Description

一种分子筛装配装置的筛网冲压机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种筛网冲压机构,特别是一种应用于分子筛装配装置的筛网冲压机构。
背景技术
在空调等制冷设备中需要利用分子筛去除制冷剂中的水分,去除水分用的干燥剂灌装在铜管内,铜管的两端封装有筛网。分子筛的装配是先在铜管的一端封装筛网,然后将干燥剂灌入铜管内,再在铜管的另一端封装筛网,传统的各工序的装配是分别在不同的设备上完成,这样既增加了生产者设备的投入,又降低了分子筛的生产效率。为减少设备的投入、提高分子筛的生产效率,本申请人开发了一种分子筛装配装置,该分子筛装配装置将铜管下料、铜管底部筛网封装、干燥剂的灌装、铜管上部筛网的封装及封装后分子筛的卸料集成在一台设备上,并通过控制系统自动控制各工序设备的运行。为了适应该分子筛装配装置的需要,以便于将筛网固定安装在铜管内,本申请人开发了一种筛网冲压机构,该筛网冲压机构具有结构简单、操作方便的特点。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种应用于分子筛装配装置的筛网冲压机构,该筛网冲压机构具有结构简单、操作方便的特点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种分子筛装配装置的筛网冲压机构,其特征在于其包括气缸及导轨支座,导轨支座上设置有导轨,导轨上安装有滑块,所述气缸的输出轴与滑块连接,滑块上安装有压入轴,压入轴的端部安装有弹簧夹头,压入轴内安装有内涨轴,内涨轴的一端可延伸至弹簧夹头内,滑块上安装有可使内涨轴向弹簧夹头内延伸的压入装置。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述压入装置包括一压入气缸,压入气缸轴上连接有楔形压入块,楔形压入块与内涨轴的端部接触。
作为本发明上述技术方案的改进,所述气缸的输入轴上安装有行程调节螺母。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用上述结构,可与分子筛网装配装置的其它机构相配合,将筛网装配在铜管的两端,其具有结构简单、操作方便的特点。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2、图3,本发明公开的一种分子筛装配装置的筛网冲压机构,包括气缸1及导轨支座2,导轨支座2上设置有导轨3,导轨3上安装有滑块4,滑块4可沿导轨3上下滑动,其中气缸1的输出轴与滑块4连接,气缸1输出轴与滑块4可通过联轴器5连接,在滑块4上安装有压入轴6,压入轴6的端部安装有弹簧夹头7,压入轴6内轴向设置有一通孔61,通孔61安装有内涨轴8,内涨轴8的一端可延伸至弹簧夹头7内,滑块4上安装有可使内涨轴8向弹簧夹头7内延伸的压入装置,当筛网被送至弹簧夹头的下方并且弹簧夹头插入筛网内时,压入装置沿滑块压入,推动内涨轴沿压入轴轴向移动,内涨轴的末端压入弹簧夹头内,使弹簧夹头涨开,涨开的弹簧夹头卡在筛网的内壁,使筛网附着在弹簧夹头上,同时气缸动作使压入轴向下移动,将筛网沿铜管压入,当压至铜管的预定位置时压入装置回位,内涨轴复位,弹簧夹头复位,弹簧夹头与筛网脱离,气缸回位,将压入轴从铜管内抽出,再重复上述动作。
如图所示,本发明采用的压入装置包括一压入气缸9,压入气缸9轴上连接有楔形压入块10,楔形压入块10与内涨轴8的端部接触,压入气缸9使楔形压入块10沿滑块4压入,使内涨轴8沿压入轴6轴向移动,内涨轴8的末端被压入弹簧夹头7内,弹簧夹头7涨开。
如图所示,在气缸1的输入轴上安装有行程调节螺母11,通过行程调节螺母11可调节气缸的行程,以适应不同长度的铜管的筛网装配。
本发明采用上述结构,可与分子筛网装配装置的其它机构相配合,将筛网装配在铜管的两端,其具有结构简单、操作方便的特点。

1.一种分子筛装配装置的筛网冲压机构,其特征在于其包括气缸及导轨支座,导轨支座上设置有导轨,导轨上安装有滑块,所述气缸的输出轴与滑块连接,滑块上安装有压入轴,压入轴的端部安装有弹簧夹头,压入轴内安装有内涨轴,内涨轴的一端可延伸至弹簧夹头内,滑块上安装有可使内涨轴向弹簧夹头内延伸的压入装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种分子筛装配装置的筛网冲压机构,其特征在于所述压入装置包括一压入气缸,压入气缸轴上连接有楔形压入块,楔形压入块与内涨轴的端部接触。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种分子筛装配装置的筛网冲压机构,其特征在于所述气缸的输入轴上安装有行程调节螺母。
