Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种衬里,用于真空筒,该真空筒用于接收截肢残肢,该衬里在假肢筒中使用,其中,该衬里双壁地由一个内衬里和一个外衬里构成。
此外,本发明还涉及一种包括这种衬里与真空筒的装置。
背景技术
在假肢中,尤其是在腿假肢中,人们努力在截肢残肢上实现尽可能大的面来固定假肢。这就是说,不仅在负载时相而且在摆动时相使所产生的力分布到尽可能大的面上。所谓的抽吸筒适于实现用于固定的尽可能大的面。抽吸筒对空气密封地处于截肢残肢上。如果力适于使假肢从残肢抽出,则产生负压,该负压与大气压力一起使假肢保持在截肢残肢上。在抽吸筒中,必然需要无缺陷的密封来保证固定。否则,负压瓦解并且截肢残肢从假肢筒滑出。
由此可知,这样的结果可导致假肢穿戴者外倾,因为假肢不再固定在截肢残肢上。
因为残肢体积在一天过程中由于温度、血压和其它医学原因而可能明显变化,所以不再得到百分之百的密封。因此可能发生,假肢在一天合身而在另一天不合身。这种体积波动甚至可在几个小时内发生,在复杂情况下,残肢每天都变化。由此产生已经提及的危险。
为了避免这种情况,通常使用衬里。将衬里卷起到截肢残肢上并且在其远中端部上设置有固定销,该固定销将衬里锁止到筒的卡锁机构中。由于气体密封性和摩擦附着,衬里固定地配合在截肢残肢上。在这种固定装置中,当假肢筒承受拉负荷时产生所谓的挤奶效应,因为衬里由于其挠曲性而收缩。市场上常见的真空衬里不考虑用于衬里与筒之间的真空的完整残肢面。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,改善衬里与筒壁之间的真空的建立。
为了解决该任务,根据本发明,开头所述类型的衬里的特征在于,内衬里和外衬里在中部和/或在远中三分之一处固定地彼此连接,外衬里被构造用于与假肢筒密封。
根据本发明的衬里提供优点:可利用完整的筒面来建立衬里与筒壁之间的真空,因为密封用外衬里进行,而内衬里紧密地与截肢残肢适配。通过衬里与筒壁之间的真空的这种固定的形成,可取消通过钢销和卡锁机构进行的远中锁止。

具体实施方式
图1中所示的衬里包括一个内衬里2,该内衬里在中部至远中三分之一处与外衬里固定地连接,其中,内衬里在此还具有一个标准初始长度。衬里可具有一个依衬里而定的远中造型,通过该远中造型避免纵向移动,使用一个依个体而定的远中杯形件并且其负责必要的横向膨胀等等。
为了戴上衬里,将完整的衬里从里往外翻出来并且将内衬里2卷到残肢上。然后,可将内衬里的棱边的依个体而定的近中延续部分固定并且使内衬里相应缩短。现在将外衬里3向近中折并且将截肢残肢1与卷起来的衬里插入到筒4中。外衬里3现在向远中折到筒边缘延伸部分4上并且在筒4的外侧上密封,以便由此在整个筒内面上实现筒4与衬里2、3之间的真空度。然后将衬里依个体而定地在外侧上缩短。为了提高真空度,可在筒4中安装市场上常见的排出阀5和/或在筒4中在连接端6上使用市场上常见的真空泵。
作为选择方案,在假肢筒的外侧上可安置一个附加的、圆周形的加厚部7——在密封唇的意义上,该加厚部支持外衬里相对于筒内部的密封。附加地还可将一个圆周形的机械的包带8在密封唇的区域中从外部安置在外衬里上,以便提高密封性。
所谓的挤奶效应明显降低,所产生的力分布在较大的面上并且由此每平方厘米明显减小。另外,整体的真空度负责使残肢波动强烈降低或者甚至得到避免。这一方面意味着在穿戴假肢时舒适性更高,另一方面意味着对于残肢体积波动的假肢穿戴者而言穿戴时间更长。
根据本发明的衬里优选由硅弹性体、热塑性的共聚物-凝胶或者聚氨酯-凝胶构成。这些材料也允许事后改变高度,直到内衬里2和外衬里3彼此连接,其方式是事后粘接内衬里和外衬里直到期望的高度。另外,衬里可由合适的材料组合来构成。
根据本发明的衬里可有利地与如图2中所示的双壁的筒4′一起使用。在此,外衬里3的折起的边缘可伸入到双壁的筒4′的筒壁4a、4b之间的中间空间中并且在那里被密封。在此,外衬里3的内侧可有利地涂覆织物或减小摩擦的层。尤其是在外衬里3的折起的区域中,该外衬里通过所施加的织物层或减小摩擦的层而得到保护以免磨损,尤其是在双壁的假肢筒4′的情况下。
不言而喻,衬里2、3也可在其外侧涂覆减小摩擦的层或织物,以便使插入到假肢筒4中容易。因为涂层在折起的边缘的区域中可妨碍外衬里3的密封作用,所以符合目的的是,外侧的涂层明显在假肢筒4的高度以下终止,例如在一条线上终止,内衬里2和外衬里3直到该线才彼此连接。
如图2所示,筒4′的内壁4a向近中构造得比外壁4b短。此外,外壁4b基本上是刚性的,而内壁4a虽然不可膨胀,但仍易于变形,由此可与截肢残肢1的不规则形状相适配。内壁4a在远中端部上具有一个集成的锁止栓9,该锁止栓与外壁4b的远中端部上的相应的锁10共同作用以建立连接。锁10处于一个模块管11上。锁止栓9与锁10之间的连接可通过解锁钮12松开。在双壁的筒4′中,外壁4b仅仅具有支撑功能,由此,外壁4b不必构造成连贯的。因此也可设置一个支撑框架结构作为外壁4b。
Claims (7)
1.衬里,用于真空筒,该真空筒用于接收截肢残肢,该衬里应用于假肢筒(4)中,其中,该衬里双壁地由一个内衬里(2)和一个外衬里(3)构成,该内衬里(2)和该外衬里(3)在中部和/或在远中三分之一处固定地彼此连接;该外衬里(3)被构造用于通过向远中折到所述假肢筒(4)的筒边缘延伸部分上而与该假肢筒(4)密封,而内衬里(2)贴靠在截肢残肢上,直至其近中的棱边。
2.根据权利要求1的衬里,其特征在于:该外衬里(3)朝近中方向环状地接在该内衬里(2)上。
3.一种包括根据权利要求1或2的衬里和假肢筒(4)的装置,其中,所述衬里和假肢筒(4)之间的密封通过该外衬里(3)设置在该假肢筒(4)的边缘上或外侧上。
4.根据权利要求3的装置,其中,该外衬里(3)以在近中端部上向远中折起的边缘贴靠在该假肢筒(4)的外侧上。
5.根据权利要求4的装置,其中,为了密封而设置有一个在外部对气体密封地固定在该假肢筒(4)上的密封唇(7)。
6.根据权利要求5的装置,其中,该外衬里(3)在该密封唇(7)的高度上的压紧压力通过一个圆周形的包带(8)来增强。
7.一种包括根据权利要求1或2的衬里与假肢筒(4)的装置,该假肢筒双壁地构造有一个内壁和一个外壁,其中,该外衬里(3)折起到该内壁的边缘上并且伸到该假肢筒(4)的两个壁之间的中间空间中。
