述的阴茎植入物的层状结构的横截面呈环形。 
所述的阴茎植入物的层状结构的横截面呈“C”形;其中,所述的“C”形阴茎植入物的每个角都磨成圆滑的弧状,以防止植入物顶破皮肤。 
所述的层状结构的最外层包含若干锯齿形凸起;所述的最外层的锯齿形凸起结构能减小假体在弯曲下的张力。 
所述的层状结构的最外层包含若干波浪形凸起。 
所述的膨体聚四氟乙烯为柔软型,足够柔软且具有韧性,使用前已经通过模具压制成具有C形横截面的层状结构,更接近人体的自然特征。 
所述的膨体聚四氟乙烯的孔径为20~50微米,通过控制假体中微孔的大小,让组织细胞能够长入,使得该阴茎植入物能永久植入,不会出现假体滑动或移位。 
本发明还提供了一种阴茎植入物的制备方法,该方法包含以下具体步骤: 
步骤1,制作半成品:以聚四氟乙烯原料与助挤剂按照重量比20∶1~30∶1的比例混合,室温下,经过推压预成型,形成棒状聚四氟乙烯,加热至40~100℃辊压,形成厚度为4~5mm的薄片; 
步骤2,将步骤1得到的聚四氟乙烯薄片加热至300~400℃进行拉伸,使其膨化,产生大量的“节与纤维结构”,维持在该温度下,定型3小时,得到膨体聚四氟乙烯薄片; 
步骤3,取若干张步骤2得到的膨体聚四氟乙烯薄片,在280~360℃下进行层压或用粘合剂进行粘合,再通过模具加工、定型,制得成型阴茎植入物。 
所述的步骤1中,助挤剂与聚四氟乙烯混合后成为糊膏状物,以便经剪切力后,使球状树脂颗粒拉伸成为均匀的纤维状结构,而且,此处还起到润滑剂的作用;所述助挤剂一般选取汽油类溶剂如石油醚、溶剂油和石蜡油等。 
本发明的阴茎植入物能使患者的阴茎增粗,该植入物采用膨体聚四氟乙烯制成,具有良好的生物相容性,且能通过控制膨体聚四氟乙烯结构中微孔的大小,让组织细胞能够长入,能对假体起到一定得固定作用,防止假体移位;同时假体植入后不形成纤维包囊,在必要的时候可以完全取出。该材料质地柔软,有一定的可压缩性,耐牵拉。这些特性可避免血栓形成、窦状隙 纤维化或闭塞。 
而且本发明阴茎植入物的层状结构,在临床上便于医生根据患者的不同情况选取植入物的厚度。对于轻度患者,医生只要从植入物中剥去一层或两层结构,便可直接植入,达到增粗的目的,而不需要用手术刀进行雕刻,操作方便简单,大大缩短了手术时间,减轻了病人的痛苦。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的说明。 
如图1所示,本发明的阴茎植入物为包含若干层膨体聚四氟乙烯薄片的层状结构,该层状结构包含具有若干弧状凸起的最外层11及通过层压或粘合剂设置在最外层11下方的若干平滑内层12;该层状结构的横截面呈弧状,本发明的另一个实施例中,该层状结构的横截面呈C形。 
本发明还提供了一种阴茎植入物的制备方法,该方法包含以下具体步骤: 
步骤1,制作半成品:将聚四氟乙烯颗粒原料与润滑助挤油(mineral spiritssolvent,由Exxon chemical公司提供)按照重量份数20∶1~30∶1的比例混合,用震荡器使之混合达到均匀。然后,在室温下,经过推压(压力为10~30吨)预成型,形成棒状聚四氟乙烯,采用双轴辊压机在40~100℃辊压,主从辊的转速为1∶1~1∶5,形成厚度为4~5mm的薄片; 
