本发明的目的是提供一种用于油菜田复合除草剂及其制备方法,由烯草酮和胺苯磺隆为有效成份,并加入适量成份的载体,按重量百分比其配比为:烯草酮1.5-5%,胺苯磺隆15-25%,乳化剂10-30%,溶剂20-35%。

一种油菜田复合除草剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及除草剂,特别涉及用于油菜田中使用的复合除草剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
油菜田杂草种类繁多,主要分为禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草及莎草科杂草,由于种植区域的不同而存在差别,由于高温多雨,杂草生长速度较快,导致油菜生长缓慢,减产在10-15%,受杂草影响减产,造成浪费人力和财力。现有的化学制剂除草,主要有草除灵、精喹禾灵等除草剂,精喹禾灵草仅限于对去除禾本科杂草有效,双子叶杂草多年杂草生长速度,需考虑环境、气候、土壤等因素,同时对阔叶型杂草作用甚微,单一使用精喹禾灵草对去除杂草效果欠佳;配方单纯使用一种或同类型的除草剂,都有固定杀草谱,因此杀草谱较为狭窄,单方制剂的除草剂在环境条件不利或用量较高情况下易产生药害事件,长期使用还会导致杂草群落演变,单子叶杂草和久生杂草明显增加,除草较果差,田间总草量防除效果不明显,产量低,很难普遍推广使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于油菜田复合除草剂及其制备方法,使具有增效作用强,对作物环境安全,成本低,增加产量等特点。
为了克服现有单一制剂的缺陷,本发明提供以下技术方案:由烯草酮和胺苯磺隆为有效成份,并加入适量成份的载体,按重量百分比其配比为:烯草酮1.5-5%,胺苯磺隆15-25%,乳化剂10-30%,溶剂20-35%。为了实现本发明目的,进一步提供的技术方案:烯草酮2-4%,胺苯磺隆20-30%,乳化剂15-20%,溶剂25-30%。
所选用的乳化剂可选为芳基硫酸盐、芳基聚氧乙烯醚任一种。
所选用的溶剂为甲苯或二甲苯任一种。
本发明的复合除草剂的制备方法:首先将烯草酮放入溶剂中,然后加入胺苯磺隆搅拌混合均匀后放入乳化剂得到本发明除草剂。

本发明制成的油菜田除草剂,经药效试验具有以下明显效果:具有广谱、高效除草作用,使用27-45天可有效去除顽固型杂草。对去除禾禾本科杂草及阔叶杂草型效果更理想,既可作用于冬油菜型除草,也可用于对芥菜型和白菜型的油菜上。
具体实施方式
本发明的实施例如下,但是本发明不被限制在本发明实施例范围内:
实施例一:
将占总重量百分比的烯草酮1.5%放入溶剂甲苯20%中,然后加入胺苯磺隆15%搅拌混合均匀后放入芳基硫酸盐10%制得本发明除草剂,施药28天,测得除草率为95%。
实施例二:
将占总重量百分比的烯草酮2%入溶剂二甲苯25%,然后加入胺苯磺隆18%混合均匀后放入芳基聚氧乙烯醚15%得本发明除草剂。施药32天,测得除草率为90%。
实施例三:
将占总重量百分比的烯草酮2.2%入溶剂甲苯25%,然后加入胺苯磺隆20%混合均匀后放入芳基聚氧乙烯醚17%得本发明除草剂。施药40天,测得除草率为93%。
实施例四:
将占总重量百分比的烯草酮3%入溶剂二甲苯28%,然后加入胺苯磺隆20%混合均匀后放入芳基硫酸盐17%得本发明除草剂。施药35天,测得除草率为94.5%。
实施例五:
将占总重量百分比的烯草酮4%入溶剂甲苯30%,然后加入胺苯磺隆30%混合均匀后放入芳基硫酸盐20%得本发明除草剂。施药40天,测得除草率为95%。
对油田杂草防除效果对比表:

通过以上数据表明,本发明制备的油菜田复合除草剂及其制备方法,去除效果显著,通用于各种油菜型。本发明未详内容均为公知技术。

Claims (5)

1.一种油菜田复合除草剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:由烯草酮和胺苯磺隆为有效成份,并加入适量成份的载体,按重量百分比  其配比为:
烯草酮      1.5-5%
胺苯磺隆    15-25%
乳化剂      10-30%
溶剂        20-35%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油菜田复合除草剂,其特征在于:
烯草酮      2-4%
胺苯磺隆    20-30%
乳化剂      15-20%
溶剂        25-30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种油菜田复合除草剂,其特征在于:所选用的乳化剂可选为芳基硫酸盐、芳基聚氧乙烯醚任一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种油菜田复合除草剂,其特征在于:所选用的溶剂为甲苯或二甲苯任一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种油菜田复合除草剂的制备方法:其特征在于:首先将烯草酮放入溶剂中,然后加入胺苯磺隆搅拌混合均匀后放入乳化剂得到本发明除草剂。
