本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
人们由于长期过度依赖石化燃料,除造成能源短缺及石油价格高涨而阻碍经济发展,更使全球二氧化碳与有害气体的排放浓度日益增加,导致地球暖化所引起的气候反常、生态环境的破坏、以及对人类生存的危害日益显现,为永续经营人类赖以生存的地球生态环境,必须同时解决能源危机与环境污染问题,而如今传统的照明设备对能源的消耗极大,同样也是总能源消耗的主要组成部分之一。因此,发展照明节能将是能源节约以及环境保护的主要课题之一,而照明节能的关键是如何利用一种高效、节能、环保的新光源取代传统的光源,由此可见,利用高效、节能、环保的新光源取代低效、高能耗的传统光源将与开发新能源及再生能源一样是推动节约能源及高效率使用能源的最重要策略。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种利用高效、节能、环保的发光二极管作为新光源的灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括灯壳、导热体、发光二极管模组和安装件,所述安装件设置在灯壳内,所述导热体结合在安装件上,所述发光二极管模组导热连接于所述导热体上,所述安装件上开设有固定孔,所述导热体的一端部插置在固定孔内固定。
上述灯具利用发光二极管作为光源,具有发光二极管自身的高发光效率、节能、寿命长、环保、启动快、指向性、耐冲击、耐震动等优点。

具体实施方式
请参考图1-4,本发明一优选实施例中的发光二极管灯具用于为室内或户外一些特定的场合提供照射范围宽广的照明灯光,该发光二极管灯具包括一圆柱状灯壳以及安装于灯壳内的一安装件30、若干导热体40及若干发光二极管模组50,其中该灯壳包括一灯头10、灯罩60以及两端部分别套接灯头10与灯罩60的一连接筒2,该安装件30固定在连接筒20内,导热体40插设于安装件30中,发光二极管模组50一一贴设在导热体40的外侧面上并被对应罩于灯罩60内。
上述灯头10大致呈碗状,以容置电子驱动模组件(图未示)等相关电子元件。该灯头10向上开口,其上端部周面上形成有与连接筒20配合的外螺纹12,该灯头10的底部中心开设有一安装孔16。该发光二极管灯具还包括一卡置在安装孔16内的防水接头100,该防水接头100由塑胶材料制成且呈一中空柱状,用于供连接电子驱动模组件以及发光二极管模组50的导电线穿过并防止雨水浸入灯头10内。该灯头10下端部周面向外凸起形成若干相互间隔且竖直排列的防滑凸条14,以便于旋转灯头10。该防水接头100靠近顶端处向内凹陷形成一圆环形容置槽102,该防水接头100穿置在灯头10安装孔16内时,该灯头10底部位于安装孔16周围的部分卡置在该防水接头100容置槽102内,从而使防水接头100扣接在灯头100的底部。
请一并参阅图5,上述连接筒20由导热性能良好的散热材料如铝、铜等制成且为一中空圆筒,连接筒20包括上下二端部22和位于二端部22之间的一中间部24。所述二端部22和中间部24的外径相等,而二端部22的内孔径大于中间部24的内孔径,既是中间部24内壁较二端部22的内侧壁向内凸起,从而该中间部24上下顶面在连接筒20的内部形成相互平行的圆环形台阶面242。该二端部22内壁形成有内螺纹220,其中灯头10的上端部容置在连接筒20的下端部22,且灯头10的外螺纹12与连接筒20下端部22的内螺纹220配合,而将灯头10上端部固定在连接筒20内。该连接筒20中间部24内侧壁上半部分形成有内螺纹240,用以与安装件30外周面螺合。该连接筒20中间部24的外周面向外凸起形成若干相互间隔且竖直排列的防滑凸条244,以便于旋转连接筒20而使其与灯头10螺接。
上述安装件30由导热性能良好的散热材料如铝、铜等制成且呈圆柱状,安装件30外周面形成有外螺纹32以旋入该连接件20中间部24内固定。该安装件30上开设有若干上下贯通的固定孔34,这些固定孔34用于供导热体40的一端插入其内而固定。因此,该固定孔34的形状与导热体40的横截面对应一致,在不同的实施例中,该固定孔34可根据不同的需要选取与导热体40对应的不同形状,在本实施例中,该固定孔34优选为半圆状通孔且数量为六,所述固定孔34关于安装件30的中轴线成中心对称排列。该安装件30的中心在轴向上开设一穿线孔36,该穿线孔可以呈任何形状,例如圆形、椭圆形等,优选地,其呈六角形,以方便与相关操作工具(例如,六角扳手)配合而将安装件30旋入连接件20的中间部24内,且导电线可穿过该穿线孔36而将电子驱动模组件与发光二极管模组50导电连接。可以理解地,穿线孔36的形状并不局限于六角形,其他诸如四角形、八角形等多角形也适用。
上述导热体40由导热性能良好的散热材料如铝、铜等制成,每一导热体40呈长条状,导热体40的横截面呈半圆形,因此,导热体40的周面包括一平坦的安装面和连接安装面相对两侧的一半圆形弧面。所述导热体40一端部插入容置在连接筒20内的安装件30的固定孔34内固定时,所述导热体40安装面朝外,以供发光二极管模组50贴设。每一导热体40的安装上开设有间隔的二配合孔42。
