Abstract

本发明公开了一种扫地车上的吸尘装置，它包括滚刷、收尘箱、风机、振打电机，滚刷与收尘箱结合平整的地面形成半封闭的腔体，收尘箱的顶部位置开有通风口与滤清内腔连通，滤清外腔连通于风机，振打电机安装在滤清内腔上，该装置为扫地机的吸尘滤清系统，该系统能很好的避免在清扫过程中的清扫不彻底，灰尘扬尘等问题污染周边环境。在垃圾、灰尘等通过滚刷扫入手尘箱中，由于细小灰尘的不稳定，容易扬尘，这时风机的叶轮将收尘箱里的空气抽出，再通过滤清器的过滤作用，使收尘箱边沿的垃圾灰尘吸入收尘箱中，避免扬尘。

本发明涉及到一种扫地车上的吸尘装置。
背景技术
目前道路扫地车越来越普及，现有的各种道路扫地车结构基本相同，它在车身下部设置有滚刷，滚刷扫起的灰尘和较大颗粒，用风机把扫起的灰尘垃圾吸入车厢内，由于旋转扫把与吸风口的距离较远，它们之间又没有遮盖，故扫起的灰尘只有部分被吸入，很大部分灰尘飞扬在外面，造成二次污染，为了减少扫地扬尘，扫地车向扫把及地面喷水压尘，这样水尘留在地面，更会造成吸尘不净的结果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种吸尘快、不会造成二次污染的扫地车上的吸尘装置。
扫地车上的吸尘装置包括滚刷、收尘箱、风机、振打电机，滚刷与收尘箱结合平整的地面形成半封闭的腔体，收尘箱的顶部位置开有通风口与滤清内腔连通，滤清外腔连通于风机，振打电机安装在滤清内腔上。
该装置为扫地机的吸尘滤清设备，该设备能很好的避免在清扫过程中的清扫不彻底，灰尘扬尘等问题污染周边环境。在垃圾、灰尘等通过滚刷扫入手尘箱中，由于细小灰尘的不稳定，容易扬尘，这时风机的叶轮将收尘箱里的空气抽出，再通过滤清器的过滤作用，使收尘箱边沿的垃圾灰尘吸入收尘箱中，避免扬尘。滤清嚣上方设有振打电机，能将吸附在滤清器内壁上的灰尘振脱离滤清器，掉入收尘箱中，防止灰尘堵塞滤清器，影响幔尘效果。

从图1可以看出，该扫地车上的吸尘装置包括滚刷1、收尘箱2、风机3、振打电机4，滚刷1与收尘箱2结合平整的地面形成半封闭的腔体，收尘箱2的顶部位置开有通风口5与滤清内腔6连通，滤清外腔7连通于风机3，振打电机安装在滤清内腔6上。

1.扫地车上的吸尘装置，包括滚刷(1)、收尘箱(2)、风机(3)、振打电机(4)，其特征在于：
滚刷(1)与收尘箱(2)结合平整的地面形成半封闭的腔体，收尘箱(2)的顶部位置开有通风口(5)与滤清内腔(6)连通，滤清外腔(7)连通于风机(3)，振打电机安装在滤清内腔(6)上。
