Abstract

一种电子装置,包括壳体、设置于壳体内的电池槽及电池固定装置。电池槽一端于壳体上形成开口,电池槽另一端设置有电极连接部。电池固定装置包括滑动设置于开口处的电池盖、连动件、推杆及旋转块。旋转块旋转地设置于壳体内且远离开口的侧壁。连动件一端通过第一铰链连接于电池盖,另一端通过第二铰链连接于推杆一端。推杆另一端抵触旋转块。闭合电池盖时,电池盖带动连动件转动,连动件的拱起以挤压电池,使得电池的电极抵触连接于所述电极连接部,闭合电池盖的同时将电池安装于电子装置内;上述取出和安装电池操作简便。

电子装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子装置,尤其涉及一种便于安装和取出电池的电子装置。
背景技术
便携式电子装置如个人移动计算机、MP3播放器或移动电话等以可拆卸式电池作为供电电源。上述可便携式电子装置的壳体内设计有一电池容置槽以容置电池,并利用电池盖封闭电池容置槽对外的开口。然而,当拆卸上述装置的电池时,使用者打开电池盖后还需要从电池槽中取出电池;或当安装上述装置电池时,用户需要先将电池安装于电池容置槽内,方可盖上电池盖;而不能在打开和盖上电池盖的同时,取出和安装好电池。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种便于安装和取出电池的电子装置。
一种电子装置,包括壳体、设置于壳体内的电池槽及电池固定装置。电池槽一端于壳体上形成开口,电池槽另一端设置有电极连接部。电池固定装置包括滑动设置于开口处的电池盖、滑动设置于壳体内的推杆、两端分别与电池盖和推杆连接的连动件、以及转动设置于电池槽一端的旋转块。旋转块旋转地设置于壳体内且远离开口的侧壁。连动件一端通过第一铰链连接于电池盖,另一端通过第二铰链连接于推杆一端。推杆另一端抵触旋转块。电池固定装置还设有锁位单元,所述锁位单元用于将电池盖锁位于开口处。
当电池盖封闭开口时,电池盖带动连动件拱起以推压电池,使电池电极抵触连接于电极连接部,电池盖被锁位单元锁定于封闭位置。当电池盖打开开口时,所述电池盖带动连动件带动推杆推动旋转块转动,旋转块将电池从电池槽的开口推出。
与现有技术相比,当打开电池盖时,电池盖依次带动连动件、推杆及旋转块运动,旋转块推动电池以将电池从电池槽中推出,打开电池盖的同时将电池推出。当闭合电池盖时,电池盖带动连动件转动,连动件的侧面挤压电池,使得电池的电极抵触连接于所述电极连接部,闭合电池盖的同时将电池安装于电子装置内。上述取出和安装电池的方式操作简便。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图,对本发明进行详细说明。
请参阅图1,电子装置10包括壳体20和设置于壳体20内的电池固定装置40。电子装置10可以为移动电话、音乐播放器及便携式笔记本电脑等电子装置。本实施例中,电子装置10以便携式笔记本电脑为例进行说明,所述壳体20为笔记本电脑的底座壳体。其中壳体20由第一壳体21与第二壳体22相互配合形成。
请参阅图2,第二壳体22凹陷形成一电池槽25,用以容置电池30。第一壳体21覆盖于电池槽25上。电池槽25一端在壳体20的侧边上形成开口205,在电池槽25另一端设置有与电池30的电极抵触连接的电极连接部301。
电池固定装置40用于将电池30固定于电池槽25内,以便于电池30为电子装置10供电。电池固定装置40包括滑动设置于开口205处的电池盖401、滑动设置于壳体20内的推杆405、两端分别与电池盖401和推杆405连接的连动件403、以及转动设置于电池槽25一端的旋转块407,推杆405一端与旋转块407抵接。
电池盖401大致呈板状。在开口205的侧壁202上开设导槽201,电池盖401两端分别滑动嵌设于导槽201内。电池盖401可沿着导槽201滑动以打开和封闭所述开口205。
请参阅图3,连动件403一端通过第一铰链400活动连接于电池盖401上,连动件403另一端通过第二铰链410活动连接于推杆405。电池槽25两侧设置有长条形凹槽415,两推杆405可滑动地容置于凹槽415内。
旋转块407旋转地设置于壳体20内且远离开口205的侧壁202。在本实施方式中,两旋转块407位于电极连接部301的两侧且可旋转地设置于第一壳体21上。
请同时参阅图4,电池槽25靠近开口205一端的两侧还分别形成有导轨222,所述第二铰链410沿轴向延伸形成卡位柱433,所述卡位柱433滑动地设置于导轨222内。