步骤2,将步骤1得到的聚四氟乙烯薄片加热至300~400℃,采用双轴向拉伸机进行拉伸,拉伸倍数为3~6倍,使其膨化,产生大量的“节与纤维”结构,其孔径约为20~50微米,维持在该温度下,定型3小时,得到膨体聚四氟乙烯薄片1~1.5mm,裁剪成需要的长度; 
步骤3,取若干张步骤2得到的膨体聚四氟乙烯薄片,本实施例中,该成型阴茎植入物具有4层膨体聚四氟乙烯薄片,在280~360℃下进行层压或用粘合剂进行粘合(本实施例中使用的粘合剂为聚全氟乙丙烯),再通过模具 加工、定型,制得最外层呈锯齿状的具有层状结构的成型阴茎植入物,其长为60-80mm,直径为15-40mm,总厚度为4-6mm左右,各层厚度为1-1.5mm,其最外层11的各锯齿之间的间距为2-4mm,四周的倾斜角度为30-45℃。如图2所示为该阴茎植入物的正面俯视图,图3为本发明的阴茎植入物的俯视图。 
该成型阴茎增粗的植入物无需要经过雕刻,而其层状结构便于医生根据患者的具体情况,对假体进行“去层”处理,大大减少了雕刻假体的时间,同时减少了假体暴露在空气中的时间,降低了感染的机率,缩短了手术时间。本发明的膨体聚四氟乙烯材料具有微孔结构,能让组织细胞长入,对假体进行固定,不会出现假体移位、滑动现象,这对阴茎修复来说具有特别的意义。其齿状结构和边沿的倾斜角度,成型材料呈“C”型,使得回位张力大大减小,材料边制成圆弧状,防止顶破皮肤,降低术后感染的几率。 
尽管本发明的内容已经通过上述优选实施例作了详细介绍,但应当认识到上述的描述不应被认为是对本发明的限制。在本领域技术人员阅读了上述内容后,对于本发明的多种修改和替代都将是显而易见的。因此,本发明的保护范围应由所附的权利要求来限定。 

Claims (9)

1.一种阴茎植入物,其特征在于,该阴茎植入物为包含若干层膨体聚四氟乙烯薄片的层状结构,该层状结构的植入物包含具有若干弧状凸起的最外层(11),及通过层压或粘合剂设置在最外层(11)下方的若干平滑内层(12);该层状结构的横截面呈弧状。
2.如权利要求1所述的阴茎植入物,其特征在于,所述的阴茎植入物的层状结构的横截面呈环形。
3.如权利要求1所述的阴茎植入物,其特征在于,所述的阴茎植入物的层状结构的横截面呈“C”形。
4.如权利要求3所述的阴茎植入物,其特征在于,所述的“C”形阴茎植入物边缘的每个角都磨成圆滑的弧状。
5.如权利要求1所述的阴茎植入物,其特征在于,所述的层状结构的最外层(11)包含若干锯齿形凸起。
6.如权利要求1所述的阴茎植入物,其特征在于,所述的层状结构的最外层(11)包含若干波浪形凸起。
7.如权利要求1所述的阴茎植入物,其特征在于,所述的膨体聚四氟乙烯为柔软型。
8.如权利要求1所述的阴茎植入物,其特征在于,所述的膨体聚四氟乙烯的孔径为20~50微米。
9.一种权利要求1所述的阴茎植入物的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包含以下具体步骤:
步骤1,以聚四氟乙烯原料与助挤剂按照重量比为20∶1~30∶1的比例混合,室温下,经过推压预成型,形成棒状聚四氟乙烯,然后在40~100℃辊压,形成厚度为4~5mm的薄片;
步骤2,将步骤1得到的聚四氟乙烯薄片加热至300℃~400℃进行拉伸,拉伸倍数为3~6倍,使其膨化,产生大量的“节与纤维”结构,维持在该温度下,定型,得到膨体聚四氟乙烯薄片;
步骤3,取若干张步骤2得到的膨体聚四氟乙烯薄片,在280~360℃下进行层压或用粘合剂进行粘合,再通过模具加工制得成型阴茎植入物。
