Abstract

一种把多根PPR管子,用其接头、弯头等串联接成一条水通路,并整齐的排列在楼房顶部的楼面上,然后整个管道装置串联安装在现有烧水锅炉等冷水进水管中,由自来水先经过串联多条PPR管子吸收阳光照射温度、楼面温度后,再进入现有烧水锅炉里,来实现现有烧水锅炉节约燃料。

本发明涉及一种节能热水器
发明内容
本装置由廉价的PPR管子、接头、弯头、阀门组合而成,是把多根PPR管子用其接头,弯头等串联接成一条水通路,并整齐的排列在楼房顶部的楼面上,串联管子的一头作进水口,另一头作出水口,两头装设水阀,管子表面涂上具有吸光吸热效果的黑色油漆,然后把整个管道装置串联安装在现有的烧水锅炉冷水进水管中。原理是由接通水的串联多条PPR管子直接吸收阳光照射所产生的温度,楼面温度后,再进入烧水锅炉,这个过程是把烧水锅炉的进水水温提升若干度,使其省燃料等,达到节约能源的效果。

具体实施方式
实施本节能装置的步骤,对照图1、图2所示:把串联接成一条水通路的PPR管子(2),两头安装水阀,并设在楼房顶部的楼面上,一头作进水直接接水源,另一头作出水,并接到现有烧水锅炉(5)的进水管中;现有烧水锅炉的热水出口(6)再接到现有热水畜水池(7);水的制热流程是:冷水先经串联接成一条水通路的PPR管子(2),吸收阳光热能和楼面热能后,再注入现有烧水锅炉(4)当烧水锅炉加热到所需的温度后,把热水流到现有热水畜水桶(7)畜存,最后的热水用于宾馆、集体宿舍等洗澡用。

Claims (2)

1.一种让锅炉节能的装置,其特征是:把多根PPR管子用其接头、弯头等串联接成一条水路整齐的排列在楼房顶部的楼面上的方法来实现管子内的水吸收阳光照射所产生的温度和楼面温度。
2.根据权利要求1所述,把整个串联的PPR管子接到现有烧水锅炉的进水管中的方法来实现提升现有烧水锅炉的进水温度而节能。
