Abstract

本发明涉及一种电力电缆，尤其是一种应用于高电压传输的单面轧纹铝纵包屏蔽防水电力电缆。它包括置于电缆中心的线芯导体，该线芯导体外部依次套装有导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、半导体阻水带、金属屏蔽层、阻水带、内护层、铝丝铠装层、无纺布层和外护层，所述线芯导体为分层压紧的层状结构，且各层间隙中填装有阻水沙；所述金属屏蔽层采用单面轧纹的纵包铝带，其铝面与半导体阻水带贴合。本发明结构简单，采用单面轧纹铝带能有效组织水或潮气进入电缆，延长电力电缆的使用寿命；用铝纵包代替铜带，节省材料、降低生产成本；并且铝带上的单面轧纹能够保证电缆的弯曲性能，确保在电缆弯曲时也有良好的屏蔽作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电力电缆，尤其是一种应用于高电压传输的单面轧纹铝纵包屏蔽防水电力电缆。
背景技术
现有的高电压传输电力电缆一般为交联聚乙烯绝缘，而交联聚乙烯材料的特点是遇水或者潮气时容易产生水解，降低材料的强度和柔软性，水分被高聚物吸附、吸收和扩散，可使电性能严重恶化，使表面电阻、体积电阻和击穿场强下降，电容和介质损耗角正切增加；电缆进水后，在电场的作用下，电缆会发生水树老化现象，湿度越高，温度越大，电压越高，所含水离子越多，则水树发展越快；上述种种，将导致电缆寿命缩短，严重者产品会在短期内击穿。而高压电力电缆采用交联聚乙烯绝缘后，屏蔽与护层之间易形成气隙，会造成电场集中，目前消除这种缺陷的方法是在绝缘屏蔽加一层铜金属屏蔽层，而铜质的金属屏蔽层生产成本高，一般采用铜丝绕包或铜带绕包没有防水作用。
发明内容
本发明是针对现有技术中存在的诸多不足，提供一种密封效果好，生产成本低，防水效果好的单面轧纹铝纵包屏蔽防水电力电缆。
实现上述目的采用的技术方案是：一种单面轧纹铝纵包屏蔽防水电力电缆，包括置于电缆中心的线芯导体，该线芯导体外部依次套装有导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、半导体阻水带、金属屏蔽层、阻水带、内护层、铝丝铠装层、无纺布层和外护层，所述线芯导体为分层压紧的层状结构，且各层间隙中填装有阻水沙；所述金属屏蔽层采用单面轧纹的纵包铝带，其铝面与半导体阻水带贴合。
与现有技术相比，本发明结构简单，采用单面轧纹铝带能有效组织水或潮气进入电缆，延长电力电缆的使用寿命；用铝纵包代替铜带，节省材料、降低生产成本；并且铝带上的单面轧纹能够保证电缆的弯曲性能，确保在电缆弯曲时也有良好的屏蔽作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例详述本发明。
参见附图1-2，本实施例中，这种单面轧纹铝纵包屏蔽防水电力电缆，包括置于电缆中心的线芯导体1，该线芯导体1外部依次套装有导体屏蔽层2、绝缘层3、绝缘屏蔽层4、半导电阻水带5、金属屏蔽层6、阻水带7、内护层8、铝丝铠装层9、无纺布层10和外护层11。线芯导体1为分层压紧的层状结构，且各层间隙中填装有阻水沙12。金属屏蔽层采用单面轧纹的纵包铝带，该纵包铝带取代了传统的铜带，不仅节省材料成本，而单面轧纹使铝带具有良好的弯曲性能，确保电缆在弯曲时也有良好的屏蔽作用。
纵包铝带上的轧纹呈单面凸起，由于为单面轧纹，则被轧一面凹进，另一面凸出，弯曲效果好，铝带搭盖率10％，搭接用特种的耐高温EVA热熔胶进行密封，阻止水或潮气进入电缆内部，且纵包铝带与半导电阻水带5紧密贴合，在弯曲时，纵包铝带的凸起部分使绝缘屏蔽层4最外部的金属面与半导电阻水带5紧密接触，使纵包铝带具有金属电位，具有良好的屏蔽作用和阻水作用。这样就能确保电缆的机械性能和电性能的稳定性。
内护层8采用聚乙烯材质制成；外护层11采用高密度聚乙烯材质制成，这些材质适用于高压电力电缆使用，并且在防水功能上具有良好效果。

Claims (3)

1.一种单面轧纹铝纵包屏蔽防水电力电缆，包括置于电缆中心的线芯导体，该线芯导体外部依次套装有导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、半导体阻水带、金属屏蔽层、阻水带、内护层、铝丝铠装层、无纺布层和外护层，其特征在于，所述线芯导体为分层压紧的层状结构，且各层间隙中填装有阻水沙；所述金属屏蔽层采用单面轧纹的纵包铝带，其铝面与半导体阻水带贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单面轧纹铝纵包屏蔽防水电力电缆，其特征在于，所述纵包铝带上的轧纹单面凸起，且纵包铝带与半导体阻水带紧密贴合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单面轧纹铝纵包屏蔽防水电力电缆，其特征在于，所述内护层采用聚乙烯材质制成；所述外护层采用高密度聚乙烯材质制成。
