本发明提供一种太阳能自控温散热器,包括有机壳(1)、电加热管(2)及铜散热盘管(3),其特征在于电加热管(2)的一端与铜散热盘管(3)的一端相接,电加热管(2)的另一端接循环泵(4)的一端,循环泵(4)的另一端接太阳能热水管(5),铜散热盘管(3)的另一端与回水管(6)相接,与铜散热盘管(3)相配合设有电动风机(7),电加热管(2)是通过数字显示温控器(8)与电源线(9)连接的,本发明具有高效节能的特点,既充分利用太阳能所产生的热量,又能弥补冬季阴雪天太阳能的不足,真正达到了经济实用环保节能。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能自控温散热器,将太阳能产生的热水通过散热器提高室内温度,并可与电热自动切换,确保阴天照常供暖,节约能源减少排放。
技术背景
太阳能热水器是现代社会中大力提倡的节能产品,在冬季用以取暖就必须将太阳能热水的热量引导散发到室内提高室温,目前多是采用地暖管或普通散热器将太阳能热水散热于室内,这两种散热器热传导效率低,且在阴雨风雪天不能使用,还需配备电暖器或空调,这样既不方便又要加大投资。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可在冬季利用太阳能所产生的热水采暖,且可根据设定实现数字自控的太阳能自控温散热器。实现本发明所采取的技术方案是:本发明包括有机壳、电加热管及铜散热盘管,电加热管的一端与铜散热盘管的一端相接,电加热管的另一端接循环泵的一端,循环泵的另一端接太阳能热水管,铜散热盘管的另一端与回水管相接。与铜散热盘管相配合设有电动风机。电加热管是通过数字显示温控器与电源连接的。
本发明具有高效节能的特点,既充分利用太阳能所产生的热量,又能弥补冬季阴雪天太阳能的不足,真正达到了经济实用环保节能。

具体实施方式
参照附图,对本发明做进一步说明。本发明包括有机壳1、电加热管2及铜散热盘管3,其特征在于电加热管2的一端与铜散热盘管3的一端相接,电加热管2的另一端接循环泵4的一端,循环泵4的另一端接太阳能热水管5,铜散热盘管3的另一端与回水管6相接。与铜散热盘管3相配合设有电动风机7。所说的电加热管2采用专利号为:ZL200720158274.9的太阳能热水器用自控温电热管。电加热管2是通过数字显示温控器8与电源线9连接的。
本发明的工作过程是这样:利用一端太阳能热水器产生的热水通过循环泵4打入电热管2铜散热盘管3再通过回水管6回到太阳能储水箱,有电动风机7吹铜散热盘管3,将热量散发出来,以提高室内温度。应用数字显示温控器8控温,实现太阳能和电能取暖自动切换,解决了太阳能阴天不能使用的难题,且安全可靠操作方便。

Claims (4)

1.一种太阳能自控温散热器,包括有机壳(1)、电加热管(2)及铜散热盘管(3),其特征在于电加热管(2)的一端与铜散热盘管(3)的一端相接,电加热管(2)的另一端接循环泵(4)的一端,循环泵(4)的另一端接太阳能热水管(5),铜散热盘管(3)的另一端与回水管(6)相接。
2.按照权利要求1所说的太阳能自控温散热器,其特征在于与铜散热盘管(3)相配合设有电动风机(7)。
3.按照权利要求1所说的太阳能自控温散热器,其特征在于所说的电加热管(2)采用专利号为:ZL200720158274.9的太阳能热水器用自控温电热管。
4.按照权利要求1所说的太阳能自控温散热器,其特征在于电加热管(2)是通过数字显示温控器(8)与电源线(9)连接的。
