Abstract

一种头部身管设置有使弹丸旋转的螺旋膛线炮口制退器的,炮口制退器的头部身管实质上是一根发射时供弹丸通过的圆管。身管内表面炮膛刻有膛线。炮膛的膛线是按螺旋形刻制的,当弹丸从滑膛炮的炮膛射出时,弹丸进入炮口制退器头部刻有膛线的身管,弹丸向前运动时,膛线嵌入弹带,膛线在弹带上刻出的凹槽的形状与阳线断面相应。弹带上被刻出的凹槽被迫沿膛线扭转的路线运动,从而使弹丸旋转并从炮口制退器中射出,高温燃气从炮口制退器中部的气室中排除,减少对炮口制退器头部身管炮膛膛线的烧蚀。

本发明及一种炮口制退器装置,尤其是一种安装在滑膛炮上,身管内膛设置有使弹丸产生旋转运动螺旋膛线的炮口制退器。
背景技术
现代火炮随着发射弹丸初速的增加,高速弹丸和高温燃气会对火炮身管内的膛线产生严重的磨损和烧蚀,使火炮的线膛身管寿命降低,同时身管膛线的高温烧蚀和高速弹丸磨损也抑制了线膛身管武器初速和性能的进一步提高。
发明内容
为了进一步提升滑膛身管武器的弹丸发射射程和射击稳定性,降低高温燃气对身管膛线的烧蚀,本发明提供一种设置有弹丸旋转螺旋膛线的炮口制退器装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,在炮口制退器设置头部身管炮膛,炮口制退器头部身管炮膛设置有螺旋膛线。
炮口制退器是装在滑膛炮身管炮口位置的圆筒形金属附件。有一个供炮弹从中飞出的、与火炮身管炮膛同心的通孔,炮口制退器中部设置有一个或多个排气室,炮口制退器的头部身管炮膛设置有螺旋膛线。炮口制退器尾部通常是通过螺纹安装在火炮身管上的,炮口制退器上配有锁紧装置,以防止炮口制退器在火炮发射时松动。也可将火炮的炮口制退器制成火炮身管的一部分。
炮口制退器的头部身管实质上是发射时供弹丸通过的圆管。身管内表面炮膛刻有膛线。炮膛的膛线是按螺旋形刻制的,有等齐或渐速两种缠度。当弹丸从滑膛炮的炮膛射出时,弹丸进入炮口制退器头部刻有膛线的身管炮膛,炮口制退器其膛线的用途是在弹丸穿越炮膛时使弹丸旋转。弹丸上配有弹带。当弹丸在炮膛刻有膛线的炮口制退器身管炮膛向前运动时,螺旋膛线嵌入弹带,螺旋膛线在弹带上刻出的凹槽的形状与阳线断面相应。弹带上被刻出的凹槽被迫沿膛线扭转的路线运动,从而使弹丸旋转并从炮口制退器中射出,高温燃气可从炮口制退器中部的气室中排除,减少对炮口制退器头部身管炮膛膛线的烧蚀。
本发明的有益效果是,在滑膛炮的炮口处安装带有螺旋膛线的炮口制退器,发射的旋转稳定弹丸射击初速和精度高,炮口制退器的膛线烧蚀较轻以及制造成本较低,本设计也可应用于枪械身管武器。

在图1中,炮口制退器尾部(4)与火炮身管炮口部(5)连接,炮口制退器中部(7)设置有中部排气室(3),炮口制退器头部(2)的身管内膛(8)设置有螺旋形膛线(1)。
