本发明属于治疗泌尿系统疾病的中药领域。
背景技术
目前的旨在治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的中药领域，存在几个方面的缺点：其一，效果不够明显；其二，见效比较迟缓。大批慢性肾功能衰竭患者因药物不能有效地缓解肾衰竭特有的水肿久日不退；少尿甚至无尿；食欲不振、纳呆、腹胀、肾功能严重受损。患者及其家属很不满意。
针对以上提出的问题，本发明提供一种治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的中药，它能解决以往此类中药效果不够明显，见效比较迟缓的问题，效果好，见效快，具有效果显著，药效确切，见效较快的优点。
发明内容
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
1、一种治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的中药，采用中药原料制备，配方为(按重量比)：
红花4-30份 当归4-30份 桃仁4-30份
大黄3-20份 三七3-20份 生地5-40份
灵芝2-12份 益母草5-40份
这种治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的中药是由下列方法制成的：
(1)按上述重量比，将红花、当归、桃仁、大黄、生地、益母草经常规水提取工艺提取，制成浸膏细粉；
(2)按上述重量比，将三七、灵芝分别研成细粉，与浸膏细粉混合，搅拌均匀；根据需要，可制成中药冲剂、颗粒剂、散剂、胶囊剂、水丸剂、片剂等剂型。
本发明是根据民间传统配方，根据中医扶正培本、活血化瘀的理论，精心研制而成。本方主治慢性肾衰竭水毒、湿浊潴留证。方中灵芝、生地扶正培本，益气养血，补益五脏，增强机体免疫力；桃仁、红花、当归、三七活血化瘀，可使机体微循环得到改善，肾脏血流量增加，被损害的肾组织得到一定程度的恢复；益母草功擅活血，又能利尿；合以大黄泻热凉血，解毒逐瘀，有利于水毒湿浊排出体外。诸药配伍，相得益彰，具有扶正培本，益气养血，活血化瘀，通降排毒之功，效果好，见效快，具有效果显著，药效确切，见效较快的优点。
具体实施方式
通过以下实施方式对本发明做具体说明：
1、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
红花80克 当归80克 桃仁80克
大黄60克 三七60克 生地100克
灵芝40克 益母草100克
按规定重量，用常规水提取工艺将红花、当归、桃仁、大黄、生地、益母草提取，制成浸膏细粉150克，将三七、灵芝分别研成细粉，与浸膏细粉混合，搅拌均匀，制成细小颗粒，装0号胶囊，制成中药胶囊892粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
2、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
红花160克 当归160 克桃仁160克
大黄100克 三七100 克生地200克
灵芝60克 益母草200克
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊1621粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
3、取以下配方(重量按克为单位)：
红花300克 当归300克 桃仁300克
大黄200克 三七200克 生地400克
灵芝120克 益母草400克
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊3178粒，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
4、取以下配方(按重量比)：
红花8份 当归8份 桃仁8份
大黄6份 三七6份 生地10份
灵芝4份 益母草10份
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
5、取以下配方(按重量比)：
红花25份 当归25份 桃仁25份
大黄15份 三七15份 生地30份
灵芝8份 益母草30份
按上述同样的方法，制成中药胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克。
临床资料：
本发明以慢性肾功能衰竭为例，经6临床观察。选择中医诊断慢性肾功能衰竭为标准：慢性肾炎迁延不愈，体质虚弱，严重乏力；贫血、夜尿多、水肿久日不退；消化系统出现障碍，恶心、呕吐、腹泻等，肾功能严重受损。如上症状，即可确诊。在确诊观察的对象中，男性3例，女性3例，无其它严重疾病，年龄为59岁-81岁，平均年龄69.5岁。
疗效判定：
1、显效：体质增强，身上有劲；贫血、水肿明显缓解；少尿、无尿状况改善；恶心、呕吐、腹泻等明显缓解。
2、有效：体质增强，身上有劲；贫血、水肿等病症有所缓解。
3、无效：病症无变化。
临床实验时，停服其它药物和保健营养品。服用本发明中药胶囊，观察6个月，为一个疗程。服用方法：每日3次，每次4粒胶囊，每粒胶囊内含中药细粉及提取物0.28克，饭后温开水送服，30天后症状即有缓解，服用6个月后，症状明显改善。临床实验的6人中，显效3人，有效2人，无效1人，总有效率83.3％。

1.一种治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的中药，其特征在于，所述中药是采用中药原料制备，中药原料的重量配比为：
红花4——30份 当归4——30份 桃仁4——30份
大黄3——20份 三七3——20份 生地5——40份
灵芝2——12份 益母草5——40份
这种治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的中药是由下列方法制成的：
(1)按上述重量比，将红花、当归、桃仁、大黄、生地、益母草经常规水提取工艺提取，制成浸膏细粉；
(2)按上述重量比，将三七、灵芝分别研成细粉，与浸膏细粉混合，搅拌均匀；制成中药颗粒剂、散剂、胶囊剂、水丸剂、片剂剂型。
