and 5: installing an advertisement service function client in the mobile terminal 2, wherein the advertisement system 1 actively pushes advertisement data to the mobile terminal 2 through a second channel or pushes the advertisement data to the mobile terminal 2 through a first channel, and the advertisement data is stored in a storage unit 22 of the mobile terminal 2;
specifically, the mapping relationship between the at least one advertisement data and a predetermined event of the mobile terminal 2 may be set by the mobile terminal user in the advertisement service function client, or may be preset by the advertisement system 1 before the advertisement data is pushed.

And 8: the display unit 23 of the mobile terminal 2 displays advertisement information corresponding to the advertisement data for the user to browse;
when the advertisement information is displayed, the reminding information can be displayed simultaneously or sequentially so as to remind the user to answer whether the advertisement is read or not.
And step 9: when the user replies to the reminding message of whether the advertisement has been read, such as by pressing OK or OK key, the monitoring unit 20 of the mobile terminal 2 monitors the reply of the user, and if the advertisement has been read, automatically constructs a short message indicating that the advertisement has been viewed, and sends the short message to the advertisement system 1 via the short message center 30 and the short message gateway 31, and the statistical unit 12 of the advertisement system 1 performs advertisement viewing statistics according to the user.
Of course, in order to ensure the accuracy of the statistical data and the settlement of the fee between the advertisement provider and the telecommunication service provider, in the process of sending the short message indicating that the advertisement has been browsed to the advertisement system 1, the short message center 30 may also count the number of short messages from a certain user to the advertisement system to realize the number of times that a certain user has browsed the advertisement.
In actual operation, the advertisement provider and the telecommunication service provider provide advertisement putting cost and payment cost for services like "see advertisement sending cost" and the like to the telecommunication service provider based on respective statistical quantities, and the subsequent telecommunication service provider gives user cost or material reward based on the statistical quantities respectively.
Of course, after the advertising process, the short message (predetermined event) that the user first created is still delivered as usual.
Fig. 4 and 5 illustrate the technical idea of the present invention by taking the sending of short message as an example, and of course, after the conversion is performed on the basis of fig. 4 and 5, the present invention can also be applied to the multimedia message service to implement the "watching the advertising fee". Except that the network element is transformed by the short Message center 30 into a Multimedia Message center (MMSC).
When the predetermined event is "the mobile terminal enters a standby state, attempts to access the wireless internet, receives a call, completes an internet connection, turns on the mobile terminal, turns off the terminal, or a combination of at least the two," the service processing flow is similar to that of fig. 4 and 5, except that the monitoring unit 20 monitors objects, such as key operations of the user during the transmission of the short message, and monitors a state change of the mobile terminal 2 in the standby state.
In summary, according to the mobile terminal advertisement implementation method, the mobile terminal and the advertisement system using the method provided by the present invention, an advertisement provider can associate advertisement delivery with a specific service used by a user or a specific state of the mobile terminal (such as a short message service, for example, a standby state of the mobile terminal), and provide a recipient browsing advertisements with material compensation, so as to attract users more easily and improve advertisement delivery effect; meanwhile, the advertisement provider can monitor the browsing times of the delivered advertisements, and further master the effect and influence of the delivered advertisements.

Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (16)

