[0026]导热体的板面上涂有吸热涂层3,以吸收太阳辐射热41。涂层3可以是无光黑板漆或铝-氮-铝太阳选择吸收涂层或干涉膜或高选择性钛基涂层等,尤其高选择性钛基涂层是基于钛基和石英的蓝色涂层,采用了一次性电离涂层工艺,这种涂层是首先钛在真空环境中汽化,汽化物在加入氮和氧后发生化学反应成为氮氧化钛并在金属带上沉积冷凝,此外石英在被汽化后形成第二层抗反射层并起到保护作用。这种涂层不仅是一种高吸收率涂层,而且可以在减少反射的同时将热能存在吸收体的内部(低发射率)。其日光吸收率超过95%,而热量的发射率(100°0小于5%。
[0027]本实施方式中的储热介质61为固相、液相或气相等大比热蓄热物质。如重油、水、储热沙、高分子蓄热材料等。储热介质61通过导热体5与太阳能集热器2接触。在外壳7外表面,除与半导体温差热发电器件8、太阳能集热器2接触的地方之外均设有保温层I,该保温层I可采用玻璃棉加苯板复合或采用玻璃棉加聚氨脂整体发泡制成。外壳7底部可涂导热硅月旨,与多块半导体温差热发电器件8的热端直接、完全接触,将热直接传至发电器件8的热端。
[0028]散热装置9可以为铜、铝金属散热片等热的良好导体。但优选金属热管式换热器,该热管式换热器的蒸发段90与温差发电器件8冷端接触,所述热管式换热器的冷凝段91设有大面积散热鳍片92,该冷凝段91设置在常温或低于常温的环境中,如空气、河流、沙土、冰层或其它自然物质等自然冷源中。
[0029]有了蓄热芯后,整个系统可以实现白天、晴天吸热储热,夜晚、阴天按一定放热曲线放出热量方式工作,使得半导体温差热发电器件8始终有电发出。
[0030]图2是图1所示实施方式增设一级蓄热芯后的结构示意图。该系统顶部是太阳能集热器2,太阳能集热器2下面是一级蓄热芯6的外壳7,外壳7内的储热介质61是重油。蓄热芯6的底部与一级半导体温差热发电器件8的热端面接触,半导体温差热发电器件8的冷端面与二级蓄热芯60的外壳71顶部接触。该二级蓄热芯60的储热介质62是水,二级蓄热芯60的外壳71底部与二级半导体温差热发电器件81的热端面接触,而二级半导体温差热发电器件81的冷端面与热管式换热器的蒸发段90接触。外壳71上还设有进水管111和出水管11,以便于热水循环利用。
[0031]由此可见,该系统具有二级半导体温差热发电器件8和81(当然以此类推,可以根据热面温度递减规律安排多级半导体温差热发电器件叠合,以尽量吸热,将热能转换成电能)。这样可以确保半导体温差热发电器件拥有足够的温差(单块半导体温差热发电器件两面温差只要能达到摄氏60度,则发电电压可达到3.5V,电流可达到3-5A),并最大限度将太阳热能转化为电能和热能,从而获得较优的太阳能利用效果。
[0032]为了保证本系统在没有阳光的阴、雨、雪天能为用户提供热水等热源,如图3所示,系统的散热装置(热管式换热器)9散热面一侧,即热管式换热器的冷凝段91的外围还环设有一圈螺旋形蒸发器13,该蒸发器13的一管路经压缩机16与设置在储热介质内的冷凝器15的输入管端连接;蒸发器13另一管路经膨胀阀12、过滤器121、储液罐14等与冷凝器15的输出管端连接,形成一回路结构,这样的结构实际上与我们熟知的热栗相似。热栗能够将自身所耗电能的5到8倍的热能从低温环境传送到高温环境中。由于安装了以上热栗结构,当本系统工作时,蒸发器中的R22(还可以以C02作为热媒)就会吸收热管式换热器的冷凝段的余热(使用时实际上可以加速热管式换热器的冷凝段散热),经过少量电能(压缩机的电能消耗)做功,冷凝器向二级蓄热芯中的储热介质(水)不断输送高品位热能,提高或维持了蓄热芯的温度。因此热栗在本发明中的应用,可以在阴、雨、雪天加热蓄热芯中的水,为用户全天供暖,并且在加热二级蓄热芯60中的水同时,还一定程度上维持了半导体温差热发电器件8冷、热端面的温差。
[0033]本实施方式具有两级半导体温差热发电器件,可源源不断的“生电”,为用户提供电力。应用时,半导体温差热发电器件通过串联和并联后,一种是经过升压电路19升压为市电后并入电网,长期为国家电网191供电,另一种是经过充电电路18为蓄电池17充电。这样在没有太阳照射的阴、雨、雪天,如果系统中确实没有热水时,压缩机16可以使用蓄电池17或电网191中的电,将系统中的水加热,以便为用户不间断提供热水。从而提高了能源利用效率,实现供热、发电等一体化。
[0034]图4是本发明隔热活动门的一实施例结构示意图。其蓄热芯6的外壳7底部设有保温层101,该保温层101上开设有一个辐射窗口 102,该辐射窗口 102下面设有可以移动、可以保温的隔热活动门30,隔热活动门30与半导体温差热发电器件8之间还设有板状导热体52,该导热体52与半导体温差热发电器件8的热端直接接触。蓄热芯6通过辐射窗口 102向半导体温差热发电器件上的板状导热体52辐射热能,利用隔热活动门30的移动来控制辐射窗口102的辐射面积,进而控制到达板状导热体上的辐射量,以便将板状导热体52温度控制在一定范围之内,使得半导体温差热发电器件8能获得智能可控的温差,这样有利于半导体温差热发电器件8持续稳定的发电。
