Abstract

一种可通过发音音调表示测量值的指夹血氧仪,具有声频处理器。指夹血氧仪具有交流式蜂鸣器。蜂鸣器的声频控制电路包括:MOS场效应晶体管(TR6),在其栅极(1)和中央处理器(CPU)的输出端口(P0.5)之间串联一耦合电容(C28);限流电阻(R42)和上拉电阻(R44),其设置在MOS场效应晶体管(TR6)的栅极(1)和源极(2)之间;肖基特二极管(D4),其与上拉电阻(R44)并联;电容(C5),其与MOS场效应晶体管(TR6)的源极(2)连接;以及蜂鸣器(B1),其与MOS场效应晶体管(TR6)的漏极(3)连接。

Description

一种可通过发音音调表示测量值的指夹血氧仪
技术领域 
本发明涉及一种可通过发音音调表示测量值的指夹血氧仪,其用于检测血液中的血氧饱和度。 
背景技术 
血氧饱和度是血液中被氧结合的血红蛋白的数量占全部可与氧结合的血红蛋白数量的百分比,是人体一项重要的生理指标。 
市面上的血氧仪可分为两大类,一类是临床监护仪,这类大型的血氧仪可提供动态的声音警报、图像显示等功能,采用的喇叭控制电路都有频率转换、运放等电路,比较复杂;另一类是便携式血氧仪,如指夹血氧仪,这类血氧仪大部分没有使用蜂鸣器,不具有声音警报功能,仅有部分厂家使用直流式蜂鸣器,无法进行变调控制。 
特别是,便携式指夹血氧仪的体积小,屏幕的显示面积也小,所以观察数值不如大型设备方便,所以,需要在指夹血氧仪上实现根据脉率不同变调表示测量结果的功能,以方便医生了解患者的血氧变化。 
发明内容 
本发明的目的是提供一种可通过发音音调表示测量值的指夹血氧仪,其具有交流式蜂鸣器,蜂鸣器的发音频率和发音音调可分别指示出脉搏频率和血氧饱和度的测量值,电路简单、使用方便、功耗低。 
本发明的另外一个目的是提供一种可通过发音音调表示测量值的指夹血氧仪,其发音频率与脉搏波频率一致,可以不用看数值就知道脉率的跳动频率和变化 
本发明的另外一个目的是提供一种可通过发音音调表示测量值的指夹血氧仪,其发音的音调和血氧饱和度的测量值联系,如果测量值高,频率就高,声音就尖些,如果测量值降低,频率就低,声音就闷些,不用看数值就可以知道血氧测量值的变化趋势。 
本发明的另外一个目的是提供一种可通过发音音调表示测量值的指夹血氧仪,其报警时可停止脉搏音发声。 
为此,本发明提供了一种可通过发音音调表示测量值的指夹血氧仪,具有声频处理器,其特征在于,该指夹血氧仪具有交流式蜂鸣器,该交流式蜂鸣器的声频控制电路包括:MOS场效应晶体管TR6,在其栅极1和中央处理器CPU的输出端口P0.5之间串联一耦合电容C28;限流电阻R42和上拉电阻R44,其设置在MOS场效应晶体管TR6的栅极1和源极2之间;肖特基二极管D4,其与上拉电阻R44并联;电容C5,其为与MOS场效应晶体管TR6的源极2连接的稳压电容;以及蜂鸣器B1,其与MOS场效应晶体管TR6的漏极3连接,并且蜂鸣器的发音频率和发音音调分别指示脉搏频率和血氧饱和度的测量值。 
优选地,用软件控制发音的频率。 
优选地,声频处理器通过产生PWM波来控制蜂鸣器B1的发音频率和发音音调,使蜂鸣器B1的发声与脉搏的频率和血氧饱和度的测量值相关联。 
优选地,发音的音调与血氧饱和度的测量值相关联,如果测量值高,频率升高,声音尖锐;如果测量值低,频率降低,声音沉闷。 
优选地,当血氧饱和度的测量值低于一门限值时,蜂鸣器B1发出警报,同时停止脉搏音发声。 
优选地,蜂鸣器B1是低功耗的交流蜂鸣器。 
本发明采用的控制电路比较简单,直接用CPU的I/O口来控制,用软件控制发音的频率;用稳压电容来平稳电压,降低功耗;同时采用低功耗的交流蜂鸣器。由此实现了喇叭系统的微型化。

