Abstract

本发明公开了一种净化烟气装置，包括炉子、烟囱及冷却装置，所述的烟囱设置在所述的炉子上，所述的炉子内设置有蒸汽室，所述的烟囱四周设置有储水层，所述的炉子上方、在所述的烟囱四周的储水层下方设置有喷蒸汽装置，所述的喷蒸汽装置上设置有蒸汽管，所述的蒸汽管另一端与所述的炉子内的蒸汽室连接，所述的冷却装置设置在所述烟囱的上端，所述的冷却装置上设置有上储水层和下储水层，所述的上储水层与进水管连通，其特征在于所述的烟囱内设置有储水管，所述的储水管上设置有导流装置，所述的储水管上端与所述的下储水层接通；其优点在于本发明的设计既能使储水层均匀吸收烟气的热量也能让烟气与蒸汽均匀混合且进一步达到冷凝效果。

一种净化烟气装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种净化烟气装置。
背景技术
在全球提倡环保并越来越受到重视的当下，人们都在寻求不同的方法来减少焚烧后的烟灰对空气造成的污染及对人体的伤害，如专利号为201020002090.5的一种净化烟气的装置，此专利利用了在烟囱上装一个冷却装置来将焚烧时所产生的有害的气体及物质清除，有效的达到了环保的目的，但是此专利在烟气从燃烧室出来到冷却之前这一步没有处理好，由于在烟囱四周设置了储水层，导致了烟囱内的烟气热量中间温度高四周温度相对较低的这样一种情况，使储水层只能吸收到紧挨储水层部分烟气的热量，吸热效果还不够理想，而且，烟气与蒸汽也未能均匀的混合在一起。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能使储水层均匀吸收烟气的热量也能让烟气与蒸汽均匀混合且达到冷凝效果的净化烟气装置。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：一种净化烟气装置，包括炉子、烟囱及冷却装置，所述的烟囱设置在所述的炉子上，所述的炉子内设置有蒸汽室，所述的烟囱四周设置有储水层，所述的炉子上方、在所述的烟囱四周的储水层下方设置有喷蒸汽装置，所述的喷蒸汽装置上设置有蒸汽管，所述的蒸汽管另一端与所述的炉子内的蒸汽室连接，所述的冷却装置设置在所述烟囱的上端，所述的冷却装置上设置有上储水层和下储水层，所述的上储水层与进水管连通，其特征在于所述的烟囱内设置有储水管，所述的储水管上设置有导流装置，所述的储水管上端与所述的下储水层接通；
所述的导流装置由若干扇形导流板组成，所述的若干扇形导流板呈螺旋形盘在所述的储水管上，所述的扇形导流板内设有储水层，所述的扇形导流板内设的储水层与所述的储水管相通；
所述的上储水层的底板上设置有若干个孔；
在所述的烟囱壁上、与所述的喷蒸汽装置相对的一段设置有若干小孔；
所述的设置在烟囱四周的储水层上设置有蒸汽管，所述的蒸汽管另一端通向炉子内的蒸汽室。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点是烟囱内设置有储水管，在烟囱内的储水管上设置有导流装置，导流装置由若干扇形导流板组成，若干扇形导流板呈螺旋形盘在储水管上，当蒸汽与烟气进入烟囱时，利用烟气向上升的力能将烟囱内的烟气与蒸汽进行搅拌，也能使烟气的热量均衡，让设置在烟囱四周的储水层能更好的吸收热量，设置在烟囱四周的储水层上设置有蒸汽管，蒸汽管另一端通向炉子内的蒸汽室，蒸汽管将从烟囱内吸收来的热量返还到蒸汽室内再利用，很好的达到了烟气冷却、热量回收这一功效；扇形导流板内设有储水层，扇形导流板内设的储水层与储水管相通，在烟囱内的烟气与蒸汽的混合气体在未到达冷却装置之前，导流板即先将混合气体进行初步冷却，使冷却装置的冷凝效果更好，在上储水层的底板上设置若干个孔，不断的往下喷水，能更好的将烟气与蒸汽的混合气体进行冷却，更进一步的达到了净化烟气的目的。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图所示，一种净化烟气装置，包括炉子1、烟囱2及冷却装置，烟囱2设置在炉子1上，炉子1内设置有蒸汽室11，烟囱2四周设置有储水层5，储水层5上设置有蒸汽管13，蒸汽管13另一端通向炉子1内的蒸汽室11，炉子1上方、在烟囱2四周的储水层5下方设置有喷蒸汽装置9，喷蒸汽装置9上设置有蒸汽管10，蒸汽管10另一端与炉子1内的蒸汽室11连接，冷却装置设置在烟囱2的上端，冷却装置上设置有上储水层7和下储水层4，上储水层7与进水管连通，上储水层7的底板上设置有若干个孔8，烟囱2内设置有储水管3，储水管3上端与冷却装置上的储水层4接通，储水管3上设置有若干扇形导流板6，若干扇形导流板6呈螺旋形盘在储水管3上，扇形导流板6内设有储水层，扇形导流板6内设的储水层与储水管3相通，在冷却装置的最下方设置有出水口12；
当炉子1内的烟气和喷蒸汽装置9内喷射出的蒸汽上升到烟囱2内时，设置在烟囱2内的储水管3上的若干扇形导流板6利用烟气与蒸汽向上升的力将烟囱2内的烟气与蒸汽进行搅拌形成混合气体，扇形导流板6与储水管3内的冷水将混合气体进行初步冷却，在混合气体上升的过程中，设置在烟囱四周的储水层将混合气体进行第二步冷却，经过第二步冷却后的混合气体上升到冷却装置处时，下储水层4对混合气体进得第三步冷却，上储水层7内的水会通过上储水层7的下底板上的孔8往下喷，将经过第三步冷却的混合气体再次冷却，往下喷的水通过出水口12流出到废水池。

1.一种净化烟气装置，包括炉子(1)、烟囱(2)及冷却装置，所述的烟囱(2)设置在所述的炉子(1)上，所述的炉子(1)内设置有蒸汽室(11)，所述的烟囱(2)四周设置有储水层(5)，所述的炉子(1)上方、在所述的烟囱(2)四周的储水层(5)下方设置有喷蒸汽装置(9)，所述的喷蒸汽装置(9)上设置有蒸汽管(10)，所述的蒸汽管(10)另一端与所述的炉子(1)内的蒸汽室(11)连通，所述的冷却装置设置在所述烟囱(2)的上端，所述的冷却装置上设置有上储水层(7)和下储水层(4)，所述的上储水层(7)与进水管连通，其特征在于所述的烟囱(2)内设置有储水管(3)，所述的储水管(3)上设置有导流装置，所述的储水管(3)上端与所述的下储水层(4)接通。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种净化烟气装置，其特征在于所述的导流装置由若干扇形导流板(6)组成，所述的若干扇形导流板(6)呈螺旋形盘在所述的储水管(3)上，所述的扇形导流板(6)内设有储水层，所述的扇形导流板(6)内设的储水层与所述的储水管(3)相通。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种净化烟气装置，其特征在于所述的上储水层(7)的底板上设置有若干个孔(8)。
