Abstract

本发明公开了一种分子筛装配装置的量杯装置,其特征在于其包括杯体,杯体内轴向设置有一通孔,通孔内安装有量杯,所述杯体的下部设置有与通孔正交的卸料抽板安装孔,卸料抽板安装孔内安装有卸料抽板,卸料抽板可沿卸料抽板安装孔往复移动,卸料抽板上设置有一与通孔对应的卸料孔;本发明可将干燥剂预先定量装于量杯内,再推动卸料抽板使其卸料孔与杯体的通孔相对,使干燥剂落入铜管内,从而达到向铜管内定量灌装干燥剂的目的。

一种分子筛装配装置的量杯装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种量杯装置,特别是一种应用于分子筛装配装置的量杯装置。
背景技术
在空调等制冷设备中需要利用分子筛去除制冷剂中的水分,去除水分用的干燥剂灌装在铜管内,铜管的两端封装有筛网。分子筛的装配是先在铜管的一端封装筛网,然后将干燥剂灌入铜管内,再在铜管的另一端封装筛网,传统的各工序的装配是分别在不同的设备上完成,这样既增加了生产者设备的投入,又降低了分子筛的生产效率。为减少设备的投入、提高分子筛的生产效率,本申请人开发了一种分子筛装配装置,该分子筛装配装置将铜管下料、铜管底部筛网封装、干燥剂的灌装、铜管上部筛网的封装及封装后分子筛的卸料集成在一台设备上,并通过控制系统自动控制各工序设备的运行。为便于向铜管内定量灌装干燥剂,本申请人设计了一种量杯装置,以满足本申请人开发的分子筛装配装置的需要。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种应用于分子筛装配装置的铜管下料机构,以便于向铜管内定量灌装干燥剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种分子筛装配装置的量杯装置,其特征在于其包括杯体,杯体内轴向设置有一通孔,通孔内安装有量杯,所述杯体的下部设置有与通孔正交的卸料抽板安装孔,卸料抽板安装孔内安装有卸料抽板,卸料抽板可沿卸料抽板安装孔往复移动,卸料抽板上设置有一与通孔对应的卸料孔。
作为本发明上述技术方案的改进,所述量杯与通孔内壁螺纹连接,杯体上设置有与通孔连通的容积调节窗口,量杯上环形设置有若干调节孔。
作为本发明上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述卸料抽板安装孔两侧的杯体内穿设有导柱,导柱的两端通过固定块与卸料抽板连接,其中一固定块与杯体之间的导柱上安装有复位弹簧。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用上述结构,可将干燥剂预先定量装于量杯内,再推动卸料抽板使其卸料孔与杯体的通孔相对,使干燥剂落入铜管内,从而达到向铜管内定量灌装干燥剂的目的;量杯与杯体螺纹连接,并且在杯体上设置有与通孔连通的容积调节窗口,量杯上环形设置有若干调节孔,通过调节孔可调节量杯在通孔内的位置,从而调节干燥剂的用量,以满足不同分子筛对干燥剂用量的需要。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2,本发明公开的一种分子筛装配装置的量杯装置,包括杯体1,杯体1内轴向设置有一通孔11,通孔11内安装有量杯2,在杯体1的下部设置有与通孔11正交的卸料抽板安装孔12,卸料抽板安装孔12内安装有卸料抽板3,卸料抽板3可沿卸料抽板安装孔往复移动,卸料抽板3上设置有一与通孔11对应的卸料孔31,在向铜管灌装干燥剂时,将干燥剂预先定量装于量杯内,再推动卸料抽板使其卸料孔与杯体的通孔相对,使干燥剂落入铜管内,从而达到向铜管内定量灌装干燥剂的目的。
如图所示,量杯2与通孔11内壁螺纹连接,杯体1上设置有与通孔11连通的容积调节窗口13,量杯1上环形设置有若干调节孔21,其中至少有两个调节孔21位于容积调节窗口13内,这样即可通过调节孔调节量杯在通孔内的位置,从而调节干燥剂的用量,以满足不同分子筛对干燥剂用量的需要。
在卸料抽板安装孔12两侧的杯体1内穿设有导柱4,导柱4的两端通过固定块5与卸料抽板3连接,其中一固定块5与杯体1之间的导柱4上安装有复位弹簧6,卸料后松开卸料抽板,卸料抽板在复位弹簧作用下自动复位,卸料抽板封堵住通孔。

1.一种分子筛装配装置的量杯装置,其特征在于其包括杯体,杯体内轴向设置有一通孔,通孔内安装有量杯,所述杯体的下部设置有与通孔正交的卸料抽板安装孔,卸料抽板安装孔内安装有卸料抽板,卸料抽板可沿卸料抽板安装孔往复移动,卸料抽板上设置有一与通孔对应的卸料孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种分子筛装配装置的量杯装置,其特征在于所述量杯与通孔内壁螺纹连接,杯体上设置有与通孔连通的容积调节窗口,量杯上环形设置有若干调节孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种分子筛装配装置的量杯装置,其特征在于所述卸料抽板安装孔两侧的杯体内穿设有导柱,导柱的两端通过固定块与卸料抽板连接,其中一固定块与杯体之间的导柱上安装有复位弹簧。