[0035]图5是本发明又一种优选实施方式的结构示意图。如图5所示,其散热装置为上窄下阔的烟囱状风洞20,该风洞壁21的外壁面制成热管式换热器的蒸发段与温差发电器件8冷端接触,内壁面制成设有大面积散热鳍片的冷凝段,置于风洞20内。风洞20底部设有进风口 23,风洞的顶部设有出风口 22。太阳能集热器2设置在风洞20的顶部,太阳能集热器2通过导热体5与蓄热芯6内的水或油等储热介质61连接。该烟囱状风洞20不仅可以加大半导体温差发电器件的散热面积,并可以巧妙地利用所散热形成风洞内与风洞外不同地温差,引导空气的对流,形成自然风冷,有效地对半导体温差发电器件8的冷端进行降温。
[0036]图6是图5所示优选实施方式增设风力发电机后的结构示意图。如图6所示,风洞20上部设有风力发电机24。风洞壁21散发的热量可以对空气进行加热,让空气受热后形成上升气流,而风洞20上窄下阔的结构更有效地引导上升气流形成高速气旋25,从而带动设置在风洞上部的发电机24发电,因此本优选实施方式是对太阳能的进一步利用。
[0037]此外,风洞壁21的内壁面还可增设蒸发器13,该蒸发器13的一管路经压缩机16等与设置在储热介质内的冷凝器15形成热栗回路。而风洞20具有上窄下阔的结构,因此可以加速蒸发器13附近空气的流动,这样更有利于蒸发器13“吸热排冷”,因此该风洞构造可以更有效地促进热栗进行工作。本优选实施方式可以在阴、雨、雪天加热蓄热芯中的储热介质(水),为用户全天供暖,并且在加热蓄热芯的同时,还一定程度上维持了半导体温差热发电器件热、冷端面的温差。
[0038]图7是图5所示实施方式增设一级蓄热芯后的结构示意图。如图7所示,该烟囱状风洞由二级蓄热芯6和61构成。本系统最外层第一级蓄热芯6内的储热介质是重油,该蓄热芯6与半导体温差热发电器件8的热端面接触,半导体温差热发电器件8的冷端面与第二级蓄热芯61的外壁面接触,该第二级蓄热芯实际上就是水箱,其储热介质是水。第二级蓄热芯61的内壁面与二级半导体温差热发电器件81的热端面接触,而二级半导体温差热发电器件81的冷端面与风洞壁21的外壁面接触,并由风洞壁21散热。由此可见,本优选实施方式具有二级半导体温差热发电器件,这样可以确保半导体温差热发电器件拥有足够的温差,并最大限度将太阳热能转化为电能和热能,从而获得较优的太阳能利用效果。
[0039]图8是本发明又一种优选实施方式的结构示意图。本系统主要由一级吸热装置100、二级吸热装置200、阳光反射聚热器300等构成。其中一级吸热装置100与本发明图3所示优选实施方式的结构相似。其第一级蓄热芯6内的蓄热介质61是重油,蓄热温度接近300°C,该蓄热芯6经过半导体温差热发电器件8降温后将第二级蓄热芯60—一水箱内的水62加热至100°C。二级吸热装置200负责发生蒸汽,由太阳能集热器201、蓄热芯63、半导体温差热发电器件8、散热快202等构成。其蓄热芯63内的蓄热介质同样是重油,蓄热温度接近300°C,可以将穿过蓄热芯的蛇行水管203加热至200-270°C。为了不影响蓄热芯63内高温环境,可以控制散热块202的体积和导热系数,让半导体温差热发电器件8冷端的温度在230°C左右,这样既保证了蓄热芯63内的高温,又让半导体温差热发电器件8能发电。
[0040] —级吸热装置100将水加热至100°C后送入二级吸热装置200继续加热至过热水,产生200-270°C的过热蒸汽,送入阳光反射聚热器300内。
[0041]阳光反射聚热器300由反射镜面302、镜面调整装置301、过热器303等构成。反射镜面302由镜面调整装置301调整角度,以便将太阳光聚集在过热器303上。过热器303内布置有比较密集的管组304,并填充有熔盐305。过热器303在反射镜面302反射阳光的照射下,可以产生800〜1000°C的高温,将二级吸热装置200送过来的蒸汽进一步加热到500度以上的高压蒸汽,然后送入蒸汽涡轮机组400内,推动蒸汽涡轮发电机400发电。
[0042]本太阳能综合利用系统还可以与电加热装置结合,确保在任何情况下都能稳定供应热水。本太阳能综合利用系统其尺寸根据需要可大可小,小到在房屋屋顶布置,包括环保节能建筑如与半导体致冷/热装置结合的暖房建设等,大到在大江、大湖、峡谷的大桥上布置;在高速公路旁大范围布置;在海岛上布置;在城市高架桥、立交桥上布置。本太阳能综合利用系统还可以与楼宇综合能源控制系统结合,实现集中供热、供冷、发电,让能源的分配、计量、管理一体化和智能化。
[0043]上述只是本发明原理示范,实际运用中,可以根据需要调整相关器件的指标,包括温差发电器件的数量以及增减相关智能控制等,以适应不同使用的需求。
