Description

The balance ring of vehicular electric machine
Technical field
The present invention relates in general to a kind of vehicular electric machine, and the method that further relates to a kind of balance ring of vehicular electric machine and make this balance ring.
Background technology
In recent years, technological progress has caused the great variety of vehicle design.Complexity and power that one of these variations relate to the various electrical systems in the especially alternative fuel vehicle in the vehicle use.For example, sometimes except other power sources of for example explosive motor, for example the alternative fuel vehicle of motor vehicle driven by mixed power often uses for example electrochemical power source of battery, super capacitor and fuel cell, thereby provides power for the electric traction machine of drive wheels (comprising motor and motor/generator).
The axle that such electric machine is usually included in the fixed stator is gone up axial rotor rotated assembly.Because the rotor assembly of traction electric machine device can the thousands of commentaries on classics of per minute (rpm) the speed rotation, the slight abnormality in these assembly balances will cause the too early wearing and tearing of undesirable vibration, bearing and axle and shorten service life of a machine. For the balance under compensating this defective and keeping at a high speed, the endless metal balance ring with asymmetric distribution of weight is installed to and an one or both ends of concentric rotor usually.Described circle must be machined to and be used for along removing weight at specified point on its periphery, and described delineation is made and is used for the uneven of concrete rotor and compensates this imbalance.Ideally, balance ring is characterised in that the power that high mechanical properties is produced with high rpm rotation the time with tolerance, and low magnetic permeability (μ) thus improve overall machine efficiency with the magnetic flux that holds in the rotor assembly. The balance ring that is fabricated to the single structure form by for example stainless metal provides this two features, but too expensive. For example aluminium material relatively cheap and high magnetic screen can be provided, but in a lot of the application, do not have enough mechanical strengths.Other cheap materials for example carbon steel provide high mechanical strength but provide magnetic screen seldom or not is provided.
The double-deck plural equilibrium circle that is fabricated to that is made of two kinds of different powdery metals is used as a kind of mode that combines high magnetic screen and high mechanical properties. For example, have low μ first powdery metal (for example stainless steel) layer can with have low-cost and high-intensity second powdery metal (for example carbon steel) layer combines. This two-layer then by sintering together to be formed for concrete rotor by mach balance ring.Yet for example the metal of the such more common form of milled sheet is more expensive significantly than other for the metal of powder morphology. In addition, the stainless steel behind the sintering is tending towards work hardening in machining process, thereby makes it become special difficult to machine material. In addition, the balance ring behind the sintering is easy to cracking in this machining process. This cracking may be difficult to identification in manufacture process, and therefore can cause the fault of described circle when loading at a high speed.
So, be desirable to provide the cheap original material of a kind of utilization that is used for vehicular electric machine the balance ring with low magnetic permeability and high mechanical properties and.Further, wish that also this balance ring is easier to machine work and more is not easy to form cracking.Further, the feature of other hope of the present invention and characteristic in conjunction with the accompanying drawings with aforementioned technical field, background technology, will become obvious by the detailed description subsequently and the claim of enclosing.
