Abstract

本发明是一种肥料缓控释剂,肥料缓控释剂其特征在于:按重量百分比计,由0.2%-15%的尿酶抑制剂和硝化抑制剂,0.1%-18%的细胞分裂素和1%-25%的磷素活化剂组成。以及由42%-98.7%的填料组成。使用该种肥料缓控释剂在生产复合肥料的过程中按照比例加入该缓控释剂,可以提高肥料的利用率,节省肥料,可以实现一次性施肥不用再追肥,在同等肥料用量的基础上可以实现增产6%-18%的效果。

肥料缓控释剂
技术领域:
本发明涉及到肥料添加剂领域,具体说是一种控制释放养分的新型肥料增效剂。
背景技术:
目前我国已经成为肥料使用大国,肥料的用量每年都在增加,但肥料利用率却不高,我们国家的氮肥利用率只有35%左右,磷肥的利用率更低只有10%-25%,大部分肥料没被作物利用,白白的浪费了,那如何提高我们国家的肥料利用率就成为当务之急,在这发明之前也有很多人发明了肥料增效剂,但他们的发明都是比较单一,只是使用尿酶抑制剂或者硝化抑制剂,或者单独使用磷素活化剂。本发明不但是将抑制剂与活化剂组合到一起而且还是用了细胞分裂素,大幅度提高各种肥料生化活性和利用率,刺激作物根系发达,促进光合作用,提高植物体内酶的活力,增强作物免疫力和抗病、抗逆能力,对改善作物品质,提高作物产量等均有明显的多功能作用。提高作物根系对各种养分的吸收和运转能力,增加植物体内干物质的合成与积累,促进叶绿素的形成和光合效率,减少有效元素在老叶中的固定,从而提高化肥的利用率,是一种新型的生物高活性增效剂。
发明内容:
本发明是针对以前的发明都是单一型的肥料增效剂,此发明不但克服了这种单一型的弊端,而且提出了一种新型的方向,就是利用加速细胞的分裂快速的吸收土壤中的养分从而减少肥料的流失和固定。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为。
肥料缓控释剂由0.2%-15%的尿酶抑制剂和硝化抑制剂,0.1%-18%的细胞分裂素和1%-25%的磷素活化剂以及由42%-98.7%的填料组成。本发明的尿酶抑制剂和硝化抑制剂分别为对苯二酚和双氢氨、硫脲中的一种或者两种的组合,细胞分裂素为6-苄基嘌呤,磷素活化剂为固氮菌、解磷菌和解钾菌。剩余部分由填料补充。
实现上述发明的方法为按照一定的比例将上述原材料在高速混合搅拌机中混合,混合均匀后装袋就成为成品,

1.肥料缓控释剂,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,由0.2%-15%的尿酶抑制剂和硝化抑制剂,0.1%-18%的细胞分裂素和1%-25%的磷素活化剂以及42%-98.7%的填料组成,所述的细胞分裂素为6-苄基嘌呤。 
2.按照权利要求1所述的肥料缓控释剂,其特征在于:所述的尿酶抑制剂为对苯二酚,硝化抑制剂为 双氰胺、硫脲。 
3.按照权利要求1所述的肥料缓控释剂,其特征在于:所述的磷素活化剂为解磷菌、解钾菌和固氮菌。 
4.按照权利要求1所述的肥料缓控释剂,其特征在于:所述的填料为风化煤或者沸石、草炭土。 
5.按照权利要求1所述的肥料缓控释剂,其特征在于:由5%的对苯二酚;10%的双氰胺;5%的细胞分裂素;25%的磷素活化剂;55%的沸石组成。
