Abstract

本发明涉及一种热水器塑料内胆。包括设置有冷水入口和热水出口的胆体,其特征在于:所述胆体包括多根平行设置的横管以及多根平行设置的纵管,横管和纵管位于同一平面上并且相互贯通连接。该热水器塑料内胆采用管网式平板结构,承压能力强、结构牢固、水的流动性好,可以采用塑料材质制造,不产生水垢,防腐蚀,占用空间少,便于设计和安装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能热水器。
背景技术
普通的太阳能热水器大都通过玻璃集热管吸收热量,采用圆桶状的水箱储存热水。这种热水器产生的水温高、热效率高,但同时也存在体积大、结构复杂、造价高的问题。高价格制约了太阳能热水器的推广普及,尤其在日照时间长、平均气温高的热带或亚热带地区,热效率稍低是可以接受的,人们更关心的是降低生产成本,从而降低销售价格,以利于太阳能热水器的推广普及。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、占用空间少、造价低的太阳能热水器。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
本发明所述的一种太阳能热水器包括外壳和固定安装在外壳内的吸热水箱,吸热水箱上设置有进水口和出水口,其特征在于:所述吸热水箱的下面与外壳之间填充有保温层,吸热水箱的上面覆盖有透明保温板。
上述吸热水箱包括多根平行设置的横管以及多根平行设置的纵管,横管和纵管位于同一平面上并且相互贯通连接,在相邻的横管的外壁之间或者相邻的纵管的外壁之间连接有筋肋。
上述横管和纵管均是截面为圆形的圆管,横管和纵管的轴线均为波浪线,横管与纵管在轴线的波峰处或者波谷处相交。
所述吸热水箱为矩形水箱,该矩形水箱的上表面设置有多个四棱锥状凸起部分,在该矩形水箱的下表面带有向内凹陷的圆锥状的凹坑,所述凹坑的顶点与该矩形水箱的上表面结合成为一体。
采用上述技术方案后,该热水器吸热水箱采用塑料材质制造,不产生水垢,防腐蚀,占用空间少,结构简单、造价低、便于设计和安装,尤其适合在平均气温高的地区推广普及。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示,本发明所述的一种太阳能热水器包括外壳1和固定安装在外壳1内的吸热水箱2,吸热水箱2上设置有进水口3和出水口4。所述吸热水箱2的下面与外壳1之间填充有保温层5,吸热水箱2的上面覆盖有透明保温板6。为了降低成本,吸热水箱2和外壳1采用塑料材料,当然,为了同时兼顾热效率,吸热水箱2的材料应选用吸热性能好的塑料材料。透明保温板6可以采用透光性强、具有保温作用的玻璃板或者夹层、中空玻璃板。这样既可以保证光线照射到吸热水箱2上,又可以防止空气对流使吸热水箱2散热。
在第一个实施例中,所述吸热水箱2包括多根平行设置的横管21以及多根平行设置的纵管22,横管21和纵管22位于同一平面上并且相互贯通连接,在相邻的横管21的外壁之间或者相邻的纵管22的外壁之间连接有筋肋24。这样,横管21和纵管22相互连接成为一个板状结构,可以最大限度地接受太阳光的照射,有利于提高太阳光的利用率,又可以具有较高的耐压能力,可以用于承压式太阳能热水器。而在吸热水箱2的内部,纵横交错的横管21和纵管22形成一个网状的水系,可以尽快地将水加热,有利于热交换。
所述横管21和纵管22均是截面为圆形的圆管,横管21和纵管22的轴线均为波浪线,横管21与纵管22在轴线的波峰处或者波谷处相交。这样可以在有限的空间中充分延长横管21和纵管22的长度,既增加了受热面积又提高了吸热水箱的容积。
如图5、图6所示,本发明的第二个实施例。为了增加水箱的容积,还可以将吸热水箱2串联或者并联使用。
如图7、图8所示,本发明的第三个实施例。所述吸热水箱2为矩形水箱,该矩形水箱的上表面设置有多个四棱锥状凸起部分,可以提高接受太阳光热辐射的面积。在该矩形水箱的下表面带有向内凹陷的圆锥状的凹坑23,所述凹坑23的顶点与该矩形水箱的上表面结合成为一体。这种圆锥状的凹坑23有两个作用,其一是可以起到加强结构的作用,使矩形水箱的上表面和下表面的连接点增多,结构更牢固;其二是可以在凹坑23中设置螺栓孔,用于固定连接,由于凹坑23的顶点只有一层结构,因此在凹坑23中设置螺栓孔无需考虑防水、防漏的问题,有利于提高可靠性,降低生产成本。

Claims (3)

1.一种太阳能热水器,包括外壳(1)和固定安装在外壳(1)内的吸热水箱(2),吸热水箱(2)上设置有进水口(3)和出水口(4),其特征在于:所述吸热水箱(2)的下面与外壳(1)之间填充有保温层(5),吸热水箱(2)的上面覆盖有透明保温板(6);所述吸热水箱(2)包括多根平行设置的横管(21)以及多根平行设置的纵管(22),横管(21)和纵管(22)位于同一平面上并且相互贯通连接,在相邻的横管(21)的外壁之间或者相邻的纵管(22)的外壁之间连接有筋肋(24)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能热水器,其特征在于:所述横管(21)和纵管(22)均是截面为圆形的圆管,横管(21)和纵管(22)的轴线均为波浪线,横管(21)与纵管(22)在轴线的波峰处或者波谷处相交。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能热水器,其特征在于:所述吸热水箱(2)为矩形水箱,该矩形水箱的上表面设置有多个四棱锥状凸起部分,在该矩形水箱的下表面带有向内凹陷的圆锥状的凹坑(23),所述凹坑(23)的顶点与该矩形水箱的上表面结合成为一体。
