本发明涉及机脚固定螺杆,特别涉及一种异形机脚固定螺杆。
背景技术
目前公知的机脚固定方法有螺杆预埋式安装固定,打孔螺杆填充式固定,打孔彭胀螺丝式固定。这些机脚安装固定方法都存在机脚需要移位置时,所固定的螺钉不能重复利用,地面还有露出的螺杆需要清除,也是一种人力和物资浪费,特别是各种移动式路面桥面检测仪器,在检验路面桥面时,仪器固定更是一件麻烦事情。(本人同一家国家检测机构用马歇尔击实仪在检验桥面时,用胶水难以固定仪器,后用彭胀螺丝固定仪器,等几公里的桥面检测完毕,有上千个露出桥面的螺杆需要清理修补)。这些安装固定方法还给城市公路隔离带安装拆移带来种种不便和浪费。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有螺杆预埋式安装固定,打孔螺杆填充式固定,打孔彭胀螺丝式固定等固定方法存在缺陷,提供一种拆下方便,又能重复使用的异形机脚固定螺杆。
为了实现拆下方便,又能重复使用的目的,本发明的异形机脚螺杆是这样的,把一端有螺纹的杆子弯曲一定的角度,其特征还在于角度下方无螺纹的一端与角度上方有螺纹的一端比率4比1左右,(也就是说无螺纹的一端长于有螺纹的一端3倍以上)。
本发明固定原理是这样的;混凝土(或硬质)地面放上需要要固定机脚,在机脚孔内混凝土(或硬质)地面打一定角度的钭孔,然后把异形机脚固定螺杆放入钭孔里面,再装上垫片螺母,拧紧螺母这样就把要固定的机脚固定在混凝土地(或硬质)面上面。当机脚需要移位时,放松异形固定螺杆上的螺母,直接抽出异形螺杆,这时机脚与异形螺杆脱离,机脚就能移位,达到异形螺杆重复使用的目的。

具体实施方式:
参看图1和图2,本发异形机脚固定螺杆包括异形螺杆3,垫片4,罗母5。垫片4和罗母5安装在异形螺杆3上面。6是需要固定机脚,1是混凝土(或硬质)地面,2是用电锤(或专用工具)打出的钭孔。

1.异形机脚固定螺杆包括异形螺杆(3),垫片(4),罗母(5)。垫片(4)和罗母(5)安装在异形螺杆(3)上面。(6)是需要固定机脚,(1)是混凝土(或硬质)地面,(2)是用电锤(或专用工具)打出的钭孔。其特征在于把一端有螺纹的杆子(3)弯曲一定的角度,其特征还在于角度下方无螺纹的一端与角度上方有螺纹的一端比率4比1左右,(也就是说无螺纹的一端长于有螺纹的一端3倍以上)。
