FIG. 1 is a schematic flow chart of the implementation of the method of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The basic idea of the invention is: when the color ring server to which the calling client belongs filters the call request message, the called client and the calling client are judged not to belong to the same color ring server, the filtering parameter set by the calling client is packaged into the call request message and sent to the color ring server to which the called client belongs, and then the color ring service of the called client is filtered according to the filtering parameter.
The following describes the embodiments in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A system for realizing color ring filtering among a plurality of color ring servers comprises: the system comprises a calling client, a color ring server to which the calling client belongs, a called client and a color ring server to which the called client belongs. The calling client is used for setting filtering parameters, and sending and storing the set filtering parameters in a color ring server to which the calling client belongs; and the calling client sends a calling request message to a color ring server to which the calling client belongs. The color ring server to which the calling client belongs is used for filtering the call request message, and the called client called by the calling client is judged as follows: and packaging the filter parameters into a call request message and sending the call request message to the color ring server to which the called client belongs under the client state of the color ring server to which the calling client does not belong. The called client is used for receiving the call request message forwarded by the color ring server to which the called client belongs, making a response, and sending the response message to the color ring server to which the called client belongs. And the color ring server to which the called client belongs is used for receiving the response message and executing filtering processing on the color ring service of the called client according to the filtering parameters.
Here, the color ring server to which the calling client belongs further includes a determining unit, configured to acquire a called client number in the call request message, and when it is found that the color ring server to which the calling client belongs does not include the called client number, determine that the called client is: and the client does not belong to the CRBT server to which the calling client belongs.
The color ring server to which the calling client belongs also comprises an encapsulating and sending unit, which is used for encapsulating the filtering parameters into the calling request message under the condition of acquiring the filtering indication state from the calling request message, and sending the calling request message carrying the filtering parameters to the color ring server to which the called client belongs.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for implementing color ring filtering among multiple color ring servers includes the following steps:
Here, for example, the calling client may set and store a filtering parameter in the polyphonic ringtone server to which the calling client belongs through a mobile phone terminal or through a multimedia polyphonic ringtone operator administrator, and the filtering parameter and the polyphonic ringtone filtering function implemented according to the filtering parameter are explained below.
The filtering parameters may include three types in parallel, the first type being: and setting all the multimedia color ring back tone services of all the called clients to be filtered, so that the calling client can select and filter the color ring back tones played by all the called clients.
The second type is: and setting the number of the called client as a blacklist, and filtering the multimedia color ring back tone service of the called client corresponding to the number of the called client on the blacklist, so that the calling client can select to filter the color ring back tone played by the called client on the blacklist.
The third type is: the calling client sets the media file format of the multimedia color ring back tone service expected to be accepted, and/or sets the size/type of the media file format of the accepted multimedia color ring back tone service according to the capability information which can be supported by the calling client, and filters the multimedia color ring back tone service of the called client which is consistent with the media file format and/or the size/type of the media file format, so that the calling client can select and filter the color ring back tone which is not accepted by the calling client and is not consistent with the media file format and/or the size/type of the media file format.
For example, the capability information that the calling client can support itself is model information, and the format of the multimedia color ring back tone service media file of the called client that can be accepted is a format that only accepts pictures, and the picture format includes: and multiple types such as WINDOWS Bitmap (BMP), Joint Photographic Expert Group (JPEG), or image interchange format (GIF), the type of the multimedia ring back tone service media file format of the called client can be set to be GIF type.
It should be noted here that the calling client and the called client may be any type of user terminal, such as a mobile phone terminal; or instant messaging tools on portable notebooks, portable entertainment/audio/video/gaming terminals. Wherein the portable service terminal may be a mobile digital assistant (PDA), and the portable audio terminal may be an audio player.
Here, the judgment when the call request message is processed specifically includes: a color ring server to which a calling client belongs acquires a called client number in a call request message; when the polyphonic ringtone server to which the calling client belongs does not contain the called client number, the called client is judged to be: and the client does not belong to the CRBT server to which the calling client belongs.
And step 104, directly executing filtering processing on the color ring back tone service set by the called client according to the filtering parameters, and playing the filtered ring back tone to the calling client. Proceed to step 107.
And 105, packaging the filter parameters into a call request message, and sending the call request message to a color ring server to which the called client belongs.
Here, encapsulating the filtering parameter into a call request message and sending the call request message to a color ring server to which a called client belongs specifically includes:
when the filtering indication is obtained from the calling request message, the filtering parameter is packaged into the calling request message, and the calling request message carrying the filtering parameter is sent to the color ring server to which the called client belongs. Among them, the filtering indication means: the indication mark of the color ring back tone service needs to be filtered.
And step 106, performing filtering processing on the color ring back tone service set by the called client according to the filtering parameters, and playing the filtered ring back tone to the calling client.
