Fig. 3 is the profile of the part of folding bowl shown in Figure 1.
The specific embodiment
To describe specific embodiment of the present invention in detail now.Term used herein only is used to describe the purpose of specific embodiments, limits the scope of the invention and be not used in.
According to the first embodiment of the present invention, provide a collapsible bowl 10.Collapsible bowl 10 comprises bottom 12 and compressible sidewall 14
The layer 20 that links to each other with bottom 12 has a series of locator protrusions 22 around its periphery. Each locator protrusions 22 is used for being contained in hole 18.
In order to prevent bottom 12 from compressible sidewall 14 separation, the extra play that silica-base material is made covers each locator protrusions 22 that is contained in the hole 18.Therefore, locating ring 17 is contained in the ground floor 20 with the configuration of protruding tongue (tongue) and groove.
In use, collapsible bowl 10 at its folded state as shown in Figure 3, so that easily deposit. In this position, a side opposite with compressible sidewall 14 of bottom 12 can be used as loading plate (choppingboard).
For collapsible bowl 10 is become container, hold layer 20d and pull out towards the direction shown in the arrow A of Fig. 1.Because a layer 20c links to each other with layer 20d, tensile layer 20c makes layer 20c rotate around its junction with layer 20b along the direction shown in the arrow B on this direction. This action continues until layer 20b, 20c and 20d fully alignment each other. At this moment, the amount of the height of bowl increase equals the merging height of layer 20c and 20d.
Next for each layer 20 repeats this process, reached its complete uncompressed state until collapsible bowl 10, perhaps the user has made bowl be elongated to their Desired Height.
For Collapsible bowl 10, the user can push away the layer 20d of collapsible sidewalls 14 along the rightabout shown in the arrow A downwards.Because the parallelogram shape of each layer makes biasing connection between each layer 20, the power that this direction applies make layer 20d rotate around its junction with layer 20c along the indicated direction of arrow C.This action continues to be close to a layer 20c until layer 20d.Next, if material also is not easy to such can further be folded into layer 20b and be close to it near, a layer 20a, or the like.Jackknife action continues, and all is compressed until each layer 20, forms the bowl on basic plane.

For added strength being provided for collapsible bowl 10, the top layer 20 of collapsible bowl can be provided with reinforcing ring.It is only folding to a side that reinforcing ring can be designed for the silica-base material that helps prevent top layer.Reinforcing ring can adopt the embedded metal line or by the form of the ring made from bottom 12 identical materials. In addition, reinforcing ring is used to allow lid to cooperate with it securely or is attached thereto.
In the configuration that reinforcing ring permission lid is attached thereto, lid can be provided with steam vent, allows hot gas therefrom to shed.Perhaps, when collapsible container is used to adorn liquid, can be provided with distribution member on the lid, suction pipe for example is so that dispense liquid.
Collapsible bowl can be provided with extra reinforcing ring. This extra reinforcing ring can help prevent the silica-base material in intermediate layer 20 only folding to a side.
When each layer 20 of collapsible bowl can identify on inwall and bowl not compress at the volume capacity of this layer 20.For example, if ground floor 20 indicates the containing mark of 100ml, liquid is to the top of ground floor 20 if next bowl 10 packs into, and then the amount of the liquid in the bowl 10 should be equivalent to about 100ml.
Though in context, described the present invention, can use the container that same principle forms folding plate and/or folding cup or any other form with collapsible bowl.
When the present invention is modified when forming folding cup, preferably reinforcing ring is provided with respect to top layer 20.At top layer reinforcing ring being set allows next handle to be installed on the cup.Can not reduce the compact nature of collapsible cup in order to ensure auxiliary handle, handle can be hidden in the bottom 12 of cup.Ideally, the handle of hiding can be hinged to bottom 12, makes the rotation of handle around the hinged place handle can be placed the position that links to each other with the top layer of cup.
The concertina fold setting of compressible sidewall can be reversed, and makes at uncompressed state, and the diameter of each layer 20 of collapsible sidewalls 14 reduces rather than above-mentioned increase. This design is particularly suitable for liquid container, and the diameter that reduces is barrier liquid extraly.
The locator protrusions 22 of above-mentioned setting and hole 18 can make locator protrusions 22 be arranged on the locating ring 17, and hole 18 be arranged on the compressible sidewall 14 conversely.
In addition, feature of describing in the foregoing description and above-mentioned supplementary features can make up, and to form other embodiment, these embodiment fall within the scope of the present invention.
