本发明公开了一种正转秸秆还田旋耕机，是在现有技术的正转旋耕机刀辊的上方设置一栅栏，将位于刀辊后方的镇压辊直径设计为190-320毫米。镇压辊的表面与栅栏的距离为1-80毫米，作业时抛向后方的秸秆被栅栏挡住，镇压辊滚动时镇压辊下部将秸秆压住，旋耕抛起的土壤落在镇压滚上部，当镇压辊被牵引随机滚动时落在镇压滚上方的土壤正好回落在镇压辊下部的秸秆上，起到覆盖秸秆的作用，结构十分简单，易推广。

国内目前出现多种型号的秸秆还田旋耕机，对于旱田秸秆还田大多采用犁刀轴反转来实现，由于缺乏埋草方面技术措施，为了埋草以犁刀轴反转的作业方法，再加深耕作层，以足量的土壤来埋草，增大了机械负荷，造成功率不够，机械损坏率高，作业后的地表平整度差，达不到农艺要求，
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种正转旱田秸秆还田旋耕机。
本发明的实施方案是：是在现在技术的正转旋耕机刀辊轴的上方设置一栅栏，将位于刀辊轴后方的镇压辊直径设计为190-320毫米。镇压辊表面与栅栏的距离为1-80毫米。
本发明的优点是：镇压辊直径大，能起到压草和回土覆盖秸秆的作用，秸秆还田效果好，结构十分简单，易推广。

如图所示的一种正转秸秆还田旋耕机是在现在技术的正转旋耕机1的刀辊4的上方设置一栅栏2，将位于刀辊4后方的镇压辊3直径设计为190-320毫米，镇压辊3的表面与栅栏2的距离为1-80毫米，作业时抛向后方的秸秆被栅栏挡住，镇压辊3滚动时下部将秸秆压住，旋耕抛起的土壤落在镇压滚3上部，镇压辊3滚动时，落在镇压辊3上部的土壤正好回落在镇压辊3下部的秸秆上，起到覆盖秸秆的作用，达到秸秆还田埋草效果，结构十分简单，易推广。

1.一种正转旱田秸秆还田旋耕机，是在现有技术的正转旋耕机(1)刀辊(4)上方设置一栅栏(2)，其特征是：将位于刀辊(4)后方的镇压辊(3)直径设计为190-320毫米。