It should be noted that the present invention relates to two types of clients, wherein any one type of client can set filtering parameters to filter the color ring back tone service of another type of other clients. Specifically, two types of clients include client a and client B, the first case: when the client a is used as a calling client, the filtering parameters can be set so as to filter the color ring back tone service of the client B, and the client B is used as another type of client, namely a called client; in the second case: when the client B is used as the calling client, the filtering parameter may be set so as to filter the color ring back tone service of the client a, which is different from the first case, where the client a is used as another type of client, i.e., a called client. Moreover, the principle of implementing color ring filtering is the same no matter which type of client is used as the calling client. The following explains the process of implementing color ring filtering by taking the client a as the calling client as an example.
The first method embodiment is as follows: the client A is used as a calling client, the client A sets and stores a filtering parameter on a polyphonic ringtone server to which a calling belongs, namely the polyphonic ringtone server of the client A through a mobile phone terminal or a multimedia polyphonic ringtone operator administrator, and the filtering parameter is as follows: and filtering the color ring back tones played by all the called clients. In this embodiment, a called client is a client B, and the method further includes a core network, and the method for implementing color ring filtering among a plurality of color ring servers in this embodiment includes the following steps:
in step 201, client a sends a call request.
Step 202, the core network of the client a receives the call request, and forwards the call request message to the color ring server of the client a.
Step 203, after receiving the call request message, the color ring server of the client a first evaluates the filter setting, and when evaluating that the client B is: and the client of the color ring server which does not belong to the client A adds the filtering indication and the filtering parameter into the call request message, and forwards the call request message carrying the filtering indication and the filtering parameter to a core network of the client A.
In step 204, after receiving the call request message from the color ring server of the client a, the core network of the client a forwards the call request message to the core network of the client B.
Step 205, after receiving the call request message from the color ring server of the client a, the core network of the client B parses the filtering indication in the call request message, determines whether the core network of the client B has processed the filtering indication, and if so, executes step 206; if not, step 207 is performed.
Here, if the filtering instruction is processed once, it indicates that the client B does not implement the color ring filtering for the first time, and before that, it has implemented the color ring filtering, and the filtering parameter is set in the color ring server of the client B, that is, the core network of the client B has processed the filtering instruction once, and has extracted and stored the filtering parameter in the call request message into the color ring server of the client B, at this time, it is not necessary to continuously carry the filtering instruction in the call request message. If the filtering indication is not processed, it indicates that the client B is to implement the filtering of the ring back tone for the first time, and before that, it never implements the filtering of the ring back tone, that is, the core network of the client B does not process the filtering indication, and the filtering parameters are never set and stored in the ring back tone server of the client B, at this time, the filtering indication needs to be continuously carried in the call request message.
Step 206, after the filtering indication is deleted from the call request message, the core network of the client B forwards the call request message to the client B. The client B receives the call request message and returns a ringing message to the core network of the client B. Proceed to step 210.
Step 207, forwarding the call request message continuously carrying the filtering indication to the color ring server of the client B.
Step 208, after receiving the call request message, the color ring server of the client B extracts and stores the filtering parameters, so as to perform the filtering of the color ring service through the stored filtering parameters in the following, and delete the filtering indication in the call request message; and then, the polyphonic ringtone server of the client B forwards the call request message with the deleted filtering indication to the client B.
Step 209, the client B receives the call request message and returns a ringing message to the core network of the client B. Proceed to step 211.
Step 210, the core network of the client B receives the ringing message and forwards the ringing message to the core network of the client a. Proceed to step 214.
Step 211, the core network of the client B receives the ringing message, and forwards the ringing message to the polyphonic ringtone server of the client B.
Step 212, after the color ring server of the client B receives the ringing message, the color ring service is filtered according to the filtering parameters stored in the color ring server of the client B.
Here, since the filtering parameters are: and filtering the color ring back tone played by all the called clients, so that the color ring back tone server resource cannot be played according to the filtering parameters stored in the color ring back tone server of the client B.
Here, the color ring server resource includes a color ring service.
Step 213, the color ring server of the client B forwards the ringing message to the core network of the client B; the core network of the client B receives the ringing message and forwards the ringing message to the core network of the client A.
Step 214, the core network of the client a receives the ringing message and forwards the ringing message to the polyphonic ringtone server of the client a.
Step 215, after the color ring server of the client a receives the ringing message, the color ring server of the client a does not prepare to play the color ring server resource according to the filtering parameters stored in the color ring server of the client a.
Here, the color ring server resource includes a color ring service.
Step 216, the color ring server of the client a forwards the received ringing message to the core network of the client a.
Step 217, the core network of the client a forwards the ringing message to the client a.
In step 218, after the client a receives the ringing message, the user using the client a hears the common ring back tone filtered by the color ring.
It should be noted here that the core network referred to above may be: the internet protocol Multimedia system (IMS) Domain of 3GPP, the Multimedia Domain (MMD) of 3GPP2, or other core networks supporting SIP/Internet Protocol (IP).
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
