Abstract

本发明公开了一种保湿化妆品及其制备方法,其由突厥蔷薇提取物、狗牙蔷薇果油、裙带菜提取物等组分制备而成。本发明的化妆品采用独特的配方,能在在皮肤表层形成保护屏障,皮肤吸收率高,保湿效果好,能有效防止肌肤干燥,对皮肤无刺激和过敏反应,安全有效。

本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,具体地说,本发明涉及一种保湿化妆品及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮肤缺水是现代人最大的问题,如冷气、除湿机、阳光都在无形中使肌肤越来越干而提早老化,因此,对于干性皮肤,化妆品组分的重点主要在湿度调节效果上,但是传统的化妆品透皮吸收效果不佳,造成吸收率低,保湿效果不持久。而且有些化妆品营养效应低,容易引起面部皮肤过敏及刺激等副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种新的保湿化妆品,保湿效果强,保湿时间长,且安全不刺激。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取了以下技术方案:

本发明配方中,鲸蜡硬脂醇用于化妆品中作为基质,具有抑制油腻感,稳定乳胶体等作用;牛油果树(butyrospermum parkii)果油能在肌肤温度中自然地融化,拥有卓越渗透力与保湿力;氢化聚癸烯具有独特、清爽而不油腻的肤感,无刺激组分、不会引发粉刺并且生物可降解;聚二甲基硅氧烷具有防水性、表面张力小;蔗糖硬脂酸酯可以提高加工性能、崩解性能,提高溶出度;月桂醇磷酸酯具有优良的乳化、增溶和分散性能;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯很容易被皮肤吸收,对化妆品的均匀细腻起到很好的作用,使皮肤润滑有光泽,黏度较低,可作为保湿因子的基料;羟苯丙酯和羟苯甲酯用作杀菌防腐剂;甘油硬脂酸酯类对非极性油有很好的乳化稳定作用;PEG-100硬脂酸酯是非离子型的水包油乳化剂;生育酚乙酸酯起抗衰老,抗氧化的作用以及改善血液循环使面部红润光泽;环聚二甲基硅氧烷透气性好,高度的相溶性,降低粘腻感;EDTA二钠用作化妆品添加剂;尿囊素具有避光、杀菌防腐、止痛、抗氧化作用,能使皮肤保持水份,滋润和柔软,是特效添加剂;月桂醇磷酸酯钾是良好的助溶剂,化妆品乳化剂;丙二醇与甘油配合用作润湿剂;卡波姆用作乳化剂;氨甲基丙醇用于表面活性剂;透明质酸钠有很强的吸湿性,高浓度时有很高的粘弹性和渗透压;甜菜碱,为代谢的次生产物,是非常重要的渗透调节物质;泛醇在皮肤上的护理作用表现为深入渗透的保湿剂,双(羟甲基)眯唑烷基脲和碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯用作溶剂和软化剂;棕榈酰寡肽提升肌肤的含水量,增加皮肤紧实度以及减少细纹;卵磷脂通过增加血红素,为皮肤提供充分的水和氧气等营养,使皮肤变得光滑柔润;油酸钠用作阴离子型表面活性剂;突厥蔷薇(rosa damascena)提取物、狗牙蔷薇(roso,canina)果油为能充分融合于肌肤的保湿成分;裙带菜(undaria pinnatifida)提取物能够深层渗透至真皮细胞,清除自由基对皮肤的伤害,补充水份及养份的同时清除皮肤微循环毒素。
本发明还提供了上述保湿化妆品的制备方法,采取了以下技术方案:
一种保湿化妆品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
①制备油相
将鲸蜡硬脂醇,牛油果树果油,氢化聚癸烯,聚二甲基硅氧烷,蔗糖硬脂酸酯或月桂醇磷酸酯,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯,羟苯丙酯,羟苯甲酯,甘油硬脂酸酯类或PEG-100硬脂酸酯,生育酚乙酸酯,环聚二甲基硅氧烷加入油相锅,升温至75-85℃,搅拌成为均一液体,得到油相;
②制备水相
将丙二醇、甘油和卡波姆加入水相锅混匀,再将EDTA二钠、尿囊素和月桂醇磷酸酯钾和一定量的水加入水相锅内,85-95℃恒温5-15分钟后再降温至75-85℃,得到水相;
③预热乳化锅,先加入步骤②得到的水相,再加入步骤①得到的油相,75-85℃乳化均质4-10min后,再加入氨甲基丙醇均质1-3min后降温至55-65℃;
④加入透明质酸钠、甜菜碱和一定量水预先溶胀均匀,搅匀,降温至40-50℃,加入双(羟甲基)眯唑烷基脲或碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯,泛醇,棕榈酰寡肽、卵磷脂或油酸钠,突厥蔷薇提取物,香精,狗牙蔷薇果油,裙带菜提取物,蔗糖棕榈酸酯或甘油亚油酸酯,搅匀,降温即得。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明的化妆品采用独特的配方,能在皮肤表层形成保护屏障,皮肤吸收率高,保湿效果好,能有效防止肌肤干燥,实验证明本发明保湿化妆品经使用5天,早晚涂抹各一次有明显地增加皮肤水分作用,使肌肤水嫩光滑柔软;
2.本发明的化妆品可被应用在特定的化妆品形式中,例如乳液、啫喱、日霜、晚霜、防晒霜、防晒乳、晒后修复产品、喷雾、膏、面膜、彩妆、护手霜等,应用广泛;
3.本发明保湿化妆品对皮肤无刺激和过敏反应,安全有效;
4.本发明保湿化妆品制备工艺简单,便于推广应用。

