Abstract

浅海小口径钢带塑料复合软管海上敷设方法,是利用三用工作船(1)作为支持船进行软管的敷设,该方式结合了大型铺管船和电缆敷设的各自优点,通过对三用工作船(1)进行部分改造就可实现与铺管船相同的作业功能和作业效率,为软管的海上铺设提出了一种新的施工工艺。本发明的优越性是有效的降低海上施下工期和费用,弥补了目前国内铺管船资源紧缺现状。

浅海小口径钢带塑料复合软管海上敷设方法
技术领域
本发明属于海洋软管敷设新方式。
背景技术
目前国内在敷设钢质海底管线和电缆的技术都已非常成熟,其通常作法是用专用的大型铺管船或改造自带动力的驳船为海上铺管作业提供操作的支持。大型的铺管船的铺管作业线有大吨位吊机、安装在船尾处的管线下水大型托架、大吨位涨紧器和轨道线等各类设备齐全,功能完备。在不考虑设备故障和天气影响下可实现连续流水作业,因此铺管作业效率很高。该类敷设只将钢管放置于海床上,待完成铺管作业后,再进行后挖沟作业将钢管埋至泥下1.5米。大型铺管船作业效率很高,但费用也相对昂贵。而电缆敷设方法与铺管所需设备基本相同,不同的是电缆敷设有电缆盘或绞盘、安装在船甲板上的电缆托架、埋设犁。这种施工方法的特点是边挖沟、边敷设、边回埋,可实现施工一次到位,节省了海上施工工期和费用。
发明内容
软管的敷设延用传统大型铺管船施工方法,会导致施工工期和费用都成倍增加,同时也受铺管船档期的影响;因此采用三用工作船作为支持船进行软管的边敷设、边挖沟、边回埋作业是管线敷设的一种新方式,这种作业方式充分的综合了大型铺管船和电缆敷设的各自优点,最大程序的发挥了海上施工资源的价值。
本发明的有益效果是有效的降低海上施工工期和费用,弥补了目前国内铺管船资源紧缺现状。

具体实施方式
图1中,结合软管自身的特点,在海上施工时需配备一套特有的施工机具,以实现软管的边铺管、边挖沟、边回埋三项作业同时进行,从而可将软管快速的敷设至海底泥面下。该套施工机具主要有:埋设犁5、门吊4、涨紧器3、收、放线器2等。
图2中,施工过程首先将三用工作船1进行改造,门吊4安装至船尾处,以便下放和回收埋设犁5。之后将收、放线器2安装至三用工作船1甲板上,该收、放线器2是盘装软管的专用装备,配有可控液压马达,以控制收、放线器2的转速。成品的软管安装至收、放线器2上后,由于水面与泥面相距一定高程,软管在下放至泥面时有一段较长距离从船尾悬挂至泥面,因而软管一端需从涨紧器3中穿过,涨紧器3可根据软管的拉力进行预紧力调节,以保证软管不会因受力过大而损坏。之后软管进入埋设犁5,潜水员将软管一端与平台立管起始端进行连接,完成后三用工作船1沿路由航行出50米,连接埋设牵引引缆,使用三用工作船1尾部门吊,吊起埋设犁顺着通过导管槽中的软管缓慢下放,同时启动脐带绞车,让埋设犁脐带随着埋设犁缓慢下放至海底,下放的过程中,可以通过埋设犁上的声纳进行监测。启动埋设犁5进行挖沟,根据三用工作船的航行速度控制收、放线器2下放软管速度,使二者速度保持一致,进行软管敷设。当收、放线器量上的软管下放完后,需要进行软管过舶作业,完成软管对接后,继续敷设,直至终点平台立管端,潜水员将软管另一端与其连接,即完成整条软管的海底敷设,最后进行整条管线的试压,完成后管线投入油田的生产。

Claims (1)

1.浅海小口径钢带塑料复合软管海上敷设方法,其特征是采用三用工作船作为支持船,三用工作船的门吊安装至船尾处,收、放线器安装至三用工作船甲板上,成品软管安装至收、放线器上后,软管一端从涨紧器中穿过,进入埋设犁,潜水员将软管一端与平台立管起始端进行连接,完成后三用工作船沿路由航行,连接埋设牵引引缆,使用三用工作船尾部门吊,吊起埋设犁顺着通过导管槽中的软管缓慢下放,同时启动脐带绞车,埋设犁脐带随着埋设犁下放至海底,启动埋设犁进行挖沟,根据三用工作船的航行速度控制收、放线器下放软管速度,使二者速度保持一致,进行软管敷设,当收、放线器上的软管下放完后,进行软管过舶作业,完成软管对接后,继续敷设,直至终点平台立管端,潜水员将软管另一端与其连接,完成整条软管的海底敷设。
