Abstract

本发明属于农药杀虫(螨)剂,可用于防治农林及卫生害虫,亦可以装入压力容器直接喷雾防治家庭卫生害虫。
本发明以鱼藤酮、拟除虫菊酯为主要杀虫成份。辅以其他植物杀虫成份,具有高效低毒低残毒的特点,对稻纵卷叶虫、三化螟、稻飞虱、蚜虫、菜青虫、蚊、蝇等主要农林及卫生害虫均有强的杀灭力,而且能克服当前农林卫生害虫对有机磷和拟除虫菊酯等常用杀虫剂的抗性。

Description

本发明属于农药杀虫(螨)剂,可用于防治农林及卫生害虫,亦可以装入压力容器直接喷雾防治家庭卫生害虫。
由于长期单一使用有机磷或拟除虫菊酯类等杀虫剂,害虫容易产生抗药性,致使杀虫剂用量大幅度增加,不仅加重农民经济负担、污染环境,而且由于大量杀灭害虫的天敌,导致害虫的猖獗为害。目前虽然也有复方的杀虫剂,但大都含有有机磷,对人畜的毒性较大,易引起人畜中毒。
本发明的目的在于研制一种新农药,其本身不含有机磷、毒性低,对农作物的各种主要虫害及蚊蝇等均有强的杀灭力。
本发明利用鱼藤根进行人工浸提,成为含有一定浓度的鱼藤酮溶液(简称鱼藤根浸提液),再在所得浸提液中加入适量拟除虫菊酯(或除虫菊酯)和增效剂、乳化剂,经乳化制成鱼藤菊酯类杀虫剂。也可不用鱼藤根浸提液而采用农药厂生产的鱼藤精加有机溶剂(如丙酮或苯)进行配制。本发明杀虫剂中各组份的百分比含量(以重量计)为:
鱼藤酮    0.1~2.0
(可用含等量鱼藤酮的鱼藤精或鱼藤根浸提液)
拟除虫菊酯(或除虫菊酯)    0.1~1.0
丙酮(或苯)    97.0~99.8
配制时可按上述含量称取各组份在反应池中进行混合,并充分搅拌均匀即可。如用鱼藤根浸提液进行配制,可按实际测量所得的鱼藤酮含量进行百分比含量换算。
鱼藤根浸提液的制作方法是:将干鱼藤根切成细片,用打粉机打粉(细粒度不低50筛目),将所得细粉与丙酮按1∶3重量比投入浸提池中,加入重量为丙酮量3.5%的樟油作为助溶剂,密封浸提48小时,每天搅拌5~6次,可得到鱼藤酮含量约为1.5~2.0%的浸提液,并准确测定其鱼藤酮含量。
为了进一步提高药效,增加杀虫效果,可在药剂中加入适量增效剂(如煤油或20号柴油)和乳化剂(中性硫酸化蓖麻油),还可以加入其他植物杀虫成份-雷楝浸提液。
雷楝浸提液的制法是:
用雷公藤干根和苦栋子分别切片打粉,然后以雷公藤根粉、苦楝子粉∶丙酮=1∶1∶4的重量比混合密封浸提48小时,每天搅拌5~6次,得雷公藤苦楝子浸提液(简称雷楝浸提液)。
加入增效剂、乳化剂和植物杀虫成份后,各组份百分比含量为:
鱼藤酮    0.1~2.0
(可用含等量鱼藤酮的鱼藤精或鱼藤根浸提液)
拟除虫菊酯(或除虫菊酯)    0.1~1.0
樟油    2.5~10.0
中性硫酸化蓖麻油    25.0
煤油(或20号柴油)    5.0~15.0
雷楝浸提液    5.0~15.0
丙酮(或苯)    32.0~62.3
按上述含量称取各组份在反应池中进行混合并充分搅拌均匀即可。
实施例一:
鱼藤菊酯植物杀虫剂,各组份百分比含量为:
鱼藤酮    0.5
(用含等量鱼藤酮的鱼藤根浸提液)
氰戊菊酯    0.5
樟油    3.5
中性硫酸化蓖麻油    25.0
煤油(或20号柴油)    10.0
雷楝浸提液    10.0
丙酮    50.5
实施例二:
菊酯酮杀虫剂,各组份百分比含量为:
鱼藤酮    0.5
(用含等量鱼藤酮的鱼藤根浸提液)
溴氰菊酯    0.2
樟油    3.5
中性硫酸化蓖麻油    25.0
煤油(或20号柴油)    10.0
雷楝浸提液    10.0
丙酮    50.8
本杀虫剂所用的主要杀虫成份鱼藤酮和拟除虫菊酯均为高效低毒低残毒的杀虫剂,不仅混合后依然保持高效低毒,低残毒的性能,而且相互间有增效作用,混配后杀虫谱(种类)大增,对稻纵卷叶虫、三化螟、稻飞虱、蚜虫、菜青虫、蚊、蝇等主要农林卫生害虫均有强的杀灭力,而且能克服当前农林卫生害虫对有机磷和拟除虫菊酯等常用杀虫剂的抗药性,同时对一些作物如青菜、花生和茶叶等作物有刺激叶绿素增生作用。本发明所需的拟除虫菊酯用量甚微,如果一市斤20%的氰戊菊酯单独使用可防治十亩稻田,而复配后则可防治五十亩,因此这一杀虫剂不仅能充分利用化学农药资源,而且还能充分利用我省山区丰富的野生鱼藤资源,为开发山区、发展我国农药生产、满足人民群众需要走出一条新路子。

Claims (6)

1、一种农药杀虫剂,其特征是药剂由鱼藤酮(可用含等量鱼藤酮的鱼藤精或鱼藤精根浸提液、拟除虫菊酯(或除虫菊酯)、有机溶剂(丙酮或苯)组成,其中各组份的百分比含量为:
鱼藤酮                 0.1~2.0
拟除虫菊酯(或除虫菊酯)  0.1~1.0
有机溶剂               97.0~99.8
2、一种如权利要求1所述的农药杀虫剂,其特征是在药剂中加入煤油或20号柴油作增效剂,并加入乳化剂(中性硫酸化蓖麻油),药剂各组份的百分比含量为:
鱼藤酮  0.1~2.0
拟除虫菊酯(或除虫菊酯)  0.1~1.0
煤油(或20号柴油)  5.0~15.0
中性硫酸化蓖麻油  25.0
有机溶剂  57.0~69.8
3、一种如权利要求2所述的农药杀虫剂,其特征是在药剂中加入雷楝浸提液,药剂各组份的百分比含量为:
鱼藤酮  0.1~2.0
拟除虫菊酯(或除虫菊酯)  0.1~1.0
煤油(或20号柴油)  5.0~15.0
雷楝浸提液  5.0~15.0
中性硫酸化蓖麻油  25.0
有机溶剂  42.0~64.8
4、一种如权利要求3所述的农药杀虫剂,其特征是在药剂中再加入助溶剂(如樟油),药剂各组份的百分比含量为:

拟除虫菊酯(或除虫菊酯)  0.1~1.0

中性硫酸化蓖麻油  25.0
煤油(或20号柴油)  5.0~15.0
雷楝浸提液  5.0~15.0