请参阅图5,所述电子装置10还包括锁位单元45,用于将电池盖401锁位于开口205处。在本实施方式中,锁位单元45包括于第一铰链400两端形成的定位孔460(如图4所示)、于开口205的侧壁202上形成的开孔208、安装于开孔208内的弹簧417和定位球414。其中所述定位球414的直径略大于开孔208的直径,以将弹簧417压缩地卡设于开孔208内。当电池盖401封闭开口205时,定位孔460与开孔208相对,定位球414在弹簧417的弹力作用下部分卡入定位孔460内,电池盖401被锁定于封闭位置。在其他实施方式中,锁位单元45也可采用其他为本领域技术人员所熟知的结构,例如弹性卡扣。
将电池30安装于电子装置10时:首先从开口205将电池30推入电池槽25内(如图6所示)。推动电池盖401沿导槽201滑动,电池盖401带动连动件403运动,使得连动件403拱起以挤压电池30一端(如图4所示),电池30的电极抵触连接于电极连接部301,与此同时,电池盖401封闭开口205。定位孔460与开孔208相对时定位球414在弹簧417的弹力作用下部分卡入定位孔460内,电池盖401被锁定于封闭位置。通过上述方式,电池30被固定所述电池槽25内。
将电池30从电子装置10取出时:电池固定装置40处于图3所示的状态下,首先推动电池盖401滑动,请一并参阅图5,定位球414从定位孔460中滑出,电池盖401通过第一铰链400带动连动件403,使得连动件403通过第二铰链410推动推杆405沿着凹槽415向远离开口205的方向滑动。卡位柱433沿着导轨222向远离开口205一端运动,从而使连动件403与电池30平行设置(如图6所示),从而打开开口205,与此同时,推杆405推动旋转块407旋转,旋转块407一端推压电池30以使电池脱离电极连接部301并从开口205处露出,此时可以将电池30取出。
使用上述安装和取出电池30的电子装置10:当打开电池盖401时,电池盖401依次带动连动件403、推杆405及旋转块407运动,旋转块407推动电池30以将电池30从电池槽25中推出,打开电池盖401的同时将电池取出;当闭合电池盖401时,电池盖401带动连动件403转动,连动件403的侧面挤压电池30,使得电池30的电极抵触连接于所述电极连接部301。闭合电池盖401的同时将电池安装于电子装置内;上述取出和安装电池的方式操作简便。
对于实施例中所阐述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干的变形和改进,这些也应该视为属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种电子装置,包括壳体、设置于壳体内的电池槽及电池固定装置;电池槽一端于壳体上形成开口,电池槽另一端设置有电极连接部;其特征在于,
电池固定装置包括滑动设置于开口处的电池盖、滑动设置于壳体内的推杆、两端分别与电池盖和推杆连接的连动件、以及转动设置于电池槽一端的旋转块;旋转块旋转地设置于壳体内且远离开口的侧壁;连动件一端通过第一铰链连接于电池盖,另一端通过第二铰链连接于推杆一端;推杆另一端抵触旋转块;
电池固定装置还设有锁位单元,所述锁位单元用于将电池盖锁位于开口处;
当电池盖封闭开口时,电池盖带动连动件拱起以推压电池,使电池电极抵触连接于电极连接部,电池盖被锁位单元锁定于封闭位置;当电池盖打开开口时,所述电池盖带动连动件带动推杆推动旋转块转动,旋转块将电池从电池槽的开口推出。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述锁位单元包括于第一铰链两端形成的定位孔、于开口的侧壁上形成的开孔、安装于开孔内的弹簧和定位球;定位球的直径略大于开孔的直径,将弹簧压缩地卡设于开孔内,当电池盖封闭开口时,定位孔与开孔相对,定位球在弹簧的弹力作用下部分卡入定位孔内,电池盖被锁定于封闭位置。
3.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述电池槽靠近开口一端的两侧还形成有两导轨;所述第二铰链沿轴向延伸形成卡位柱,所述卡位柱滑动地设置于导轨内。
4.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述电池槽两侧设置有长条形凹槽,所述推杆滑动地容置于凹槽内。
5.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述旋转块设置于电极连接部的两侧。
6.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述旋转块旋转地设置于壳体上。