上述发光二极管模组50包括一电路板52和安装在电路板52上的若干发光二极管元件54。每一电路板50呈长条状且电路板50的一侧面贴设在导热体40的平面上,所述发光二极管元件54沿电路板52的长度方向间隔排列在电路板42的另一侧面。每一电路板50上开设有间隔的二透孔540,以供螺钉300穿过与导热体40上的配合孔42螺合而将发光二极管模组50固定在导热体40周面上。
上述灯罩60包括一连接部62和一透光罩设部64。该连接部62呈一圆筒状,其下端部的周面上形成有外螺纹622,该连接部62的下端部容置在连接筒20的上端部22内且连接部62的外螺纹622与连接筒20上端部22的内螺纹220螺合而将灯罩60与连接筒20连接固定。该连接部62上端部的周面上形成有若干竖直间隔的防滑凸条624,以便于将连接部62下端部旋入连接筒20上端部22内。该罩设部64由透明或半透明的塑料、玻璃等材料制成,该罩设部64由连接部22的顶端向上延伸且罩设部64顶端封口,以将导热体40以及发光二极管模组50罩于其内,该罩设部64形成上述灯壳的透光部。
为增强该发光二极管灯具的整体防水性能,该发光二极管灯具还包括有二防水垫圈200,其中一防水垫圈200收容在连接筒20上端部22内并夹置于连接筒20中间部24内的上端台阶面242与灯罩60的底端之间;另一防水垫圈200收容在连接筒20下端部22内并夹置于连接筒20中间部24内的下端台阶面242与灯头10顶端之间。上述由灯头10、连接筒20与灯罩60组成的灯壳在连接筒20的二端部22分别套接灯头10与灯罩60的一端的连接处夹设防水垫圈,使灯头10、连接筒20与灯罩60内连成一密封优良的腔体而有效地将发光二极管模组50及其它电子元件保护其内。此外,在灯头10底部导电线的接入处设置防水接头100,防止雨水从导电线的接入处渗入发光二极管灯具内。
上述连接筒20、安装件30以及导热体40均具有良好的导热能力,因此,上述连接筒20、安装件30以及导热体40连接形成一热传导路径,既是先由导热体40吸收发光二极管模组50产生的热量,再通过安装件30将热量传导到连接筒20上,最后由连接筒20将热量散发到周围的空气中去,从而将发光二极管模组50产生的热量由发光二极管灯具内散发出去。
上述发光二极管灯具工作时,上述发光二极管模组50分别安装在导热体40外周面上并分别向外朝向不同的方向,使发光二极管模组50产生的灯光均匀地照向发光二极管灯具的各个方向,从而在发光二极管灯具周围形成一个宽广均匀的照射区域。
如图6所示,本发明另一实施例的发光二极管灯具与上一实施例的区别在于本实施例的安装件70及与安装件70配合的导热体80与上一实施例的安装件30以及导热体40结构不同。该安装件70呈圆柱形,其外周面形成与连接件20中间部24内螺纹240配合的外螺纹72,该安装件70开设有关于安装件70中心对称排列的二长条形固定孔74。该二导热体80呈长条形板状,该二导热体80一端部插入固定孔74内固定且相互平行,发光二极管模组50分别贴在二导热体80的向外的侧面上,该侧面形成导热体80的安装面。在其他实施例中,上述导热体40/80可由安装件30/70顶面一体向上延伸而成。
Claims (15)
1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括灯壳、导热体、发光二极管模组和安装件,其特征在于:所述安装件设置在灯壳内,所述导热体结合在安装件上,所述发光二极管模组导热连接于所述导热体上,所述安装件上开设有固定孔,所述导热体的一端部插置在固定孔内固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述安装件螺合于所述灯壳的内部。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述安装件呈圆柱状,所述安装件的外周面设有外螺纹,所述灯壳的内壁面设有与所述安装件的外螺纹配合的内螺纹。
4.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述安装件上开设有若干固定孔,所述固定孔围绕安装件的中轴线间隔分布,每一固定孔内均插置有一导热体,每一导热体上均导热连接有一发光二极管模组。
5.如权利要求1或4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一导热体均包括一用于安装所述发光二极管模组的安装面,该安装面朝向灯壳外侧。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述固定孔呈半圆状或长条状,所述导热体的横截面形状与该固定孔的形状一致。
7.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述安装件上开设有一穿线孔,所述穿线孔开设于所述安装件的中心位置,并呈多角形。
8.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯壳包括一与所述安装件螺合的连接筒,该连接筒的内壁面开设有与所述安装件配合的内螺纹。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述连接筒包括二端部及一中间部,所述内螺纹形成于该中间部的内壁面。
