本发明属于内燃发动机技术领域,具体涉及一种六冲程内燃与蒸汽自清洁发动机。其特征是:第一冲程通过进气管路吸入与空气混合水雾进入气缸,第二冲程对混合气进行压缩,而后第三冲程中燃料与混合气体形成混合燃气燃烧做功,同时产生的高温高压环境促使水蒸汽与燃烧产物进行热化学反应,第四冲程是泄压储热冲程,保留部分燃烧后的高温气体在气缸内,第五冲程初始期将高压高温的液态水直喷入缸内,在余热余作用下迅速气化并持续膨胀完成做功,第六冲程是排汽冲程。因而具有能回收排放中的热能,提高热效率,降低燃料消耗,减少尾气排放量,保护大气环境的优点。

技术领域:本发明属于内燃发动机技术领域,具体涉及一种六冲程内燃与蒸汽自清洁发动机。
背景技术:目前,内燃发动机基本是以石油基碳氢化合物为燃料在机器内部燃烧,将能量释放做功的,燃烧前是燃料与空气的混合体,燃料在内燃发动机内部燃烧得并不彻底,燃烧的产物包含一氧化碳(CO)、氮氧化合物(NOx)、烟气微粒(Pm)、碳氢化合物燃料及其未燃烧物质与润滑油和部分裂解产物的碳氢化合物(HC),它们通过排放进入大气空间,危害着人类健康和破坏着生态环境,存在浪费能源严重,环境污染大的缺点。
发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种能回收排放中的热能,提高热效率,降低燃料消耗,减少尾气排放量,保护大气环境的六冲程内燃与蒸汽自清洁发动机。
本发明的技术方案:一种六冲程内燃与蒸汽自清洁发动机,其特征是:第一冲程通过进气管路吸入与空气混合水雾进入气缸,第二冲程对混合气进行压缩,而后第三冲程中燃料与混合气体形成混合燃气燃烧做功,同时产生的高温高压环境促使水蒸汽与燃烧产物进行热化学反应,第四冲程是泄压储热冲程,保留部分燃烧后的高温气体在气缸内,第五冲程初始期将高压高温的液态水直喷入缸内,在余热余作用下迅速气化并持续膨胀完成做功,第六冲程是排汽冲程。其中,所述的第五冲程中的液态水压力大于1MP、温度高于100℃。
由于采用上述技术方案,在第三冲程中混合水雾与燃料的空气混合燃烧做功,在该环境下的燃烧产物与适量高压高温水气也发生了热化学反应,以碳颗粒为主的颗粒物和有害的氮氧化合物基本被反应成无害物质,另外,剩余的H2和CO,因这两种气体的燃烧速率比燃油快得多,达到了分层两次燃烧的效果,提高速燃期气体的膨胀力,从本质上最大限度的提高了燃油的热效率和减轻了机械热负荷,而且在物理反应过程中参与了热化学反应,改善了排放清洁度;而第五冲程初始期将高压高温的液态水直喷入缸内,在保留的余热作用下迅速气化并持续膨胀完成做功,因而具有能回收排放中的热能,提高热效率,降低燃料消耗,减少尾气排放量,保护大气环境的优点。
具体实施方式:一种六冲程内燃与蒸汽自清洁发动机,其特征是:第一冲程通过进气管路吸入与空气混合水雾进入气缸,第二冲程对混合气进行压缩,而后第三冲程中燃料与混合气体形成混合燃气燃烧做功,同时产生的高温高压环境促使水蒸汽与燃烧产物进行如下热化学反应,

反应生成的H2作为强还原剂,能与各类氮氧化合物发生氧化还原反应,生成N2和H2O:

以碳颗粒为主的颗粒物和有害的氮氧化合物全部被反应成无害物质,清除Pm和NOx等物质;另外,剩余的H2和CO,因这两种气体的燃烧速率比燃油快得多,达到了分层两次燃烧的效果,提高速燃期气体的膨胀力,从本质上最大限度的提高了燃油的热效率和减轻了机械热负荷,而且在物理反应过程中参与了热化学反应,改善了排放清洁度。第四冲程是泄压储热冲程,保留部分燃烧后的气体保留在气缸内,第五冲程初始期将高压高温的液态水直喷入缸内,在保留的余热作用下迅速气化并持续膨胀完成做功,第六冲程是排汽冲程。其中所述的第五冲程中的液态水压力大于1MP、温度高于100℃。

1.一种六冲程内燃与蒸汽自清洁发动机,其特征是:第一冲程通过进气管路吸入与空气混合水雾进入气缸,第二冲程对混合气进行压缩,而后第三冲程中燃料与混合气体形成混合燃气燃烧做功,同时产生的高温高压环境促使水蒸汽与燃烧产物进行热化学反应,第四冲程是泄压储热冲程,保留部分燃烧后的高温气体在气缸内,第五冲程初始期将高压高温的液态水直喷入缸内,在余热作用下迅速气化并持续膨胀完成做功,第六冲程是排汽冲程。
2.按权利要求1所述的一种六冲程内燃与蒸汽自清洁发动机,其特征是:所述的第五冲程中的液态水压力大于1MP、温度高于100℃。
