Abstract

一种卡止装置,用于将凸设有定位柱的滑动装置卡合于电子设备的本体上。所述卡止装置包括依次套设于所述定位柱上的卡钩和弹性件,所述卡钩包括一斜面,所述弹性件驱使所述卡钩卡合于所述卡槽内;及可滑动的装设于所述滑动装置的扳动部,所述扳动部抵接于所述卡钩的斜面上,用于接受用户操作,从而驱使所述卡钩脱离所述卡槽。本发明中卡钩可卡止于卡槽内,从而可将滑动装置稳定的固定于本体上,故本发明在避免电子设备盖体被无意打开的同时给使用者也带来了方便。本发明还提供了一种具有卡止装置的电子设备。

Description

电子设备及其卡止装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种卡止装置及使用该卡止装置的电子设备。
背景技术
一些滑盖式电子设备,如笔记本电脑、手机等,需将其盖体相对于本体滑动至预设位置后才可以正常使用,上述电子设备通常设有滑动装置控制盖体相对于本体的滑动。
通常,上述滑动装置包括预设好的滑轨和其两端分别固定于电子设备盖体及本体上的若干个弹性件。在弹性件的作用下,盖体可被定位于滑轨的两端部;当外力作用于盖体上并克服弹性件的弹性力时,盖体可沿滑轨滑动。
然,上述滑动装置的弹性件随着使用次数的增加而容易疲劳,使得电子设备在携带时受到振动或者碰撞后会无意间滑开盖体,如此容易致使电子设备被损坏,同时也给使用者带来不便。
发明内容
本发明提供一种电子设备,其在受到振动或者碰撞后盖体不会滑开。
一种电子设备,其包括设有卡槽的本体、可滑动的固定于本体的滑动装置、可转动的固定于滑动装置的盖体及将所述滑动装置卡合于所述本体的卡止装置。所述滑动装置内凸设有定位柱,所述卡止装置包括依次套设于所述定位柱上的卡钩和弹性件,所述卡钩包括一斜面,所述弹性件驱使所述卡钩卡合于所述卡槽内;及可滑动的装设于所述滑动装置的扳动部,所述扳动部抵接于所述卡钩的斜面上,用于接受用户操作,从而驱使所述卡钩脱离所述卡槽。
本发明还提供一种卡止装置,其用于将滑动装置卡合于电子设备的本体上。
一种卡止装置,用于将凸设有定位柱的滑动装置卡合于电子设备的本体上。所述卡止装置包括依次套设于所述定位柱上的卡钩和弹性件,所述卡钩包括一斜面,所述弹性件驱使所述卡钩卡合于所述卡槽内;及可滑动的装设于所述滑动装置的扳动部,所述扳动部抵接于所述卡钩的斜面上,用于接受用户操作,从而驱使所述卡钩脱离所述卡槽。
上述卡止装置可通过将卡钩卡止于卡槽内,从而可将滑动装置稳定的固定于所述本体上,避免了电子设备的盖体被无意打开的情况,对电子设备起到了保护作用,同时也给使用者带来方便。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,电子设备99包括本体10、盖体20、将盖体20连接于本体10上的滑动装置30及将滑动装置30卡合定位于本体10上的卡止装置40。
本体10包括一第一端壁122及一第二端壁124,本体10上开设有从第一端壁122延伸至第二端壁124的两长条形滑槽160。在靠近第一端壁122的位置开设有一第一卡槽126,在靠近第二端壁124的位置开设有一第二卡槽128,第一卡槽126和第二卡槽128位于和滑槽160平行的直线上。
滑动装置30其两端位于长条形滑槽160内,并可沿滑槽160在两端壁122、124之间滑动。滑动装置30包括上滑杆32和下滑杆34。上滑杆32与下滑杆34可通过卡扣或螺钉等方式固定为一体。下滑杆34两端部设有转轴342。下滑杆34中间位置设有通孔346及定位柱帽348(请参照图7)。上滑杆32的前端面上设有开口322,其与通孔346、第一卡槽126和第二卡槽128处于一条直线上。
盖体20包括壳体22和安装于壳体22内的显示屏24。壳体22的一端壁凸设有与滑动装置30连接的连接部222,连接部222两端部分别设有孔224,用于容置滑动装置30上的转轴342,以将盖体20可转动的固定于滑动装置30上。
请参照图5至图7,卡止装置40包括扳动部42、卡钩44以及弹性件45。扳动部42呈工字形,包括按钮422、推动部426以及连接按钮422和推动部426的连接杆424。推动部426一端垂直设有圆柱形推动杆4260。卡钩44包括舌部441、卡合部443和与舌部441的中间位置垂直相连的套合部442。卡合部443设有一斜面4430,卡合部443的厚度略小于定位槽3290的宽度。套合部442中部设有一圆形套孔4420。弹性件45的内径略大于定位柱328的外径,由此弹性件45可套设于定位柱328上并提供弹性力。本实施方式中,弹性件45为一弹簧。
组装时,先将卡止装置40安装于滑动装置30的上滑杆32上:首先将弹性件45套设于上滑杆32的定位柱328上;再将卡钩44透过套合部442上的套孔4420套设于定位柱328上,同时将卡钩44的卡合部443远离舌部441的一端置于上滑杆32上的定位槽3290内;最后将扳动部42的连接杆424穿过上滑杆32上的开口322将按钮422和推动部426分别紧贴于开口322处上滑杆32的端壁内外两侧,同时将推动杆4260抵压于卡合部443上,此时若将外力作用于按钮422,则可带动推动杆4260沿斜面4430滑动。最后将下滑杆34通过卡合或螺合方式固定于上滑杆32,至此,内部已置放卡止装置40的滑动装置30组装完成。
请参照图8至图9,其分别为电子设备99的卡止装置40处于卡合及解锁状态的局部剖面图。当电子设备99处于初始的闭合状态时,滑动装置30及盖体20被固定于本体10上,此时弹性件45抵顶卡钩44的套合部442,卡钩44的舌部441卡合于第一卡槽126(参照图4),推动杆4260卡止于卡钩42上斜面4430的最低端。将电子设备接上电源并打开后,用户即可通过显示屏24操作电子设备99。当用户需要时,可向左推动按钮422(参照图5),带动推动杆4260沿斜面4430滑动同时抵压卡钩44的卡合部443,使得卡钩44整体沿定位柱328向下滑杆34端运动并压缩弹性件45,舌部441随之脱离第一卡槽126,卡止装置40处于解锁状态。此时可推动滑动装置30及盖体20沿滑槽160滑动,直至滑动到本体10靠近第二端壁124的另一端,此时如向右推动按钮422(参照图5),带动推动杆4260沿斜面4430滑动,弹性件45逐渐回复至初始状态,卡钩44整体沿定位柱328向上滑杆34端运动,舌部441卡合于第二卡槽128内,卡止装置40处于卡合状态。此时只要转动盖体20至一预定角度(如图3所示),用户就可像使用普通的笔记本电脑一样使用电子设备99。
上述电子设备99满足了用户的多功能需求,当卡止装置40的舌部441卡合于第一卡槽126内时,电子设备99可为一平板电脑;当舌部441卡合于第二卡槽128内且将盖体20转动至预定角度时,电子设备99可为一普通的笔记本电脑。由于卡止装置40的舌部441可稳固地卡合于本体10的第一卡槽126或第二卡槽128内,使得电子设备99能稳固于滑动后的状态,从而避免了电子设备99在携带时受到振动或者碰撞时会无意滑开盖体20,很好的保护电子设备99的同时也方便用户使用。
综上所述,尽管为说明目的已经公开了本发明的优选实施例,然而,本发明不只局限于如上所述的实施例,在不超出本发明基本技术思想的范畴内,相关行业的技术人员可对其进行多种变形及应用。

