Abstract

真空管道交通的站台通道,在站台管道的壁体上设密封门,密封门的框架连接椭圆的伸缩节,伸缩节连接伸缩门框。密封门与伸缩门框之间构成伸缩通道。伸缩节内腔和通道接通真空泵和大气,当车箱停靠在站台管道上时,利用大气压力推动伸缩节作伸长状态使伸缩门框去紧贴车箱门四周,隔绝真空管道与伸缩通相通。形成车箱与站台的通道,当车箱需要离站时,关闭密封门和车箱起动真空泵将伸缩节内和伸缩通道内的空气抽出,使伸缩通道回缩至初始状态。从而达到在不泄气的要求下,上下旅客和货物。

技术领域
本发明涉及真空管道交通,具体地说是真空管道交通站台上下旅客或货物的通道。 
背景技术
在不可再生能源越来越匮乏的情况下,由于真空管道交通,能耗低,航速快,不受气候影响等优点,将会取代现在那种能耗高,受气候影响大的高费用的交通工具,但是,真空管道内是处在真空状态,而管道内的车箱中是在标准气压下,如何做到在不泄气的要求下穿越车箱与管道之间的真空带来往站台和车箱是真空管道交通必需解决的问题。 
发明内容
为了解决真空管道交通站台通道在不泄气的要求下,上下旅客或货物的问题,本发明提供一种真空管道交通的站台通道,该通道能做到在不泄气的要求下穿越车箱与管道之间的真空带往来站台和车箱。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术措施是,椭圆型的门框固定在站台管道的壁体上,门框朝管道内一侧连接椭圆型伸缩节内壳,门框朝外一侧安装密封门,伸缩节内壳套接伸缩节外壳,伸缩节外套连接椭圆型的伸缩门框,套接后的伸缩节内外壳之间形成一个椭圆的密闭内腔,在内腔中,上下、左右安装四个弹簧,弹簧的两头分别连接门框和伸缩门框,伸缩门框朝管道车箱一侧的门框四周固定橡胶密封圈,密封门和伸缩门框之间构成伸缩通道。在站台通管的附近设置真空泵站,泵站的吸气管接出后,分三个支路连接,第一支路连接伸缩节内腔并设阀门,第二支路接伸缩通道并设阀门,第三支路接通大气并设置阀门。这样的站台通道是利用空气压力的变化来推动伸缩通道工作的。工作时首先,关闭所有阀门,当车箱停靠在站台通道上时,这时车箱的门正好对准伸缩门框,打开伸缩节内腔阀门和通往大气的阀门,使大气充入内腔在大气压力的推动下,伸缩通道作伸长状态推进,当伸缩门框的橡胶密封圈紧贴车箱的四周后,关门阀门,接着打开伸缩通道阀门和通大气的阀门,向伸缩通道内充气,使通道内的气压与大气相等,关闭气阀,这时可打开伸缩通道的密封门,同时可打开车箱门,供旅客或货物上下。当车箱要离开站台时,首先关闭密封门和车箱门。起动真空泵先将通道内的空气抽出使其形成真空,然后将伸缩节内腔的空气抽出。伸缩通道在弹簧的拉动下,回复至初始的待命状态。从而达到真空管道交通站台在不泄气的要求下,上下旅客或货物的目的。 
本发明的有益效果是,为真空管道交通提供一种防止泄气的站台接驳通道,结构简单。

具体实施方式
在图1中,椭圆形门框2焊接固定在站台管道的壁体上,门框上安装密封门1,门框朝管道内侧一面连接椭圆形的伸缩节内壳3,伸缩节内壳3套装伸缩节外壳4,在伸缩节内外壳之间形成一个椭圆形的密闭的内腔13,在这个内腔的上下、左右设置弹簧7,弹簧7的两端分别连接门框2和伸缩门框5。在密封门与伸缩门框之间构成伸缩通道8,在伸缩通道的附近设置真空泵站12,泵站的吸气管接出后,分三个支路,第一支路接伸缩节内腔13并设阀门9,第二支路接伸缩通道8并设阀门10,第三支路接通大气并设阀门11,泵站的吸气口安装截止阀14。

1.真空管道交通的站台通道,门框固定在站台管道的壁体上,门框上安装密封门,门框朝管道内一侧连接椭圆形的伸缩节内壳,伸缩节内壳套接伸缩节外壳,在伸缩节内外壳之间形成一个密闭的内腔,伸缩节外壳连接伸缩门框,伸缩门框设置密封圈,伸缩门框和密封门之间构成伸缩通道,在伸缩节内腔内上下、左右设置弹簧,弹簧的两头分别连接门框和伸缩门框,其特征是:在通道的附近设置真空泵站,泵站的吸气管连出后分三个支路连接,第一支路接伸缩节内腔并设置阀门,第二支路接伸缩通道并设置阀门,第三支路接通大气并设置阀门。
