技术领域
本发明带供氧和自动点火装置的裂解炉属于垃圾处理装置领域,特别是涉及一种垃圾处理使用的带供氧和自动点火装置的裂解炉。
背景技术
目前,在垃圾处理过程中,常使用的是焚烧炉,也有使用裂解炉来处理垃圾,裂解炉采用手动点火,而且用明火,点火不方便,不安全,点火不均匀。裂解炉上设计的布气装置不合理,布气效果不理想。不均匀的点火和不合理的布气直接影响了裂解炉的反应效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为避免现有技术的不足之处,而提供一种点火均匀、布气合理的带供氧和自动点火装置的裂解炉。
本发明的目的是通过以下措施来达到的,带供氧和自动点火装置的裂解炉是由炉体,炉渣口,供氧点火装置,空气入口组成,炉渣口设置在炉体的下部,供氧点火装置设置在炉体底盘上,供氧点火装置是由供氧器,供氧器管道,空气分配器,空气主管,发热丝点火装置组成,发热丝点火装置在炉体底盘上均匀分布,空气主管连接空气分配器,空气主管连接空气入口,空气分配器通过管道连接供氧器,供氧器是上端封闭的管道,管道壁上开有孔,空气从孔中均匀排出。
本发明的一个以上的发热丝点火装置在炉体底盘上等角度沿半径方向均匀分布。
本发明的发热丝点火装置为一条发热丝,发热丝呈螺旋状缠绕在供氧器上,发热丝两个端点与电源线相连。
本发明的供氧器为上端封闭的管道,供氧器的管道壁上开有均匀向下倾斜的孔。发热丝点火装置的顶部不超过供氧器的最下排孔。
本发明的供氧点火装置可以实现裂解炉的用电自动点火,发热丝点火装置在炉体底盘上等角度沿半径方向均匀分布,均匀布气,可以提高裂解炉的反应效果。空气主管经过空气分配器与供氧器管道相连,达到向每个供氧器均匀供气的目的。
本发明的结构简单,可以实现裂解炉的用电自动点火和底部均匀布气,提高裂解炉的反应效果。

如附图1所示,本发明带供氧和自动点火装置的裂解炉是由炉体1,炉渣口2,供氧点火装置3,空气入口4组成,炉体为圆柱状,炉渣口设置在炉体的下部,供氧点火装置设置在炉体底盘301上,供氧点火装置是由供氧器302,供氧器管道303,空气分配器304,空气主管305,发热丝点火装置306组成,6个发热丝点火装置在炉体底盘上等角度沿半径方向均匀分布,保证每个供氧器和点火装置的服务底盘面积相等。空气主管连接空气入口,空气主管连接空气分配器,空气分配器通过管道连接供氧器,供氧器是上端封闭的管道,管道壁上开有孔,空气从孔中均匀排出。每个发热丝点火装置306穿过底盘301与电源线307相连。发热丝点火装置306布设在供氧器302外围,且与供氧器302数量相同。发热丝点火装置306为一条发热丝,中间部分呈螺旋状缠绕,缠绕在供氧器下端管道周围,两个端点分别穿过炉体1的圆形底盘301与电源线307相连。供氧器302为上端封闭的管道,在靠近封闭端的管道段,围绕管壁开一定数量、一定尺寸、向下倾斜的孔,所供空气即从供氧器管道再通过供氧器的这些孔中均匀排出。发热丝点火装置的顶部不超过供氧器302的最下排孔。空气主管经过空气分配器与供氧器管道相连,达到向每个供氧器均匀供气的目的。
如附图2所示,本发明供氧点火装置设置在炉体底盘301上,供氧点火装置是由供氧器302,供氧器管道303,空气分配器304,空气主管305,发热丝点火装置306组成,6个发热丝点火装置在炉体底盘上等角度沿半径方向均匀分布,保证每个供氧器和点火装置的服务底盘面积相等。空气主管连接空气分配器,空气分配器通过管道连接供氧器,供氧器是上端封闭的管道,管道壁上开有孔,空气从孔中均匀排出。每个发热丝点火装置306穿过炉体1的底盘301与电源线307相连。
如附图3所示,本发明发热丝点火装置306设在供氧器302外围。发热丝点火装置为一条发热丝,中间部分呈螺旋状,缠绕在供氧器下端管道303周围,两个端点分别穿过裂解炉的圆形底盘301与电源线307相连。供氧器302为上端封闭的管道,在靠近封闭端的管道段,围绕管壁开一定数量、一定尺寸、向下倾斜的孔。供氧器302下端与供氧器管道303相连。空气即从供氧器管道303再通过供氧器302的这些孔中均匀排出。发热丝点火装置306的顶部不超过供氧器302的最下排孔。

1.一种带供氧和自动点火装置的裂解炉,由炉体,炉渣口,空气入口组成,炉渣口设置在炉体的下部,其特征是供氧点火装置设置在炉体底盘上,供氧点火装置是由供氧器,供氧器管道,空气分配器,空气主管,发热丝点火装置组成,发热丝点火装置在炉体底盘上均匀分布,空气主管连接空气入口,空气主管连接空气分配器,空气分配器通过管道连接供氧器,供氧器顶端管道壁上开有孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带供氧和自动点火装置的裂解炉,其特征是发热丝点火装置为一条发热丝,发热丝呈螺旋状缠绕在供氧器上,发热丝两个端点与电源线相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带供氧和自动点火装置的裂解炉,其特征是供氧器的管道壁上开有均匀向下倾斜的孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带供氧和自动点火装置的裂解炉,其特征是供氧器为上端封闭的管道,发热丝点火装置的顶部不超过供氧器的最下排孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带供氧和自动点火装置的裂解炉,其特征是一个以上的发热丝点火装置在炉体底盘上等角度沿半径方向均匀分布。