1. A mobile terminal advertisement implementation method for use in a mobile terminal having a display unit and a storage unit for storing data, the method comprising:
the method comprises the following steps: receiving advertisement data from a predetermined advertisement system;
step two: storing advertisement data accepted from a predetermined advertisement system in a storage unit; and
step three: acquiring advertisement data from a storage unit and displaying advertisement information corresponding to the advertisement data on a display unit when a first predetermined event occurs in the mobile terminal; and when a second predetermined event associated with the advertisement information occurs in the mobile terminal, sending the first information to a predetermined advertisement system for the predetermined advertisement system to provide compensation based on the first information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first predetermined event is at least one of: sending a short message, a multimedia message, entering a standby state, attempting to access the wireless internet, receiving a call, completing an internet connection, turning on the mobile terminal, and turning off the terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the second predetermined event is instruction information of whether the user has read or not for advertisement information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the first information is instruction information or a message constructed based on instruction information.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising, before step one, step a: and sending a service registration notification message to the mobile terminal, and establishing connection between the mobile terminal and a predetermined advertisement system after the mobile terminal confirms registration so that the advertisement system can push a service client to the mobile terminal.
6. A mobile terminal advertisement implementation method is applied to a mobile terminal with a display unit and a storage unit, and comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: receiving advertisement data from a predetermined advertisement system or a storage unit of the mobile terminal when a predetermined event occurs in the mobile terminal, and displaying advertisement information corresponding to the advertisement data and reminding information of whether a user has read the advertisement information on a display unit;
step two: after the user makes instruction information aiming at the reminding information, the mobile terminal sends a message showing that the advertisement information is read to the predetermined advertisement system.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the predetermined event is: the short message confirms before sending or when the short message is created.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the reminder information is part of the advertisement information or exists separately from the advertisement information.
9. A mobile terminal advertisement implementation method is applied to a mobile terminal with a monitoring unit, a control unit, a display unit and a storage unit, and comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: after monitoring a predetermined event, the mobile terminal monitoring unit sends the predetermined event monitoring information to the control unit;
step two: the control unit sends an advertisement data request message to a storage unit or a predetermined advertisement system after receiving the predetermined event monitoring information, and forwards the advertisement data request message to a display unit after receiving the advertisement data sent by the storage unit or the predetermined advertisement system;
step three: the display unit displays advertisement information corresponding to the advertisement data and reminding information related to the advertisement information;
step four: after the monitoring unit monitors instruction information made by the mobile terminal user aiming at the reminding information, the control unit sends instruction information or information formed based on the instruction information to the predetermined advertisement system so that the predetermined advertisement system can count aiming at the advertisement information.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising, before step one, step a: and sending a service registration notification message to the mobile terminal, and after the mobile terminal confirms registration, pushing the service client to the mobile terminal by the preset advertisement system.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the service registration notification message comprises at least: the mobile terminal downloads the bookmark of the service client and the message body related to the service from the advertisement system.
12. A mobile terminal advertisement realization method is applied to a network architecture comprising a mobile terminal, an advertisement system, a short message gateway, a WAP gateway and a short message center, wherein a first channel is formed among the mobile terminal, the short message center, the short message gateway and the advertisement system, and a second channel is formed among the mobile terminal, the WAP gateway and the advertisement system, the method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: the advertisement system sends a service registration notification message to the mobile terminal based on the first channel, and after the mobile terminal confirms registration, the advertisement system pushes a service client to the mobile terminal from the second channel;
step two: the advertisement system pushes advertisement data to the mobile terminal from the first channel or the second channel;
step three: the method comprises the steps that after a mobile terminal monitors a preset event, advertisement data are obtained and advertisement information is displayed;
step four: after the user confirms browsing aiming at the advertisement information, the mobile terminal feeds back the first message to the advertisement system and/or the short message center from the first channel, so that the advertisement system and/or the short message center counts the advertisement browsing quantity of the user based on the first message.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the service registration notification message includes a resource locator, and in step one, the mobile terminal accesses the advertisement system through the resource locator to request the service client.
14. The method of claim 12, wherein in step three, a prompt message for the user to see whether the advertisement information has been viewed is displayed simultaneously with the display of the advertisement information, and the first message is a short message indicating that the user has viewed the advertisement information.
15. A mobile terminal, comprising: a monitoring unit, a control unit, a display unit and a storage unit, wherein,
the monitoring unit is used for monitoring a predetermined event and sending monitoring information of the predetermined event to the control unit;
the control unit is used for sending an advertisement data request message to a storage unit or a predetermined advertisement system after receiving the predetermined event monitoring information, and forwarding the advertisement data request message to a display unit after receiving the advertisement data sent by the storage unit or the predetermined advertisement system;
the display unit is used for displaying advertisement information corresponding to the advertisement data and reminding information related to the advertisement information;
the monitoring unit is further used for sending an instruction message or a message formed based on the instruction message to the predetermined advertisement system after monitoring the instruction message made by the mobile terminal user aiming at the reminding information, so that the predetermined advertisement system can count aiming at the advertisement information.
16. An advertisement system for pushing a service registration notification message and advertisement data to a mobile terminal, comprising: the device comprises a downloading unit, a registering unit and a counting unit; wherein,
the downloading unit is used for storing advertisement data and a service client, pushing the service client to the mobile terminal after the mobile terminal feeds back aiming at the service registration notification message, and actively or passively pushing the advertisement data to the mobile terminal;
the registration unit is used for storing the registration information of the user based on the feedback of the mobile terminal service notification message;
and the counting unit is used for counting the times of browsing the advertisement information displayed on the mobile terminal when a predetermined event of the mobile terminal occurs.
