Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗婴幼儿湿疹的中药祛疹灵搽剂，该祛疹灵搽剂针对婴幼儿湿疹发病机理，即湿热蕴久，耗阴伤血，化燥生风而致，选择具有滋阴养血、祛风止痒，兼以凉血活血的熟地黄、阿胶、独活、蚕砂、丹参、鸡血藤、甘草中草药组成。具有治疗效果好，无毒副作用的优点，值得临床推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其是涉及一种治疗婴幼儿湿疹的中药外用剂。
背景技术
婴儿湿疹是婴儿时期常见的一种皮肤病，属于过敏性疾病，婴儿湿疹最早见于2-3个月大的婴儿，大多发生在面颊、额部、眉间和头部，初期为红斑，以后为小点状丘疹、疱疹，很痒，疱疹破损，渗出液流出，干后形成痂皮。皮损常常对称性分布。湿疹可使小儿奇痒难忍、夜不成眠、烦躁不安。药物治疗有一定效果。但目前治疗湿疹的软膏多含有激素，在孩子湿疹严重的时候，适当的用激素软膏控制湿疹症状也是需要的，比如地塞米松霜和醋酸氟轻松软膏等。但是这类药物外用过多会被皮肤吸收带来副作用，长期使用还会引起局部皮肤色素沉着或轻度萎缩。因此，急需一种治疗效果好，无毒副作用的外用中药制剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对婴幼儿湿疹发病机理，即湿热蕴久，耗阴伤血，化燥生风而致，选择具有滋阴养血、祛风止痒，兼以凉血活血的中草药，经过合理配伍，制成的一种治疗婴幼儿湿疹的外用中药剂。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该治疗婴幼儿湿疹的中药祛疹灵搽剂由下列重量份的中药原料组成：熟地黄15-35份、阿胶10-25份、独活5-15份、蚕砂10-20份、丹参10-20份、鸡血藤5-15份、甘草15-25份。
该治疗婴幼儿湿疹的中药祛疹灵搽剂由下列最佳重量份的中药原料组成：熟地黄25份、阿胶20份、独活10份、蚕砂15份、丹参15、鸡血藤10分、甘草20分。
其制备方法：取熟地黄250g、独活100g、蚕砂150g、丹参150g、鸡血藤100g、甘草200g，放入2000g水中煮沸，然后文火煎熬15-20分钟，滤出药液，再沉热加入阿胶，混合均匀，装瓶备用。
中医学认为，慢性湿疹的发病多因湿热蕴久，耗阴伤血，化燥生风而致，加之“久病多瘀”，是以本病以阴血亏虚为其本，以风燥为其标，兼有血热或血瘀。因此治疗原则是滋阴养血、祛风止痒，兼以凉血活血。方中熟地黄、阿胶养血滋阴、补精益髓而共为方中君药：独活、蚕砂祛风除湿止痒而具有加强君药之功，而共为方中臣药；丹参、鸡血藤活血散瘀、舒筋活络而有助于加强调和气血之力，以加强止痒之功，故为方中佐药；甘草调和诸药，是为使药之用。
临床资料
1、一般资料
82例均为婴儿患者，年龄2-12月之间，按简单随机方法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组43例，男28例，女15例，平均月龄3.29±3.6；对照组39例，男23例，女14例，平均月龄2.32±2.9。两组性别、月龄比较经统计学处理无显著性差异(P＞0.05)。
2、诊断标准
①皮疹为对称分布的红斑、丘疹，可发展为丘疱疹、水疱，抓破后见多数小糜烂面、表面结黄色痂。继发感染可出现脓疱和脓痂；②多见于婴儿头面部，群集或散在，可侵及整个面部并可延及头、颈部；③好发于2-3月婴儿，由于瘙痒表现哭闹、日夜不宁。
3、治疗方法
治疗组用本发明所述的祛疹灵适量直接涂搽患处并保留药液20-30分钟。对照组用醋酸氟轻松软膏外涂患处，每日3次。两组均口服0.1％苯海拉明糖浆(按1-2mg/kg.d分3次服)。
4、疗效判定标准
疗效判定标准参照评分方法，治愈为皮损基本消退，瘙痒完全消失，治疗后评分减少90％以上；显效为皮损明显改善，瘙痒明显减轻，评分减少60％～89％；有效为皮损有所改善，瘙痒减轻，评分减少20％-59％；无效为皮损和瘙痒改善不明显，评分减少20％以下。
5、治疗效果
治疗效果见表1、表2。两组间有效率和症状评分的改善比较差异有显著性，治疗组明显优于对照组。

具体实施方式
实施例一：取熟地黄250g、独活100g、蚕砂150g、丹参150g、鸡血藤100g、甘草200g，放入2000g水中煮沸，然后文火煎熬15-20分钟，滤出药液，再沉热加入阿胶150g，混合均匀，装瓶备用。
实施例二：取熟地黄350g、独活50g、蚕砂100g、丹参200g、鸡血藤50g、甘草250g，放入1800g水中煮沸，然后文火煎熬15-20分钟，滤出药液，再沉热加入阿胶100g，混合均匀，装瓶备用。
实施例三：取熟地黄150g、独活150g、蚕砂200g、丹参100g、鸡血藤150g、甘草150g，放入2000g水中煮沸，然后文火煎熬15-20分钟，滤出药液，再沉热加入阿胶250g，混合均匀，装瓶备用。

1.一种治疗婴幼儿湿疹的中药祛疹灵搽剂，其特征在于该治疗婴幼儿湿疹的中药祛疹灵搽剂由下列重量份的中药原料组成：熟地黄15-35份、阿胶10-25份、独活5-15份、蚕砂10-20份、丹参10-20份、鸡血藤5-15份、甘草15-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗婴幼儿湿疹的中药祛疹灵搽剂，其特征在于该治疗婴幼儿湿疹的中药祛疹灵搽剂由下列最佳重量份的中药原料组成：熟地黄25份、阿胶20份、独活10份、蚕砂15份、丹参15份、鸡血藤10份、甘草20份。
