after receiving the ringing of the called terminal, sending negotiation information to the calling terminal, wherein the negotiation information comprises: the multimedia information comprises a plurality of groups of media information, wherein the plurality of groups of media information are obtained according to a plurality of first video color ring files set by the called terminal;
receiving target media information and current network resource information fed back by the calling terminal, wherein the target media information is a group of media information selected by the calling terminal from the multiple groups of media information, or a group of media information matched with the media capability of the calling terminal;
selecting a second video color ring file from the plurality of first video color ring files according to the target media information and the current network resource information;
and playing the second video color ring file to the calling terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the media information comprises at least one of image properties and video codec capabilities.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the call information sent by the calling terminal and transmitting the call information to the called terminal, and before sending negotiation information to the calling terminal, further comprising:
acquiring a called number and a network access type carried in the call information;
determining a video color ring file set by the called terminal for the calling terminal according to the called number;
and screening a plurality of first video color ring files matched with the network access type from the video color ring files set by the called terminal for the calling terminal.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the selecting a second video ring back tone file from the plurality of first video ring back tone files according to the target media information and current network resource information comprises:
if the current network resource information meets the playing requirement of the target media information, selecting a video color ring file corresponding to the target media information from the plurality of first video color ring files as the second video color ring file;
and if the current network resource information does not meet the playing requirement of the target media information, selecting a video color ring file matched with the current network resource information from the plurality of first video color ring files as the second video color ring file.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the negotiation information further comprises: suggested network resource information;
before sending negotiation information to the calling terminal, the method further includes:
acquiring a network access type carried in the call information;
and determining the suggested network resource information according to the network access type.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
in the process of playing the video polyphonic ringtone, if the changed network access type sent by the calling terminal is received, selecting a third video polyphonic ringtone file matched with the changed network access type from the video polyphonic ringtone files set by the called terminal;
and playing the video color ring back tone to the calling terminal according to the third video color ring back tone file.
7. A method for playing video color ring back tone is characterized by comprising the following steps:

receiving negotiation information sent by a color ring platform, wherein the negotiation information comprises: the multimedia information comprises a plurality of groups of media information, wherein the plurality of groups of media information are obtained according to a plurality of first video color ring files set by the called terminal;
determining target media information and current network resource information, wherein the target media information is a group of media information selected by a calling terminal from the multiple groups of media information, or a group of media information matched with the media capability of the calling terminal;
feeding back the target media information and the current network resource information to the polyphonic ringtone platform;
and receiving and playing a second video color ring file sent by the color ring platform, wherein the second video color ring file is selected from the plurality of first video color ring files by the color ring platform according to the target media information and the current network resource information.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
in the process of playing the second video color ring file, if the terminal has network switching and the video media bearer of the video color ring is failed to be established, sending the changed network access type to the color ring platform;
and receiving and playing a third video polyphonic ringtone file sent by the polyphonic ringtone platform, wherein the third video polyphonic ringtone file is matched with the changed network access type.
9. A color ring platform, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving the calling information sent by the calling terminal and transmitting the calling information to the called terminal;
a first sending module, configured to send negotiation information to the calling terminal after receiving the ring of the called terminal, where the negotiation information includes: the multimedia information comprises a plurality of groups of media information, wherein the plurality of groups of media information are obtained according to a plurality of first video color ring files set by the called terminal;
a second receiving module, configured to receive target media information and current network resource information fed back by the calling terminal, where the target media information is a group of media information selected by the calling terminal from the multiple groups of media information, or a group of media information matched with the media capability of the calling terminal;
the first selection module is used for selecting a second video color ring file from the plurality of first video color ring files according to the target media information and the current network resource information;
and the first playing module is used for playing the second video color ring file to the calling terminal.
10. A terminal, comprising:
the first sending module is used for sending calling information to the called terminal;
a first receiving module, configured to receive negotiation information sent by a color ring platform, where the negotiation information includes: the multimedia information comprises a plurality of groups of media information, wherein the plurality of groups of media information are obtained according to a plurality of first video color ring files set by the called terminal;
the self-adapting module is used for determining target media information and current network resource information, wherein the target media information is a group of media information selected by the calling terminal from the multiple groups of media information, or a group of media information matched with the media capability of the calling terminal;
the second sending module is used for feeding back the target media information and the current network resource information to the polyphonic ringtone platform;
and the second receiving module is used for receiving and playing a second video color ring file sent by the color ring platform, and the second video color ring file is selected from the plurality of first video color ring files by the color ring platform according to the target media information and the current network resource information.
11. A color ring platform, comprising: a transceiver and a processor;
the transceiver is used for sending and receiving calling information sent by a calling terminal and transmitting the calling information to a called terminal;
the transceiver is further configured to send negotiation information to the calling terminal after receiving the ringing of the called terminal, where the negotiation information includes: the multimedia information comprises a plurality of groups of media information, wherein the plurality of groups of media information are obtained according to a plurality of first video color ring files set by the called terminal;
the transceiver is further configured to receive target media information and current network resource information fed back by the calling terminal, where the target media information is a group of media information selected by the calling terminal from the multiple groups of media information, or a group of media information matched with the media capability of the calling terminal;
the processor is used for selecting a second video color ring file from the plurality of first video color ring files according to the target media information and the current network resource information;
the processor is further configured to play the second video color ring file to the calling terminal.
12. A terminal, comprising: a transceiver and a processor;
the transceiver is used for sending calling information to a called terminal;
the transceiver is further configured to receive negotiation information sent by the color ring back tone platform, where the negotiation information includes: the multimedia information comprises a plurality of groups of media information, wherein the plurality of groups of media information are obtained according to a plurality of first video color ring files set by the called terminal;
the processor is configured to determine target media information and current network resource information, where the target media information is a set of media information selected by the calling terminal from the multiple sets of media information, or a set of media information matched with the media capability of the calling terminal;
the transceiver is further configured to feed back the target media information and the current network resource information to the color ring platform;
the transceiver is further configured to receive a second video color ring file sent by the color ring platform, where the second video color ring file is selected from the plurality of first video color ring files by the color ring platform according to the target media information and the current network resource information;
the processor is further configured to play the second video color ring file.
13. A color ring platform, comprising: processor, memory and program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the method for playing a video polyphonic ringtone according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
14. A terminal, comprising: a processor, a memory and a program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the program when executed by the processor implements the steps of the method for playing a video polyphonic ringtone according to claim 7 or 8.

A computer-readable storage medium, wherein the computer-readable storage medium stores thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method for playing a video polyphonic ringtone according to any one of claims 1 to 6; alternatively, the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method for playing a video polyphonic ringtone according to claim 7 or 8.
