Abstract

本发明属于治疗泌尿系统疾病的中药领域。
背景技术
目前的用于治疗男性前列腺增生的中药方面，存在两个方面的不足：一是效果不够明显，二是见效比较迟缓，以致于大批前列腺增生患者因长期得不到有效药物的治疗，长时间地尿频、尿急、尿痛、尿不尽，迁延不愈，非常痛苦，并常并发膀胱炎、血尿等症状。患者及其家属很不满意。
针对以上提出的问题，本发明提供一种治疗前列腺增生的中药，它能解决以往此类中药效果不够明显，见效比较迟缓的问题，效果好，见效快，具有效果显著，见效较快的优点。
发明内容
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
1、一种治疗前列腺增生的中药，采用中药原料制备，配方为(按重量比)：
猪苓4-30份 灵芝2-15份 生地4-30份
萆薢4-30份 三七3-20份 当归4-30份
这种治疗前列腺增生的中药是由下列方法制成的：
(1)按上述重量比，将猪苓、生地、萆薢、当归经常规水提取工艺提取，制成浸膏细粉；
(2)按上述重量比，将灵芝、三七分别研成细粉，与浸膏细粉混合，搅拌均匀；根据需要，可制成中药冲剂、颗粒剂、散剂、胶囊剂、水丸剂、片剂等剂型。
本发明是根据民间传统配方，根据中医扶正培本、活血化瘀的理论，精心研制而成。方中灵芝、生地益气养血，扶正培本，补益五脏；当归、三七养血活血，化瘀止痛；辅以猪苓利水渗湿，善治小便不利和水肿；萆薢利湿祛浊，善治风寒湿痹、小便混浊。诸药配伍，相得益彰，具有扶正培本，益气养血，活血化瘀，利水渗湿之功，效果好，见效快，具有效果显著，药效确切，见效较快的优点。
具体实施方式
通过以下实施方式对本发明做具体说明：
1、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
猪苓70克 灵芝40克 生地70克
萆薢70克 三七50克 当归70克
按规定重量，用常规水提取工艺将猪苓、生地、萆薢、当归提取，制成浸膏细粉84克，将灵芝、三七分别研成细粉，与浸膏细粉混合，搅拌均匀，制成细小颗粒，装0号胶囊，制成中药胶囊621粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
2、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
猪苓160克 灵芝70克 生地160克
萆薢160克 三七100克 当归160克
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊1292粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
3、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
猪苓300克 灵芝150克 生地300克
萆薢300克 三七200克 当归300克
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊2535粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
4、取以下配方(按重量比)：
猪苓7份 灵芝3份 生地7份
萆薢7份 三七4份 当归7份
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
5、取以下配方(按重量比)：
猪苓25份 灵芝10份 生地20份
萆薢25份 三七15份 当归20份
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
临床资料：
本发明以前列腺增生为例，经7例临床观察。选择中医诊断前列腺增生为标准：男性肢软乏力，身体虚弱，小便不畅——尿频、尿急、尿痛、尿不尽、尿潴留。如上症状，即可确诊。在确诊观察的对象中，全部为男性，无其它严重疾病，年龄为43岁-78岁，平均年龄63.3岁。
疗效判定：
1、显效：体质增强，身上有劲；尿频、尿急、尿痛明显缓解；尿潴留、尿不尽减轻。
2、有效：体质增强，身上有劲；尿频、尿急、尿痛有所缓解。
3、无效：病症无变化。
临床实验时，停服其它药物和保健营养品。服用本发明中药胶囊，观察3个月，为一个疗程。服用方法：每日2次，每次5粒胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克，饭后温开水送服，30天后症状即有缓解，服用3个月后，症状明显改善。临床实验的7人中，显效3人，有效3人，无效1人，总有效率85.7％。

猪苓4-30份 灵芝2-15份 生地4-30份

这种治疗前列腺增生的中药是由下列方法制成的：