实施例1
一种保湿化妆品,由以下重量百分含量的组分制备而成:

其是通过以下生产步骤制备的:
1.清洗消毒搅拌生产设备及相关工具,并备好料;
2.制备油相
将组分1-11(即鲸蜡硬脂醇,牛油果树果油,氢化聚癸烯,聚二甲基硅氧烷,蔗糖硬脂酸酯,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯,羟苯丙酯,羟苯甲酯,甘油硬脂酸酯类或PEG-100硬脂酸酯,生育酚乙酸酯,环聚二甲基硅氧烷)加入油相锅,80℃搅拌搅匀为均一液体,得到油相;
3.制备水相
将组分15-17(即丙二醇、甘油和卡波姆)加入水相锅混匀,再将组分12-14,即(EDTA二钠、尿囊素和月桂醇磷酸酯钾)和一定量的水加入水相锅内,90℃恒温10分钟后再降温至80℃,得到水相;
4.预热真空乳化锅,先注入步骤3得到的水相,再抽入步骤2得到的油相,80℃乳化均质6min,加入组分18(即氨甲基丙醇)均质2min后降温至60℃;
5.加入组分19、20(即透明质酸钠、甜菜碱)和一定量水预先溶胀均匀,搅匀,降温至45℃加入组分21-28(即双(羟甲基)眯唑烷基脲,泛醇,棕榈酰寡肽,突厥蔷薇提取物,香精,狗牙蔷薇果油,裙带菜提取物,蔗糖棕榈酸酯)和水,搅匀,自检,送检合格,降温即得。
使用实施例1制备的保湿化妆品经使用5天,早晚涂抹各一次有明显地增加皮肤水分作用,使肌肤水嫩光滑柔软。
实施例2
一种保湿化妆品,由以下重量百分含量的组分制备而成:

3.如权利要求1所述的保湿化妆品的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
①制备油相
将鲸蜡硬脂醇,牛油果树果油,氢化聚癸烯,聚二甲基硅氧烷,蔗糖硬脂酸酯或月桂醇磷酸酯,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯,羟苯丙酯,羟苯甲酯,甘油硬脂酸酯类或PEG-100硬脂酸酯,生育酚乙酸酯,环聚二甲基硅氧烷加入油相锅,于75-85℃搅拌成为均一液体,得到油相;
②制备水相
将丙二醇、甘油和卡波姆加入水相锅混匀,再将EDTA二钠、尿囊素和月桂醇磷酸酯钾和一定量的水加入水相锅内,85-95℃恒温5-15分钟后再降温至75-85℃,得到水相;
③预热乳化锅,先加入步骤②得到的水相,再加入步骤①得到的油相,75-85℃乳化均质4-10min后,再加入氨甲基丙醇均质1-3min后降温至55-65℃;
④加入透明质酸钠、甜菜碱和一定量水预先溶胀均匀,搅匀,降温至40-50℃,加入双(羟甲基)眯唑烷基脲或碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯,泛醇,棕榈酰寡肽、卵磷脂或油酸钠,突厥蔷薇提取物,香精,狗牙蔷薇果油,裙带菜提取物,蔗糖棕榈酸酯或甘油亚油酸酯,搅匀,降温即得。
