Abstract
一种草莓保鲜技术,综合运用现代最新的化学、物理、生物和包装等方法对草莓采后品质变化规律和保鲜关键技术进行研究。草莓采后按品质分级,符合保鲜要求的原料进行产地常温防腐保鲜和速冻保鲜,剔除的残次果和成熟度高的原料进行加工利用,改变单一保鲜措施造成的原料利用率不高的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保鲜技术,确切的说是一种草莓保鲜技术。
背景技术
随着促成栽培技术的推广应用,草莓收获时间明显延长。但是,露地栽培时,草莓收获时间相对集中。草莓果实组织娇嫩,果皮极薄,含水量又高,在收获和运输中容易受机械损伤而遭受微生物侵染导致腐败。一般情况下,成熟草莓放置1~2天就开始变色、变味,失去商品价值和加工利用价值。据报道,在29℃下8小时,草莓鲜销率下降为32%,这一特点限制了草莓的生产发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是综合利用现代化最新的化学、物理、生物、包装和管理学等方法对草莓采后进行保鲜。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:采收后的草莓经即时处理,将硬度高、品质好的原料进行常温保鲜。20℃保鲜3d,好果率达到95%以上;保鲜5d,好果率为80%以上。速冻保鲜草莓保质期达到1年以上;草莓保鲜效果高于国内同类技术保鲜效果。

下面结合实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。
实施例
按照实验室研究、小试、中试和工业化生产性研究的顺序,有计划、按步骤进行。实验室研究是指在已有实验室阶段性研究成果的基础上进行的研究。运用综合保鲜技术,对采收后的草莓即时处理,对不同品质的原料进行分类,符合保鲜要求的原料进行常温防腐保鲜和速冻保鲜;剔除的残次果和成熟度高的原料进行综合利用。