Claims (9)

1.一种电子设备,其包括设有卡槽的本体、可滑动的固定于本体的滑动装置以及可转动的固定于滑动装置的盖体,其特征在于:
所述滑动装置内凸设有定位柱;
所述电子设备还包括将所述滑动装置卡合于所述本体的卡止装置,所述卡止装置包括:
依次套设于所述定位柱上的卡钩和弹性件,所述卡钩包括可容置于所述卡槽内的舌部、设有一斜面的卡合部以及中部位置设有套孔的套合部,所述套合部套设于所述定位柱上,所述弹性件驱使所述舌部卡合于所述卡槽内;及
可滑动的装设于所述滑动装置的扳动部,所述扳动部包括按钮、推动部及连接于所述按钮及所述推动部的连接杆,所述推动部一端垂直凸设有推动杆,所述推动杆抵接于所述斜面上,在所述按钮被推动时,所述推动杆沿所述斜面滑动,并抵压所述卡合部,使得所述卡钩整体沿所述定位柱向下运动并压缩所述弹性件,直至所述舌部脱离所述卡槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述按钮和所述推动部相互平行且均与所述连接杆垂直连接,使得所述扳动部整体呈工字形。
3.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述舌部与卡合部相连接且垂直连接于所述套合部。
4.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述滑动装置包括上滑杆及与所述上滑杆固定的下滑杆;所述上滑杆的前端面中部位置设有一开口,所述开口与所述卡槽处于一条直线上,所述连接杆穿过所述开口,使得所述按钮紧贴于所述上滑杆的外侧壁,所述推动部紧贴于所述上滑杆的内侧壁。
5.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述套孔的内径略大于所述定位柱的外径。
6.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述弹性件为弹簧。
7.一种卡止装置,用于将凸设有定位柱的滑动装置卡合于电子设备的本体上,其特征在于,所述卡止装置包括:
依次套设于所述定位柱上的卡钩和弹性件,所述卡钩包括可容置于所述卡槽内的舌部、设有一斜面的卡合部以及中部位置设有套孔的套合部,所述套合部套设于所述定位柱上,所述弹性件驱使所述舌部卡合于所述卡槽内;及
可滑动的装设于所述滑动装置的扳动部,所述扳动部包括按钮、推动部及连接于所述按钮及所述推动部的连接杆,所述推动部一端垂直凸设有推动杆,所述推动杆抵接于所述斜面上,在所述按钮被推动时,所述推动杆沿所述斜面滑动,并抵压所述卡合部,使得所述卡钩整体沿所述定位柱向下运动并压缩所述弹性件,直至所述舌部脱离所述卡槽。
8.如权利要求7所述的卡止装置,其特征在于:所述按钮和所述推动部相互平行且均与所述连接杆垂直连接,使得所述扳动部整体呈工字形。
9.如权利要求7所述的卡止装置,其特征在于:所述舌部与卡合部相连接且垂直连接于套合部。