图2是根据本发明的具有交流式蜂鸣器的指夹血氧仪的声频控制电路图。 
具体实施方式 
如图1所示,是根据现有技术的具有蜂鸣器的指夹血氧仪一般包括:探头,该探头可以公知的结构夹紧在手指上;与探头连接的中央处理器CPU;声频控制电路,其与中央处理器CPU的输出端口P0.5连接;蜂鸣器B1,由声频控制电路控制其发声;其中央处理器CPU包括心跳算法、饱和度算法和声频处理器三个单元,其中,在声频处理器中运行相应的程序控制蜂鸣器B1发声的频率和音调。 
图2是根据本发明一个实施例的具有交流式蜂鸣器的指夹血氧仪的声频控制电路图。如图2所示,该声频控制电路包括:MOS场效应晶体管TR6,在其栅极1和中央处理器CPU的输出端口P0.5之间串联耦合电容C28;限流电阻R42和上拉电阻R44,其设置在MOS场效应晶体管TR6的栅极1和源极2之间;肖特基二极管D4,其与上拉电阻R44并联;电容C5,其与MOS场效应晶体管TR6的源极2连接;蜂鸣器B1,其与MOS场效应晶体管TR6的漏极3连接。输出端口P0.5是控制端口,可以控制蜂鸣器B1的开关,当输出端口P0.5给高电平时,MOS场效应晶体管TR6关闭,蜂鸣器B1不发声;当输出端口P0.5给低电平时,MOS场效应晶体管TR6导通,蜂鸣器B1发声。中央处理器CPU中的声频处理器产生PWM波,通过输出端口P0.5来控制蜂鸣器B1的发音频率和发音音调,使蜂鸣器B1的发声与脉搏的频率和血氧饱和度的测量值相关联,其中,发音频率与脉搏频率一致,发音的音调与血氧饱和度的测量值相关联。如果测量值高,频率就升高,声音就尖锐;如果测量值低,频率就降低,声音就沉闷。在实际使用中,当血氧饱和度的测量值低于一门限值时,蜂鸣器B1就发出警报,同时停止脉搏音的发声。 
图2中的蜂鸣器B1是低功耗的交流蜂鸣器,电容C5是稳压电容,可以存储一部分电量,可以解决蜂鸣器B1瞬时功率过大,导致电压不稳定的问题。 
总之,在上述实施例中,P0.5是CPU的输出控制端口(CPU可以采取各种型号的),通过CPU给出控制信号,P0.5给高电平时,MOS管TR6关闭,蜂鸣器B1不发声,P0.5给低电平时,MOS管TR6导通,蜂鸣器B1发声。电容C5的作用是可以储存一部分电量,可以解决喇叭工作瞬时功率过大,导致电压不稳定的问题;P0.5作为控制口,可以控制喇叭的开关,还可以通过发PWM波来控制蜂鸣器发声的音调频率的高低。可以使发音的音调和血氧饱和度的测量值关联。B1是低功耗的交流蜂鸣器,可以实现PWM波控制变调的功能。R42是限流电阻,而R44是上拉电阻。 
因此,本发明公开了一种具有交流式蜂鸣器的指夹血氧仪,该指夹血氧仪具有 电路结构简单,低功耗的优点;同时,通过蜂鸣器的发声即可了解人体脉搏和血氧饱和度的有关信息,不用看数值就可以知道血氧测量值的变化趋势,所以使用简单方便。 

Claims (6)

1.一种可通过发音音调表示测量值的指夹血氧仪,具有声频处理器,其特征在于,该指夹血氧仪具有交流式蜂鸣器,该交流式蜂鸣器的声频控制电路包括:
MOS场效应晶体管TR6,在其栅极1和中央处理器CPU的输出端口P0.5之间串联一耦合电容C28;
限流电阻R42和上拉电阻R44,其设置在MOS场效应晶体管TR6的栅极1和源极2之间;
肖特基二极管D4,其与上拉电阻R44并联;
电容C5,其为与MOS场效应晶体管TR6的源极2连接的稳压电容;以及
蜂鸣器B1,其与MOS场效应晶体管TR6的漏极3连接,并且蜂鸣器的发音频率和发音音调分别指示脉搏频率和血氧饱和度的测量值。
2.如权利要求1所述的指夹血氧仪,其特征在于,用软件控制发音的频率。
3.如权利要求1所述的指夹血氧仪,其特征在于,声频处理器通过产生PWM波来控制蜂鸣器B1的发音频率和发音音调,使蜂鸣器B1的发声与脉搏的频率和血氧饱和度的测量值相关联。
4.如权利要求3所述的指夹血氧仪,其特征在于,发音的音调与血氧饱和度的测量值相关联,如果测量值高,频率升高,声音尖锐;如果测量值低,频率降低,声音沉闷。
5.如权利要求3所述的指夹血氧仪,其特征在于,当血氧饱和度的测量值低于一门限值时,蜂鸣器B1发出警报,同时停止脉搏音发声。
6.如权利要求1所述的指夹血氧仪,其特征在于,蜂鸣器B1是低功耗的交流蜂鸣器。
